[SALES/SERVICE/PARTS Review]Ive been to this dealer a few times over the last few months. I didn’t buy my car here (went to a worse dealer but with a better price), but I regularly come here since they’re professional, friendly, and fast. I recommend coming here for service or parts, since Stevens Creek down the road isn’t as good.[SERVICE]The service department here is good. They got my first oil change done in less than an hour and the guy at the counter was really nice. Car runs great and they communicated clearly. Will be returning again.[Parts]I ordered some parts from here yesterday for my JL wrangler and the guy who took the order was super nice and was able to beat the price of another dealership. I recommend ordering parts through this dealership. When I picked them up today, they helped me load it in my car which was really cool![Sales]Sales here is average. A few times they didn’t notice me on the lot when I was shopping and the prices were a bit marked up but then again, so does every other dealer. The sales staff here are friendly and don’t seem too aggressive which is really nice!Overall, great dealership and I prefer coming here than any other in the South Bay Area!
TL;DR they ran my credit without my permission. Fraudulent, careless, and creepy, run!!!I went in on 10/24 to view both the Cherokee and the Grand Cherokee. They immediately shoved a paper credit application in my face. I told the salesperson Rene, (who gave the application to me) that I did not want them to run my credit until I was sure I wanted to lease a car from them. As I am shopping around at other dealerships as well.I was shown a Cherokee. I didn’t like nor did I test drive it. I sat waiting for a while after that. Richard, Rene and I discussed ballpark numbers with Richard who wrote the numbers down on paper. They didn’t have a Grand Cherokee to show me, because the GM had just sold all of their Grand Cherokees in my price range. So I stated, I needed to be able to test drive a Grand Cherokee and confirm it was the car for me. Before we could move forward with the numbers we discussed.As I was leaving, a random guy who I did not meet while being there the whole time ran up to me wanting to “find a number I would like” (he CAN do this WITHOUT running my credit). I waited, standing ready to go. While Rene, offered to be my chiropractor (why?, this made me feel really uncomfortable). I didn’t like the number the random guy gave so I left.I got home, checked my email, and I received a multiple notification that my credit had been ran. I followed up with the existing email I had with Richard. Asking him why my credit was ran; because I never gave permission to run my credit. And guess what?, he never responded.This was an extremely poor experience for me. And very FRAUDULENT for them to run my credit, knowing I did not agree to it as there was absolutely no reason to run my credit without me ever test driving a car. Trust has been completely broken and it was creepy and uncomfortable to be randomly offered chiropractic work as well. I have gone to other dealerships and they are able to draw up numbers without running my credit.

Minus 1 star only because I had to take my car back a 2nd time for a recall (Y47) because my issue wasnt resolved the first time. Melody in the service department was awesome and was quick to take care of of the issue and suggested that if the issue was not resolved the 2nd time, then she would take care of the issue through warranty. I would also like to mention that Sunnyvale CDJR was the only dealership that was willing to take care of the RECALL when other local dealerships pretended or just didnt want to deal with the issue, so I had to travel 72 miles round trip because Sunnyvale was the only ones who took on the recall, so many thanks to Melody and her crew for being there for a Dodge customer who loves their Challenger.
Stay away from this place if you want to save yourself a headache. I brought my own bank loan with me for the vehicle but they signed me up with different bank without telling me. They actually told me that they used my bank loan...They pretend to ask for my bank loan documents and then ignore it anyway. I only found out when everything is too late. Now I got stuck dealing with much higher interest rate as well as a totally different bank that I am not familiar with.Management offer to pay for my gas after hearing about it through ... what a joke.Never again, not my family or friends will even think of this place !
The greatest experience in car buying I’ve had in a long time.
Asked for an alignment and the service tech thought my wheels had a wheel lock but they are just standard lug nuts and I’ve taken them off myself to put an aftermarket wheel lock on so I know they come off like regular lug nuts. Also went to pay and the person wasn’t there so I was forced to wait while someone else tried to figure out how to use the cashier desk. Usually love dodge but won’t be going back to that location anytime soon
They tried to trick me. Don’t recommend to anyone to come to the SUNNYVALE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM. You risk to spend several hours, get thumbs up for your deal and then you’ll be told the deal can’t be done. Please find details about my experience below.Internet price for a car I liked was $23988. When I came in, a sticker on the car was $22388. I asked the dealership guy I’ve been working with (Michael) if this is a correct price and mentioned the internet price I saw - he said the sticker is correct, must be a weekend discount. After that, as we’ve been discussing the deal, he went to his manager several times to confirm deal details - everything was ok. So we agreed on $22K, I filled out financing form, waited for about 40 mins... by that time, I’ve been there for already 3 hours. and then Michael came and said that the sticker price was wrong and everything he can give is $23.5K. I asked how can it be, given that I explicitly was said the sticker price is correct and Michael had a chance to double check it with manager. The answer was “I’m sorry, that was a mistake”. I said that I buy the car for the sticker price or leave and got “No”. So I left.
I was disappointed by my 80,000 miles maintenance service at Sunnyvale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. When I came to pick up my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee after the service was supposedly completed, the advisor was quick to have me settle the bill which was close to $300, and I did. However, when I asked her to get the Multi-Point Inspection report for which I was charged, she indicated that it did not get completed!! The car had to go back in to perform the MPI. It is hard to trust the Service team.
Bobby Koucheky treated fair and explained all options including the warranties and service department.
Brought it my JL for warranty replacement of a steering box. No extra questions asked, they fixed the car and its driving perfect now. Took a bit longer than they initially said, but that was due to parts availability. Great experience, will be using this dealership for servicing my car from now on.

Art did everything possible to provide us with a fair deal that we felt satisfied with, which is so important when buying a car. You never want buyers remorse which has happened to me in the past.Art worked tirelessly to get us the tires we wanted installed in an incredibly aggressive time frame to fit our schedule. Typical service department that just wants your money and does not care about the vehicles or customers. My steering wheel became crooked after their multi points inspection and tire rotation. So I went back and asked them to look at. They will not do that for frew as a follow up only saying it is an alignment problem. While I do not disagree, they could not explained why it happened right after tire rotation. They just do not want to admit they mesaed up. It was my first oil change since I bought Pacifica. I will just never be back.
Poor service and lack of salesmanship. Had to come in 4 times to finally get the car. If they see you are interested they increase the price. We paid more than what they agreed on initially and said what they quoted earlier was a mistake. We still got the car, but not coming back here for the next car. Experience was poor.

The service department did great job. They are professional and faster.I had went the other dealer in South San Jose to fix a recirculation actuator which keep making noise. After 2 appointment and couple hours waiting, they told me its a normal sound and they have nothing to do with it.Then I come here. The specialist was very professional, they could tell the clicking noise is a malfunction. They also have needed replacement parts in stock. The issue was finally fixed.
Just bought a 2500 Ram in February with Shaun the Sales manager. Found a scratch a month later in the front bumper and have the picture of the purchase date for proof that we bought it with a scratch. He said I could of done it after I bought it or maybe edited the picture and does not answer my calls any longer or my emails. Really bad customer service. Usually the dealers will work with you on this type of issue. He sells you the car and does not want to work with you after the deal is done.

I went there for parts. James, the parts specialist, was very helpful and skilled at this job. It was easy to find a place to park and the environment inside was low-key. I had ordered parts, and I received a phone call from James as soon at they arrived. Im very satisfied.
Its a mixed bag. The service scheduling app said Id need 15 min for the oil change and systems check at the 10k service. Even 30 min to an hour would have been fine. But because of a recall, and three module software updates, its going to most of the day. The app is VIN aware. The staff in service is nice. Yet no time estimate provided. No phone call from service saying theyd need more time than the app asked for. So I thought I could wait for them to turn the car, but instead I had to wait for my wife to come pick me up.Like I said, the people are nice. They could up their game a bit though.
Oscar and Bobby helped me buy my car. Oscar knows what he has in the lot and shows you exactly what you are looking for. He doesnt waste any time. In no time pulled out 5 cars to get to the car of my interest. Filled it with gas and ready for testdrive. Bobby helped with the numbers without going back and forth 10 times and taking long.Overall very pleasant experience. Hope the car behaves as well as the dealership.

My Wife & I purchased a 2021 Grand Cherokee from here 2 weeks ago.Worst customer service by far.We knew what we wanted, we have great credit, had down payment, agreed on price....still took over 5 hours. They simply don’t know what they are doing. We almost left a couple of times, as they had us sitting around waiting. They would talk back & forth in a foreign language before they would talk to us in English. Made us wonder what they were talking about. Spent about an hour in financing (understandable) while they got the car prepared for us, but forgot to put gas in it.2 weeks later....no follow up call.We will never be back.

I never saw a worst customer service in a service center like the one here at this dealership. First, the service adviser I believe his name Hoos or Hoss dont feel that he want to work and get my car to the service. Secondly, after he took the car last Saturday I never received call for an update ( today is Tuesday) when I called no one answered for the fist 3 times, the fourth try a lady answered and transferred me to him and he kept me on waiting again when he came back I asked him about an update and he asked can you remind me whats wrong with car seriously? Im calling to know what is wrong with my vehicle and youre asking me whats wrong with it, he said ok buddy let me call you back and still waiting. Lets see what happens next!He never offered a loaner or drive back home and I been without for vehicle for 3 days so far.

We bought a vehicle on 11/19/20 from Sunnyvale Dodge and what a great experience it was. The salesman (Internet Mgr. Mike Farantino) was excellent to work with. He was friendly and personable with no pressure. We got the vehicle we wanted at a great price. The fiance manager, Roberto Pineda was also great to work with. There was no pressure when he asking if we wanted extras like an extended warranty, etc. His explanation of the 3 year maintenance contract made sense and saved us 50% of the cost of service over the three years. It was a great buying experience and we would definitely buy a vehicle there again. All the staff we had contact with were just plain nice!
Had my vehicle service and the lights for air bag were on when was down the street. I called and they said that it was not their problem. Last time I checked that is a safety issue. The sevice guy I believe Han. Was rude and said that there was no notes from the technician about the lights. That it happened right when he left the lot. Multipoint inspection is useless if the are not checking everything on the sheet.

When I arrived they gave me a v6 to test drive. ...long story short they dont care about the customer and never gets back to the customer. I ended up buyin a different car from a different dealer. Sloppy service.

My car needs body work due to an accident and I have CSAA Insurance. I have always used the Sunnyvale Chrysler dealer body shop when it was under Pearson and now also having services under the new Sunnyvale Chrysler Jeep Ram dealer body shop for auto repair and body work. Very happy with the easiness of scheduling, car drop off and turn around time. Mike the manager of the body shop is extremely courteous and great to work with. Had my estimate yesterday and dropped the car off today. Mike even drove me home and I did not need to get a rental because they are completing the work in one day. I recommend this location to anyone looking for quality body work and great customer service!
Nope. First and last dealing with them. I called the sales manager and asked for someone knowledgeable with the product we were looking for. He assigned us Oscar, who was the bright spot of the experience. He wasnt very knowledgeable on the product, but he was honest - a remarkably unique feature in a salesman these days (from recent experience). If he did not know the answer to a question, he would be honest about it and attempt to find out. I appreciate that.After hearing the praise of the reliability and awesomeness of the vehicle from the salesman, we then had to endure a seemingly endless amount of time with the finance guy/closer - not sure what he is called. All he did was bad-mouth the vehicle we were putting down hard money for, all in the name of trying to sell us more things we didnt need. He used phrases like you know a Jeep is just a toy, and is not reliable and this is going to start leaking all over your driveway and other nonsense. I am a loyal Jeep owner - this new one is the 5th in my driveway. Hearing a representative of Jeep speak so poorly of the product was disheartening. That and three weeks later we are still receiving payment notices for our trade-in. Nice job, guys.If you go there late in the day (we go there at 4:30), dont expect to receive a vehicle in new condition. We had to remove all the stickers, install items, clean paint marker off of glass and windows. They were happy to take our money that late, but couldnt be bothered with delivering a clean vehicle.Nope. Wont even bother considering them in the future. I will go with someone that represents the brand well on the next one. Would have been so easy to keep me around as a loyal customer.4 stars for the salesman, minus 2 for the rest of the experience.

Looked online for a Jeep Gladiator. Saw one at Sunnyvale Jeep. Called to confirm the price prior to making the 80 mile drive. As soon as the salesman walks up hes intercepted by another employee, then tells us the price was wrong. And that its going to be between 4 and 5 thousand MORE than the advertised price, same price he confirmed to us two hours prior.We asked two employees to speak with the sales manager ( the person who intercepted the salesman), waited 10 minutes and left. Pretty sure there are laws against bait and switch. And Yes, I have a screenshot of the ad.
Very poor service. Was there today for oil change with coupon (~$50 for up to 5qt fully synthetic oil and oil filter). Lady on reception said that she doesn’t remember how much oil requires for my Chrysler Pacifica, but maximum estimate will be $85. I said ok. Also she said that approximately time for oil change will be about 1.5 hours and if they finished it quicker then they will give me a call. After 2.5 hours I’ve arrived to dealership without waiting for a call. My car was ready. I went to cashier and found a bill for ~$95. I asked her why it’s expensive. She said they use more than 5qt oil (according to the service manual in my car exactly 5qt). When I asked how much she couldn’t answer and went to service department for check. After few minutes she returned with a new bill for ~$53. I paid it and got a key. Inside my car I found papers and plastic covers, they forgot to take it out, also my seat and mirrors settings was changed.Resume:Timing - not so good; honestly- not so good; accuracy - not so good.
Purchased a ram promaster 1500, sales department was average...no complaints. Got home and noticed 2 broken rear clearance lights. Notified the salesperson the following morning and sent detailed photos of the damage. Was told they would send parts and in 1.5 weeks, they sent one light without hardware. Contacted parts, they said our mistake. They stated Ive been doing this for 20 years and Ill send the parts. One month after the sale date I received a front light, not a rear light. I had multiple conversations with these folks and sent 4 photos. I gave up on them and purchased a light off ebay. Buying was fine, just hope theres nothing wrong with the vehicle. Make sure to inspect the vehicle as they do a poor job of this as evidenced by broken lights and missing paint to the bare metal on the rear top of my van.
Made an appointment this morning to test drive Jeep Compass and Renegade. I asked for both cars to be ready specifically so I avoid unnecessary wait. Drove 55min from Lafayette. I got to the dealership exactly on the appointed time. I was the only customer there. Turns out cars did not have gas so the seller needed to go get gas. Oh and had trouble finding their keys. One was parked in a way I could not open the door and waited for another 5min under 100degree sun for him to come back. When I complained, seller’s answer was this is standard service. Previous dealership Toyota Walnut Creek where I test drove Honda had the car waiting for me, AC on for 10min before I arrived. It was hard to evaluate the cars under stress of time and such an unpleasant experience. The lot was filled with amazing cars. I wish they knew how to treat the customer I bet I would have walked out with one of the cars. And what’s up with the fake advertised price in KBB? I need to apply 5 rebates to get it? Based on financing? I think I caused short circuiting when I said cash buy. Apparently the advertised price is not applicable without paying monthly interest. But who knows maybe again he did not really know where the key to the pricing was.

He gives you the in and outs of any vehicles. Every single question I asked he has an answer and let me know everything I needed to know. GO TO ZACK! He is the man when it comes to mopar in specific!Employee Anthony: It’s the little things. I’m usually not the guy to ask for anything extra but when I asked if he could power wash my car before I left the lot he had no hesitation of saying YES! This makes anyone feel like family. I observed from a distance and saw the amount of effort he put into every detail making sure I left in my new car looking the best on the street. Great guy and deserves a raise!Employee Roberto: Finance guru. He was straight forward and didn’t only let me know what I wanted to hear but what I needed to know. First off, I am so happy that we have a Chrysler Dodge and Jeep store back in Sunnyvale, It is so convenient. I booked a service appointment for my sons car. Pulling into the service drive I was promptly helped by a Service advisor by the name of Paul. He was very friendly, polite and most importantly listened to my concerns and made sure I was taken care of. At the time of pick Paul went over everything that had been done and made sure to answer any questionsI had. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Booked an appointment over the phone for an oil change on my Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I did ask over the phone whether I can use a coupon from their website for $59.95 and they said yes and to print it and bring it with me.I was there today on time for my appointment and the service advisor told me that he cant accept the coupon since it is not in the system. He offered that I do the oil change for $129.95. Thats $70 more!I asked him what it takes to add the coupon into the system since I got it from their own website and he told me that he needs to talk to the manager and I should come on another day.Never had such a poor service.They dont honor coupons from their own website!

Unfortunately, when I arrived the day of, my dream car had been taken to another dealership. No worries, I was still in the hopes of driving a car out of the lot, so I talked a bit with Oscar and he took me to the Jeeps.And then I saw her, slightly hidden away but big, beautiful, and glorious: a grey Jeep Gladiator Mojave. My dad and I were drawn immediately to it and kept going back even when we looked at the other Jeeps, including a variation of the one I originally came for. We confirmed our interest, poked at the car, asked questions, and then took it out for a spin.We were basically sold and ready to sign off, when we saw the Gator Green color of the Jeep Gladiator Mojave the dealership had on display. We were once again in love, and this time properly signed the papers to get the green instead of grey. Not only that, but apparently we got the last green of their stock! We were stoked.Shout out to the squad that hooked me up with this car from start to finish: y’all did a fantastic job negotiating with my mom, answering all our questions, and making the process as painless as possible. MASSIVE LOVE TO OSCAR, who was with us the entire way and made sure everything was explained. He basically became my friend since I have his number and have already hit him up once to ask a question about the car 😂 Would highly recommend that you ask for him if you’re coming since he will move mountains to make sure you leave happy (and with a car haha).TLDR; We came in for a car and got what we wanted, but we also came out with a lot of support and kindness to make sure our new ride was gonna last as long as it could in the best way that it could. Coming to take a test drive on Cherokee, waiting for half an hour for him(Oskar) to take the keys under 100F sunshine, then we were told the only Cherokee they have here has no gas, and he will not go to refill the gasoline because they will close one hour later( it was 4pm). We said it’s fine, and asked if it’s possible to find another trim with the similar features so that we could see how does it feel when driving, he said yes. After another 20 minutes waiting, nobody came out. We went inside to look for the sales again. AND FOUND HIM JUST SITTING IN THE CUBE CHATTING WITH OTHER 3 SALES WITH THE KEYS ON THE DESK!!! WHICH MEANS HE LITERALLY WANTED TO KEEP US WAITING OUTSIDE! He saw me and then grabbed the keys, told me the only car I can drive is the campass. I said thank you but I’m leaving. WORST WORST EXPERIENCE at dealers ever. It makes me feel so bad for the JEEP Group.
You need to do your homework before coming to the dealership. That was the answer from the salesman, when I asked to show me a few different Wrangler models and trims. Also he mentioned a couple of times that cars are expensive and options are very expensive. I didnt ask anything about the price yet.It looks like your trying to prevent customers to buy cars from your dealership.
Shaun is a pleasure to work with. He went above any beyond to get me the car I wanted.After the global pandemic was in effect, this dealership made accommodations to ease the burden. Would definitely recommend working with Shaun to get your next Jeep

Worst service ever. The ppl over there overly charged me for nothing and no idea of the actual prices on the market. Don’t ever visit here if you are expecting reasonable prices and services.
Despite agreeing on a price for a truck over the phone weeks ago, I have not been able to buy a car from this place either due to laziness, neglect, or incompetence. Emails go unanswered, and there is always an excuse to brush my request for written documents aside and then ask me, when are you coming in? I travel all over the country - I am not coming in. Please ship the car to my house! Maybe if I could get in touch with one of the salesmen that are highly rated here, I could get something going, but I cant past the guy that answers the phone. Its been a frustrating experience and a waste of my time.
So happy find my favorite car that was looking for in this place .I met Shun the seales manager which was so respectful and polite that I could deal with him . From beginning he was honest and had my car with the right price that I wanted and plus the dealer discont he got me extra bucks off which I didnt knew about it top on the discount price and surprised me with it.The finance also went smoot and I got my favorite car and extra $$$ off a day after 4th of july .I really appreciate all the staff that treat me as a customer. They were all nice .thank you sunnyvale dodge dealer ship . The owner should be proud of such employees.
Leased a JGC from this Dealership, 4 months later the Car is not registered yet and no Plates came in. Called them so many times before temporary plates expires but they keep transferring me to an extension that dont even pick up calls. Now Im driving a non registered car with an expired temp plates. This dealership cares about you while you shop cars but once you got the car, they forget who you are and how much you actually spend for that car.If theres a negative star, I would rate them with that. Its really frustrating... Ive never experienced this before. Covid19 is not an excuse.

I usually had bad experienced with Chrysler dealers but Paul service advisor was great customer service and they finished quick with compared other dealers.Thank you very much!!!I was almost thinking to sell Chrysler because so husstle to bring service and maintenance but Im happy to keep it with Sunnyvale dealers.
