Fortes was absolutely amazing and I was very happy with the repair. They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. I had to reschedule my initial visit a few times and they were very understanding and accommodating. First appointment went great and I met with Kevin. He explained in detail the entire process and provided great input and advice. I was surprised they were able to book my appointment for repairs immediately. My Toyota RAV 4 was hit by a bicyclist who left a few damages. Kevin and his team repaired my vehicle so well that it looked completely new. Deb was very helpful with my paperwork and taking care of my rent a car. They had rent a car folks pick me up at their location and I left my vehicle at their shop when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Great quality and superb service with reasonable pricing.I will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else and I highly recommend them. This review is long over due. My wife was involved in an accident around November. She was driving an F150 and was rear-ended by an F250. The damage looked somewhat minor. I took my vehicle to Fortes Auto Body based on a recommendation. The owner got under the vehicle and noticed the frame had been bent due to the impact. They took the vehicle in that day and I had it back approximately a week later.They kept me in the loop during the process and worked with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. They didnt just try to put lipstick on a pig, they fixed the damaged frame and replaced all damaged parts.The vehicle turned out amazing and you cannot tell it was involved in an accident. I would definitely take my future business here. They were friendly, professional and completed the work on time and above standard.

Fortes Auto Body is best-in-class when it comes to quality and customer service. I brought in my Toyota Corolla last October after it got T-boned and had some significant damages to the right front pillars, passenger doors and panels. Their team walked me through all the paperwork and the steps they will take to complete the job. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! They finished work on my Corolla earlier than expected and it looked absolutely brand new, I love it! Thank you so much to everyone at Fortes, if I could give ten stars I would! Great customer service! Johnny was very thorough and patient. They also have an automatic system sending you text to update you about the process once or twice a week. Car being rear-ended is definitely annoying but theyve made the repair process as less painful as possible. (Is it weird that I feel it is even delightful...)The repair also appears to be a great job. I just get my car back today, which was faster than expected. Ill wait and see but I believe them based on the interaction with them.I would definitely recommend this car body shop.

These guys are AWESOME! After being hit by a large work truck they repaired my car in a quickly and timely manner. Kept me well informed of when my car would be ready and when additional damage was found. I would send my family and friends in a heartbeat. Very trust worthy.

Ive taken my cars to Fortes for fifteen years. Its a good, honest business that isnt run like most businesses. Last time I went there they told me that all I needed was an $90 bucks worth of work (the dealer wanted $500).I really recommend this company for all your needs.

Had a CV joint break at 12:30 during a quick lunchtime errand. Got towed there, repaired, back on the road by 2:30. Good price, good service!

Great customer service and timely repairs. Brought in my Camry with a bad starter, and now it works great. My only issue is being charged $275 for a part the costs $100 max at every auto parts store ($75 online).... Seems like a pretty high mark up on that one. Dont take my word for it though, the part is called: Denso remanufactured starter WP 280-0322. Maybe if they raised the mechanic wage from 180/hour to 300/hr it would be much more understandable, but I cant imagine a restock/inventory fee of $175 for a $100 part...Update: The company is claiming they did not do the work. Unless that post is deleted in the next month, I will be forced to post a picture of receipt proving other wise...

Scammers who lied to AAA saying they sent a truck and there was an argument when they didnt even show up. They damage your car and make you pay!

WHY!!?? whyyyy would you look somewhere else!? THESE are your guys! Body damage on 3 doors thanks to my telent-less driving neighbors... Fortes did an accurate estimate, dealt with the other parties insurance and fixed the car to perfection in few days. Sparkling clean inside and out and a very professional job. They set me up with a rental car. All very seamless and thats how it should be. Very happy.

My car (2013 Audi Q5) was rear ended and I was recommended by my friend to this body shop. After 3 weeks repair at about ~10K price, we got our car back, supposed everything would be perfect again. Unfortunately, about 2 weeks later, the exaust pipe failed and falling out when we were driving outside during weekend. We ended to call audi roadside assistance to tow our car and call Uber to get us home. We were wasted hours along the process. Afterwards, audi service did a diagnostics for us and made a repair recommendation for us, but this body shop doesnt want to commit that recommended repair, they only fix whatever they consider necessary at this point, due to cost concern since now insurance may not honor the extra money to the claim now, I believe. When I requested the manager to comply what audi service diagnostics suggested, he told me I am making ridiculous request and ended the conversation. Apparently, they are not working to customers satisfaction as they claimed, even when they didnt do a quality job at the first place. I may end up to have to pay a high price to get my car repaired to a satisfactory condition, which I shouldnt have worried if went to a different body shop.BTW, While they claimed a part they ordered failed, it is apparent its also badly installed as the picture above indicated.
