If you seek quality customer service, in n out is not the restaurant that will provide that. I ordered a big mac but they said they didn’t have it so I had to get something else. When I went to use the bathroom, a worker there washed his hands with soap before returning to work. I prefer to have my burgers made with unwashed hands. When I got my fries, they were fried, I like my fries cooked rare which should be the equivalent of raw potato strips. The only good tasting product was their coffee which I like to dip my hands directly into the hot boiling freshly made coffee.

In N Out is always consistent, and this visit was no exception!We really like the fresh food and clean atmosphere and when we were helping out daughter move, we stopped by the local place to take some burgers, fries and shakes back for lunch.As always, the food was good and the shakes were not foamy like some other chains serve.We always know what we will get at In N Out and it is nice that every store has the same level of service and commitment to quality fast food.

I ordered a burger and asked if it was okay if I picked it up 30 minutes later. They said okay. Seemed like a simple enough request. I come back 30 minutes later, and they said they threw out my order. And then the manager comes over to me and starts arguing with me. She asked me why I didnt tell them that I would be back later. I was so confused. Did they not understand what I said to them before? Was I not speaking in English? They ended up making my order for me again, which was nice. However, the way they made me feel responsible for this situation when it was clearly their inability to follow simple instructions, is just unacceptable to me.

Good cheeseburgers. Made to our liking...well done. Yum. Good customer service from the guy who took our order. He was nice and friendly. Line was long as it always is but tonight, we were glad we waited.

You dont go here for the escargot or filet mignon. You know why youre here, so just order the double double.

There is always a line, causing traffic on the El Camino.Sometimes I even drop by around 3-4pm in the afternoon and still have to wait for 20 minutes in the drive-thru. The wait it worse during lunch or dinner time. Or come after 9pm if you dont want to be stuck for 40 minutes.But at least they always get my order right, and never had any stomachache in this In-N-Out (the mountain view one gave me stomachache a few times!), so I guess this place has done cleanings well.

Was in a hurry to get a quick lunch drive thru style. The line was long but dissipate quickly. I changed my drinks order after submitting it at the cashier. The person kindly and quickly communicate with the other person on the other end about the order change. The good thing is all the drinks are the same price. Ordered 3 double double, two fries abd two lemonades. I go In n Out Burger few times per year. The service is standard and always good.

Fresh you can Taste is true. Of course you can go to a gourmet bugarplace for 2-3x price. Food here is honest, may not be the best for you but makes no pretences. Bottom line taste good.

I was so excited to try in & out for the first time (I’m an east coaster) snd it just was okay…idk why I was expecting like the burger gods but it wasn’t even that much better than McDonald’s. Friendly staff however!

Excellent place to eat. Quality and cheap food. No vegan options. Not great parking and not great way to get into drive-thru line. You come for the food and not the parking.

Though I didnt have any of the burgers because Im vegetarian, the men in my family were WOWed by the taste and quality of the burgers they ordered. I did however, ate the fries and theyre pretty good; nice and thin, hot and fresh. You can expect a long line at the drive thru. Ordering from the lobby is faster and you can get free refills on fountain drinks while dining inside.

1pm on a Sunday, not crowded, plenty of sit-down with social distancing. Burger and frys to their usual standard, ie tasty and freshly made

Wow what a great place to get a burger. I’m am always surprised by just how courteous the staff is at this establishment. My double double is always cooked to perfection. The facilities are very clean. If you need a great bite to eat this is your place.

Whenever I visit my family in Cupertino In-N-Out Burger is always on my must eat there list. I have enjoyed their hamburgers and fries for over 20 years and theyre always excellent.

Food is good and people are nice but very packed especially with parking wishes of bummer just a bummer as you wait out there for a long time but theyre quick to serve you

Pretty good, like all other in-n-outs. The drive thru can get pretty long at peak hours; it wraps around all the way out into the street. So if you really want to do drive thru but arent comfortable with maneuvering yourself into the long car line on the streets, youre better off going at non peak hours (or just walk in and order)

Was it the best burger Ive ever had? No. But it was a good fast-food burger, some tasty fries, and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. It was worth going to have the experience and be able to say Ive ate at In-N-Out. Worth eating at least once.

Its pretty much like ask other In-N-Out places. The burgers and fries are decent, specially considering the price. At times there can be a lot of people coming in at the same time, but wait times arent that had even then.

I cant stop myself from continually returning here. In-N-Out is no doubt the best fast-food place Ive ever been to; its the best burger Ive ever had. Despite oftentimes having long waits, In-N-Out is an incredible restaurant that everyone should drop by for a quick bite.

Service was reasonably fast as the food is made to order. The inside dining was appropriately spaced out. As always, the food was tasty and fresh.

It’s actually been a loooong time since I’ve had a hot and fresh in n out burger. It was assembled perfectly like how burgers would look in poster ads. If you are in the mood for a delicious hamburger and fries, this is the place. The food is grease-free. They are often busy but the wait goes by quickly since they have an organized system. While there, try the vanilla milkshake. It is very thick and tasty.

Let me start by saying I love In N Out. Great product, always consistent and reasonably priced. But this review isn’t just about food it’s about the quality of service and how the company clearly invests in their people. Bryce is an employee at the Sunnyvale location, he rang me up and he went above and beyond to build a connection with me. He asked and genuinely cared how my day was going, he was attentive to my order and did it all with a big smile (well I’m assuming he was smiling under the mask HA!). Thank you Bryce for creating a positive environment and thank you to In N Out for valuing your employees. It shows!

Great burgers, but the drive through set up is really odd as traffic backs up the El Camino

They do a good job handling large group orders, will even help you carry it all out to your car

I could never live without in and out. Love this location as it is the nearest. Drive through is long sometimes. Sometimes the fries are soggy but mostly fresh. I do notice when its not busy the free lack a lot.

Not from the west coast. It was my first time ever at an in-n-out burger. It was pretty cool. The wait for the food was long because its such a popular place, but they made the food really quickly. The fries are fresh cut. They have secret menu items and lettuce wrapped burgers. Really impressed. People always compare in-n-out to shake shack, but its not the same level. But it is cheaper than shake shack. Definitely worth a visit if youve never had in-n-out before.

I eat at a lot of in-N-outs only certain ones make me sick, Im not sure if its the food or staff but when any place makes me sick i cross ❌ them off my list for good. This is my second time going to In N Out, but the first time in California. I ordered the double double and a cholocate milkshake and was not disappointed. this place has a very friendly staff and decent priced menu utems. I am very glad I went here to try it.

Need I say more! Its the cult favorite - In N Out! Dont know how they have managed to keep such great quality with such a small menu! We are vegetarians and yet we love their grilled cheese. And of course, the fries; noone can beat them!

So i wanted so badly to try these burgers as they are broadly publiziced on social media. It was my first trip to the west coast and pretty much my only chance to try them. So we drove to one and were amazed by the amount of positive feedback and reviews it had. We went in ordered and sat down. Yes they look picture perfect however the patties themselves were rather thin and the onion took over flavour wise. Nonetheless the products used where extremely fresh (always good). Fries were not my kind of fries they were too floury for me. The one thing i did like is that in the soda bar they had lemons for one to use such a nice detail.

I am from the east coast, so I only heard of In n Out before traveling to California for a 10 day vacation. All vacation long the kids kept saying we have to go to In n Out. Eventually we did and it was a really good experience. I was very happy with the visit.

One of the faster locations in my opinion for the drive-through, beware at peek times people are not always the smartest at this location and will commonly block the right lane on the southbound side of El Camino Real. There is plenty of room in the parking lot for the line to wrap around. But people commonly enter from the El Camino entrance which causes this issue. They Recently put a single cone out but most people don;t see it.

Drive thru is very convenient to order.Business hours much later than other restaurants nearby, need food to fill stomach at night,in-n-out is an easy and fast choice.
