Not Friendly at all over the phone I tried to order a small parts, Put me on hold forever never call me back!And then when I called back and I ask again for the parts try to charge me over price and hang up the phone Immediately when I ask why the price is different!I called the dealer on El Camino Real, Redwood City, Was so friendly job done after 5 minutes
