Great Starbucks with amazing customer service. The baristas here are very friendly and helpful. They have option for online order with in store and curbside pick up. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating options.They have a good collection of coffee mugs, tumblers, bottles etc.This location has a lot of parking option and is an easy in and out location.Good location for quick service.

Perhaps youve heard humorous tales of people so desperate for coffee they drive a car into a coffee shop. Well someone did smash a car through the windows of this Starbucks, but of course you cant tell it now. Aside from this oddity, theres nothing remarkable about this particular Starbucks. The seating area is stark, without any sense of coziness for sharing coffee with friends, so you dont see many people hanging out here. But the corner location makes it an easy in and out for good Starbucks coffee to go. The outdoor seating isnt much more attractive, but at least you can enjoy the beautiful Bay Area weather. This Starbucks closes early in the evening.

Very friendly staff. They got my order mixed up but explained everything and gave me $5 card for my inconvenience. Nice size store plenty of parking.

Just your average Starbucks coffee. It is close to the freeway, so if you are on the road it is a good place for a quick coffee break. Walk in only, but the semi new remodel makes up for it. Spacious and clean. A couple good chairs to sit in or do some work. There is also a quiet area in the back which is an added bonus. Overall not a bad place to go.

Always make a good cold brew or caramel machiato. Price is reasonable and they open up very early.

The staff is accommodating. When, within the last two (2) months, I clumsily spilled my Vente Iced Caffè Latte in the parking lot upon picking up, they gladly replaced it. They did not even mention the possibility of incremental charges. When I have visited this and other Starbucks stores before, staff has acted in ways consistent with that described here.

There arent enough cashiers. Its very nice I side but I noticed the spices were empty and I was waiting for almost 30 mins!!!

Quick service even during a pandemic when there are specific rules to be followed.

Visited this on 8/31 around 4pm. There was just one person taking orders and dropping them outside for pickup. Really poor communication skills, and obviously needed help. Barely listened and barely answered properly. While placing order he interrupted atleast thrice between going out, checking something in the store and more. Got my order wrong obviously. I paid for a venti and received a grande in the end. Didnt have the energy to deal with him all over again so left, and definitely not returning back.

Everyones super nice here and have fast service. I also love the new curbside pickup system!however I wish starbucks did reusable cups again 😞 such a waste of plastic. also, because Im a child I get fraapuchinos, but you guys keep grinding them up to juice. I like the icy chunks !!!

Nice and big. Quiet and clean. Great service, almost no customers. Only problem was, someone was watching TV on the toilet. I had to go elsewhere to use the bathroom. I never new anyone that would camp out in the public bathroom like that. Oh well. Still a very nice place.

I come to this Starbucks pretty often, and other than being overpriced because it is a Starbucks, I can only say good things about this one. The staff is really nice and fast at making the order, and the place has a nice vibe. There is indoor as well as outdoor seating, and a study room ( I guess thats what you call it ) there are also biking racks on the side of the building.

This Starbucks has a popular location, its large, parking is good, and there is a nice selection of indoor and outdoor tables. That said, I try to avoid it whenever possible. There are not enough cashiers and baristas for the number of customers so at times the line is 10 to 15 minutes long. Often times the island for cream/sugar/napkins is a sorry mess and the outdoor trash containers are spilling over on the ground. On top of that the background music is loud and of poor audio quality. This could be a nice place to have coffee but the atmosphere really needs improvement.

I dont go to this Starbucks very often, simply because Im not a coffee guy. But the staff were very nice and the feeling of being at a Starbucks is top notch, everything is very professional.

First time trying one of their box lunches. I got the fruit and cheese. Cheddar was nice and sharp. Apples were good honey crisps. Not a bad lunch.

A typical Starbucks. Remodeled in 2015/16, it has a modern feel. Lot is large. May get crowded at times. Sunday morning was brisk business and minimal waits.

Very open floor plan. Plenty of parking. Easy access from. 280 or 85. Most importantly, the staff is pleasant and engaging.

Large Starbucks with lots of seating, including several outdoor tables and a glassed off room tucked away in the back which is good for laptop work. Good customer service. The interior is very simple, nondescript and barebones, with minimal decor and simple tables and chairs - it doesnt have the same sleek, warm cozy feel of other Starbucks, with cozy armchairs, wall art, etc. It was also a bit untidy, especially the counter with napkins, straws, and a garbage. Lots of parking, which is a plus if you drive here.

This is so far the best Starbucks in this Sunnyvale-Cupertino area. No crowd, easy to park, quiet, great sunset, comfortable A/C, no travelers or business people, various and plenty seatings, kids from the neighborhood, and lovely staff! The only gripe is it closes at 8pm, earlier than other Starbucks.

This is the hippest joint in town. What a crazy cool spot!

Today I was here. The cash register wouldnt take my card. It still had $19.01 dollars! I had to pay with my card and didnt get points in my card! Afterwards I wait for my sandwich for awhile no one called me. So I went to ask where was my sandwich! The person look and found one with no sandwich name or my name! Than he look inside the bag and said I think is this one!🤔

I honestly wish this wasnt the closest starbucks to my house. Every time my boss brings home a soy latte for me to drink at work its so sweet I can barely drink it. Hello its simply a plain soy latte. What on planet earth is the problem? The young people who work there need to remember and understand what it feels like to pay 5 or 6 dollars for absolutely no reason regardless of what I look like or how they feel about anyone. Ive been a barista before and messing up a plain soy latte should only occur when you over steam. The point is stop trying to be fast and learn how to do your job. You act way too cool for an idiot! If my boss doesnt stand there and watch the girl she always puts a ton of caramel in his drink no matter what he orders. And the girls are always snarky to me because Im pretty. Look make the coffee thats your job. Stop being a rude child and make coffee. You are being paid. Nothing else. Stop wasting our money when we are nice regular customers. Its the same lazy childish people/little girls. Get it together. You dont get paid for being careless. If you werent in a busy spot youd be dead empty. How do you screw up a plain soy latte multiple times? On purpose. Thats how. Next time I will be very disrespectful and youll really dread seeing me. Manage your staff. I used to work alone at a coffee shop just as busy!!! Its an easy job if you get over yourself. Place is awful. Stop being biased to customers because of the way they look. Being over 18 might get you smacked upside the head one day. You dont just be rude to whoever you want to. Youre at work. Youre supposed to be a servant. If you dont like it get a better job. Nice redesigned (2016) space with great, quiet study room in the back. Room can be a bit chilly so bring a sweater.

Starbucks, by and large, are pretty similar. This Starbucks is no different, with the usual selection of drinks, pastries, and premade sandwiches. The workers are friendly and patient, and the location is nice if youre planning on eating at the Chipotle next door, shopping at the nearby Best Buy, REI, or Bed/Bath.
