Massive place with everything you need. It is well organized, never busy and friendly staff. My daughter loves to come here for her art supplies. The location is great, located in a plaza and there is always open parking spaces.

Good selection of arts and crafts supplies. Just had a bit of trouble locating paper drawing pads - you would expect it to be located at all of the other paper supplies, not at the front of the store. Also wished the point of sales terminals allowed tap to pay functionality to be able to pay with my phone

I work as a cashier for Michaels in Milpitas, however, I visited the Sunnyvale branch when I learned a friends grandfather passed away. I immediately went shopping for a guest sign in book and photo frame for the funeral. I was in regular clothes, so the people who were assisting had no idea i worked at an alternate branch. The staff was super nice and helpful in assisting to find items needed.

My go to craft store! I love that they have everything I need. Nice range of colors, brushes, sketchbooks and everything! They have great deals on some products and the seasonal decor is also good. Overall I love Michaels and the staff is super warm and friendly!

Did you know if you purchased something using your reward and have to return it even the same day you lose want ever amount of rewards. I returned 3 things that was the same per item or$5.99 but the return price was $3.50.so I had to pay $5. more. When they could have done it as even exchangeI even talked to the manager. They say it tells you ether on your receipt on the rewards coupon. Be careful.

Went to find yarn for my wife. Very nice store. Large and good selection of items. However my wife could not find the yarn she was looking for. She did purchase yarn but not the colors she was looking for. Overall this store is nice to shop at.

Stopped in for some Christmas Garland and WOW, do they have it covered! They had Red, White, Silver and Multi, in long strands. And to top it off...it was 50% off!!Well it is up so high, that I had to find an associate to get it down for me. I didnt have to look far. A young lady was more than happy to help. I also bought 2 poles of Wrapping paper, (BOGO)!! Smart placement!But what was REALLY IMPRESSIVE?? When I walked in, there was hand sanitizer and wipes. AND when I got up to the register; the cashier was wiping down and sanitizing the counter, in between customers!! And there is also a plastic shield up for safety. Very impressive and I felt safe shopping there.I HATE craft stores with a passion, but Michaels has a new customer.

I usually like this Michaels but today, this Michaels upset me. First, the tall young man with dark hair, thin build, soft voice tone... told me to move up... I am a teacher and saw my students and I took a minute or 2 to say Hi... he rudely interrupted and said... Can u move up so others can get by. NO ONE WAS BEHIND US. NO ONE WAS MOVING IN THE LINE EITHER. Then, I went to his register and he told me he could NOT take my coupon, from the Michaels website because it was not his store coupon. I was frustrated!I got out of line... took 20 mins more to look for a coupon from sunnyvale store. Had to sign up on my phone for 25% off coupon. Then went in line again! 5 more mins of a line! Went to a girl cashier and she was more than helpful....only to be told that the 25% off coupon on my phone is only valid for online purchase. She knew I was even more frustrated... but she was nice enough to let me use my original 30% off coupon for my time and inconvenience.If not for her, I would never return to this Michaels. Didnt get her name, but she was about 52, and a star customer service cashier. It was around 3:36pm on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021, should u want to recognize her for her wonderful customer support! Kudos to that female cashier!

Super overpriced unless you strategically coupon. They tend to have more and better organized embroidery floss than the nearby JoAnns.

Absolutely useless staff full of disrespectful employees who straight up lie to you about prices and promotions. Im not sure where they found the employees but the young man at the front was incredibly disrespectful for no reason and he needs to be fired.

This location has UPS drop box site. Hand your package to the staff, scan and done. It is quite convenient for UPS users. The store itself is fairly new, organized and bright. Very nice people working there.

I really like this place for any kind of art craft. I tend to do a lot of repairing pottery and and restoring ceramics. I find a lot of the items I need here. Even for color dying. Floral arrangements are great. Friendly staff .

A very good place to find nice crafts for art projects. They also have offers now and then. When there is a deal you can get nice stuffs for good price. Friendly staffs in the cashier area. But the one who walk around the store. If you ask for help to find the products. They will avoid you or they will say I am new here I dont know.

Great little place to stop by forbreakfast. I was away from home at conference staying at a nearby hotel when I found this place through a friend. I only ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich but it was delicious! So many bagel and filling options to choose from and it was ready for me within minutes.

I have always enjoyed visiting and will be returning many times as possible.

Michaels - pretty much all the same as others. The prices are a bit high but they have frequent coupons. I was there to get a scratch off poster framed. The framers were very helpful, good at explaining the process, and efficient. I got my frame back in less than 24 hours.There were plenty enough staff around the store to ask questions if you needed help.

A little chaotic and a much more sketchy shopping experience. I needed a shower after this experience

So many craft goodies! Michaels has become my go-to store whenever I need anything for arts and crafts. Not only do I almost always find what I need, often there are many choices as well of the particular item I want. I love this store!

This is a brand new store with everything you could imagine. I usually walk around looking for ideas. The staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the selection of wood for projects. I can find the small pieces that you cant always find at lumber yards. Parking is ample and the location is convenient.

I love this store. I hope that the new owners keep them there.

Great Michael’s store, I was used to the old store near Hollenbeck/Pastoria. It doesn’t feel as good like the old store but it definitely is more modern and has more stock, mire crafty than artsy like the old Michael’s. They are a bit exaggerated with the Cov-SARS-2 situation though.

This Michael’s seem a bit more run down than the other ones near by but they are well stocked like all the others so there’s no difference once you’re inside. The staff is nice and helpful. I didn’t get what I was looking for because like the other 3 Michael’s I went to, the seasonal stuff sells out quickly even though it’s still on their site, it’s really not in stores anymore :(

Michaels has a fine selection of paints, with prices regularly competitive or better than those found on Amazon. Paints are also often compwtative and appropriately varied in selection with at least 4 main brands.

Great place for art supplies! Also convenient and less expensive than a typical art supply store. Its also great for craft supplies.... just about every little thing you might need and then some. I always leave with more than I went for!
