We came back from a trip and found that we had been surprised by a beautiful, multi-colored balloon arch and a huge balloon WELCOME hanging from the ceiling of our studio. It was an amazing surprise from our family, and wed come to find out Anna did the arrangements! It looked gorgeous and brought joy to my wife and me. Excellent job to Anna! Highly recommended!

Not happy at all. Flowers came with wilting roses. It was for our anniversary. When I called and let them know I was unhappy and no call back. So I emailed with pictures and she shows back up and says that it was a normal progression for the roses to look like that and proceeds to give me attitude and cuts roses in the back of her minivan.She pulls out wilted roses and stuff new ones in and hand it back to me. Ruined my anniversary gift to my wife.

I called Anna in a pinch trying to get everything setup for a birthday party. She was able save me and even though I was willing for any help she went the extra mile to make sure that the decorations was gorgeous. I then called the business and asked whether I could modify the delivery time, as I wanted it to be a surprise and wanted to make sure that I could set them up while my wife was not home. Anna said that there would be no problem. She delivered the order at the exact time we agreed upon. The bouquet was magnificent and the balloons were so well put together. My wife loved both. Absolute 5 stars for Anna! I was ordering a balloon arrangement for my sisters birthday, and accidentally messed up the order process. When I called Anna the day of her birthday to ask, we realized there was a problem. Blue, orange and gold balloons - center pieces on each table. Colorful snacks with cheese, olives, berries, and grapes. The bouquet of orange roses and blue irises on a high vase with lights within took my breath away.I would highly recommend Anna, just let her share and implement her ideas. Anna is amazing with balloons and flowers. She treats customized balloon centerpieces, garlands, arches and columns. She also is very good with colors of balloons and flowers and finds exact shades for each event. She is very talented, always on time and prepared. Anna decorated several events for me and I am so happy I found her!

I am located in Texas and needed long distance help with a very special, and non-traditional, project. Anna could not have been nicer, more helpful, or valuable. She was very nice and polite. When a problem arose with the delivery at the last minute she called me immediately and then worked through the details on her own and the project was an overwhelming success. The way this biz comes up, with the store front and all, one is led to believe it is an actual brick and mortar operation: walk in, buy flowers, walk out. Nope!This is a home operated, decorating biz. Totally useless for what I needed. And the owner--Im guessing the person who answered the phone was the owner--told me, Good luck. She didnt make a referall, wasnt apologetic, or at all helpful.Shame on me, I guess. I wasted gas and time!

They do NOT deliver to hospital as stated, in search, so somewhere in her ad she must have the word deliver in it, so be mindful before calling :( Sounded like I woke her up at 10AM as well, and open til 12PM, hmmm.Par 2 of the page says:We deliver flowers and other gifts to all the cities in the San Francisco South Bay Area and San Jose Silicon Valley.Then I guess she called back and left a message to harass the homeowners!! They didnt even call her, I did, and Im just visiting. Wow, classy.

Little miss managed, I called 2 days before for ballons with some message and the lady confirmed but when I called to pick-up she said her co-worker sold all the ballons with that message yesterday. Please, make sure when you give the order they that keep track of it and all their “co-workers” know what all orders are.

This is the first time I am writing a review online EVER, so I feel very strongly about what I am saying.Anna was the florist for my wedding this month (6/2/12). When I first came to Anna, I had close to no idea what I wanted for my wedding. She was extremely helpful and gave many wonderful suggestions and was able to show me photos that inspired me. As my wedding drew closer, I began to have very specific requests - I wanted the flowers and decorations to look grand and glamorous and was extremely specific with my bridal bouquet....all this, and I still wanted to stay within my budget. Anna did not disappoint. In fact, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I dont even know where to start. The room was transformed once Anna was done with it.#1 - my chuppah was OUT OF THIS WORLD gorgeous. The pictures she has available online do not even do it justice. I ordered the sparkling crystal chuppah and it was 100x more beautiful than I ever expected.#2 - the centerpieces on the tables.....people are STILL complimenting me on them. Everyone said they were to die for and looked so expensive (little do they know Annas prices are more reasonable than anyone else you will ever find for this kind of quality)#3 - my bridal bouquet. I was very very specific about this. I sent Anna a photo of what I wanted and kept bugging her to make sure it would look like the photo. It looked better than the picture; simply perfect, there are no other words.Working with Anna was so easy. She responds to every phone call. She gives suggestions that enhance the visions you already have. She not only comes through with her promises, but truly outdoes anything you can imagine. 5 stars is not enough to describe how happy I am that Anna was the florist for my wedding,
