Today I had William and Kentron doing my install and I couldnt be any happier. They were very thorough, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. They walked me through everything they saw and what they were doing. I was very confident in their skills and without a doubt this whole experience was very very good. Very professional company. From the sales rep (Joe), to the financial dept, to the install team! I’mapologize for forgetting the rest of the teams name- We hired them to install a new ac unit and an I-wave R. They did a great job installing the unit. They were prompt, courteous and professional. And on top of it, my first FPL bill dropped in half!! They did such a good job, that I referred them to my boss. She paid them to install an I-wave R in her house too and she also paid for a yearly maintenance plan. I’m very happy with this company! I did a lot of research to find the best company and I’m glad we choose them!!

They responded right away, came over to assess the existing AC equipment and advise me on the replacement in terms of efficiency and cost effectiveness. Given that I was ready to decide and agreed on the terms, Joe did the paperwork then and there. The technicians arrived exactly at the promised time and took great care to prepare the area indoors around the air handler. They worked quietly and quickly and I am delighted with the new, quieter AC system and highly recommend this company.

Hi Vac installed 2 units in my my primary residence 6 years ago and we just used them again to replace a unit in a second property we own. We choose them again for the following reasons. Prices are fair, workers are neat and skilled, service is professional and the company culture. Over the years I have had routine maintenance and a service call. Each time Hi Vac workers leave, the job is well done and I have the peace of mind Im looking for. From the owner down to all the service people and installers, there is a consistency in the workforce. First off the 3 guys that installed my unit were absolutely the best!!William, Elvis and Antonia were super professional, clean and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. They pulled out all the rotted board from old air handler and built a new insulated one. They had to work around gas pipes and all to get the job done!William explained everything before and after he did the work!Elvis worked on the new 3 ton fan and fuses and explained everything!And Antonio was in small places sealing the air ducts to perfection! It was brutally hot and these guys pushed through it all and did a great job and Im recommending this company to anyone I hear say they need or have any AC issues.Thank you guys again.

William and Kentron were the installers for my new a/c units. They were prompt, friendly, informative, professional, clean and helpful. So I booked an appointment with Joe for a Friday. He comes and takes pictures of the area...seems nice. Joe tells me that hell have a quote to me by Monday. Monday comes around and no quote, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and so on...no quote. He finally decides to call me back weeks later. Tells me...oh Ive been busy and I wont be able to give you quote for a couple more weeks. This is hilarious. Then tells me he wouldnt even be able to install until the summer of 2022. Maybe this is a good company and just has a bad employee but either way I let a guy come into my home, take pictures, walk around my home and it was all for absolutely nothing. Thanks Joe! 🙂

I had such a great experience with this company. They were quick to come out and check out my old ac. They showed me the issue with my old ac and gave me two options on fixing my old one or getting a new one, it was time for a new one so I went with that. Joe, the sales consultant was great! He was very detailed and thorough! Went through my different options of ac units and recommendations. They came out the next day to install the new ac. Joe even came out to check on the installation to make sure everything was going well. The technicians(William and tony) were also great! They explained everything they were doing and cleaned up and repair the mess my old ac left. They were very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend them!

My AC broke in the middle of the afternoon when the temperature was at 95 degrees outside. I called Hi Vac right away and they were able to have a tech come out to my house and fix the issue that same day. I can’t thank them enough for their quick response. Their tech Robert, was very professional and friendly, as well as the young lady who answers their phone. I would recommend this company for their overall service as well as their prices.

The crew that serviced arrived less than an hour after calling the company. They were very courteous and professional. And although they diagnosed and repaired the unit quickly, they took their time to go over and make sure there was no further underlying cost. Excellent.

HiVac tech Verol came out promptly, fixed my issue and had my ac back running in about an hour or so. Customer service was great as well, being she had my part ordered first thing so my issue could be taken care of right away! The Team from HI-VAC from sales to installation were very professional and easy to work with. Joe responded promptly to all of my questions (and there were many), came out to provide a comprehensive evaluation and quote, and worked with us to purchase the best system for our household. He really considered the environment and the location of the units to recommend the right type of system, quite unlike another company that provided a proposal for the same job. There was no heavy sales pitch; just a competent and easy sales process. The installers, Josh, William, Rico, and Arnaldo, arrived punctually on the day of installation, always wore PPE, and were courteous and non-intrusive in our home. They installed two new units in about six hours, and then Josh came back to check the work and ensure all thermostat programming was correct and running efficiently. The office was very communicative with scheduling updates which I appreciated. I strongly recommend HI-VAC and will continue to use their services.

The technician was respectful and very helpful, he talked me through the process of the HVAC inspection.He informed me about all the things I needed to know in regards to how my machine was functioning, and how it should function. He even told me what to look out for in the future and even future repair costs.

I previously used one of the larger AC companies in South Florida, which installed my Trane system. I am so glad I found Hi-Vac after 10 years with the other company since their dedication to excellent customer service and really knowledgeable expert technicians have resulted in my system performing like new again. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking to make a switch from the bigger companies here.

I called in around 9 pm on Saturday evening when I realized the A/C stopped working and left a VM. The Technician called back within 10 minutes and showed up within 2 hours and took care of the issue.

We were having major issues with our Trane A/C unit. The unit would start up but the fan wouldnt blow out any cool air, then it would turn off after a minute, and repeat. Eventually, the unit would kickstart and cool air would blow out of the vents. The motor could be heard during night, stoping/starting. Side note: Our baby daughter was running a fever and we needed to keep the house cool. Hi-Vac prioritized our claim. Anyways, after some tries and great customer support and phenomenal support from Hi-Vac they fixed the issues. Hi-Vac even submitted the warranty on our behalf which made getting parts that are covered under the warranty MUCH easier. So thank yo, Hi-Vac and team.

Hi-Vac has been my go-to AC company for many years. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are proficient in identifying the problem and coming up with a solution. In the past I had multiple companies inspect my AC and not one identified the issue at hand. Hi-Vac identified the issue during the first visit (within 5 minutes) and came up with a solution for our AC troubles. We have not had any issues since! In addition, they will not suggest services that aren’t necessary. I highly recommend HI-VAC for all your AC needs!

Unfortunately, the only positive thing I have to say about this company is that the customer service is great. Patti and (I forgot the other guys name) is very Professional and courteous. On the other hand, from what we (my husband and I) have experienced for the last three years the services HAS BEEN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. As another writer mentioned (Delgado) in his post, three years ago we brought a Rheem AC from home depot which was installed by this company. Within the first three months, someone had to come to repair a broken pipe. Six months later the same problem. A year later another problem. Within three years of getting the unit repairs had to made at least 5 times. In addition, the first technician (Jordan at the time) was very rude and unprofessional. We requested that he never come to our home again. Recently, yesterday, after enrolling in the Maintenance plan, a technician (I believe name Alejandro) came to provide maintenance but mistakedly broke the COVER of our (back porch) outside electrical box and did not have the decency to inform us. We ONLY found out later after my husband went into the porch area. This morning the Manager name Maribeth and the Owner (Peter) called regarding the situation but it was a waste of time as the technician lied informing them that he did not break the cover. Mean while they are covering up for him, not willing to pay for any repairs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO BROUGHT AN AC UNIT FROM HOME DEPOT or if you are a person of color...as some of the techs (from my experience) have a problem with black people. Also, of all the techs that have come to our home (in the last three years) we have not seen one black tech???? Maybe the owner needs to consider this in the hiring process.....

Really hard to find a company that distribute and repair these units and Hi Vac was the first and thankfully the closest option to us in Pompano Beach. They used my vacuum cleaner and left it dirty with rocks and also the AC unit didnt work well I had to call for assistance and they sent a guy and he finished the work!

We recently purchased a home and needed the a/c serviced. We tried HI-VAC because of their many good reviews. Technician Robert came out and it was easy to see why so many choose HI-VAC. Robert quickly diagnosed the problem and even gave us a heads up on what may happen next being that my unit was about 22 years old (it was passed its prime). Months later something else went bad and it was as Robert said. Fast forward to 6 months later and something else broke and we knew it was time to get a new system.Joe came out and made the estimate process effortless. When our unit came in, William and JC installed the units despite the minor setbacks that came up. Space was a major issue in my home but they made it work without attitude or frustration (at least it was never shows to us). William explained the system to us and answered all the questions that I threw at him with patience and easy to understand terms. We are happy we found this company and would highly recommend them to others.

I have used Hi-Vac for a number of years, have always been satisfied with their patient service of my aging AC system & would never hesitate to recommend them. They have suggested that I replace it numerous times, but never pressured me to do so, merely pointing out the potential problems inherent in my old system versus the advantages of a new one. They did convince me to sign up for their annual maintenance program, which actually paid for itself on the first subsequent visit. Their technicians are knowledgeable, thorough & personable, as are the office staff, making interaction with them quite pleasant even when faced withsweating through my seemingly semi-annual breakdowns, which of course usually happen on weekends and/or holidays(!). I can almost guarantee that you would never regret engaging their services, no matter the age or condition of your own AC system.

All I needed was to order a replacement filter for an AHU with QuikBox™ Media Cabinet and provided them the serial numbers for both. After several days of no response and 2 follow up emails, they refused to provide the replacement filter, so they can gouge Trane customers for a phony service call, to check the unit.

They listened, and really helped me out with an intermittent issue, that was difficult to diagnose. Thanks to all…..

I’ve used Hi-Vac for years for maintenance and service. It was only natural to turn to them when it was time to replace the system. The process was quick and convenient. The installation went smoothly and the end result is a great system and a very satisfied customer.

Hi-Vac was referred to me by a friend, and I was really impressed from the first visit to give me a quote and available options, all the way through delivery and installation of a new Trane XV20i. Joe Dicresce was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected my previous AC installation and was able to quickly recommend 3 options of replacement at different price points and features. He was patient and sent me several quotes until I made my final decision a couple of months after his initial visit. Once I decided the new system was ordered and installation was scheduled in just a couple of days. The installers Willy and Joshua arrived on time, and I was impressed that they removed the old system, installed the new one, configured, tested and showed me everything in about 6 hours of work. These folks certainly know their job. Their work was clean, precise and the system has been working for a month now without a single glitch. I am very happy I chose Hi-Vac over my previous and very well-known AC provider, which was a disaster to say the least. The difference is night and day. I do recommend them and I am confident they will do great maintenance work over the 10 years of extended warranty for this new Trane system. A few days after installation Ive received a package in the mail containing all the paperwork very well organized - sales order, financing statement, extended warranty policy documents with important service and warranty phone numbers and the serial numbers of all parts installed. I have never seen such organization and communication from an AC provider before. Joe also scheduled a follow up visit, when not only he did not try to sell me anything else (like other vendors do - surprise), but checked the diagnostics in the thermostat to make sure everything is running fine. He also brought me a nice thank you card on behalf of the company and a nice gift. Wow. It is clear that this is a family owned business that does care about their reputation and customer satisfaction. If I knew it would be that easy I would have replaced my AC earlier.

Honest and Professional company with skilled technicians who are polite and excellent. They fixed our unit easily for a very reasonable price after another company lied to us and tried to convince us that it was an obsolete unit that needed replacement! Turns out the unit is only 5 years old and simply had a clogged drainage line!!!

At first I was sceptical because when I called they said they were booked up for the next 2 months for a basic maintenance/cleaning. But they immediately called back and scheduled me for the next week. When they showed Josh was extremely professional, pleasant and friendly. Worked very efficiently and the price was reasonable. Id call them again.

Been with Hi Vac since 2014 with a service contract. Every 6 months a friendly call from the office to schedule maintenance for the central air. At no time were we pressured to do unnecessary work to our Ac unit.Recently our AC Unit was leaking and had to have the service tech come out 3 times on different times (either a Saturday or Sunday) the wait was never over 3 hours for the tech to come.Unfortunately the AC unit was at the point of replacementWe did shop around for quotes. But Hi Vac salesperson came in and matched all the quotes both by price and warrantyThe installation crew were prompt and professional in replacing the entire AC UNIT.It’s sure nice to have a genuine company you can rely on from the call to the office till they leave your home.

Amazing company!! Everything from making the appointment to the consultation to the service call was done with professionalism and integrity. I was ready to buy a whole new system but when the service advisor came out he said “absolutely not!” He advised what needed to be done/replaced in terms of service and I went from there. Please take this as a warning... This company sold a unit to my wife via Home Depot that poor quality and workmanship is a compliment. 5 days later the nightmare started with the first service call ... yes 5 days. Less than a month. had to come out again and replace the entire Air Handler. 6 months after they had to come out again to replace the evap coil... follow by several calls because the unit was not cooling and always charging us to add Freon. A year after again out here removing the coil and removing all damaged insulation From the workmanship. 7 days later had to call because the AC was leaking, work order says they replaced the drain pan all they did was try to putty the crack never replaced. Just found out they installed a 5 ton air handler with a 4 ton outside unit. Please be very careful . My poor wife had was completely taken for a fool by this company. Please be careful!!!!

A wonderful experience. Got in contact over the phone, gave me an idea of the repair cost and within the hour the service tech was knocking at the door. The service tech, William (AKA Guillermo), was courteous and professional and was equipped with the proper required PPE. Gave me the right diagnosis and gave me an upfront cost to repair which was a bit lower than the price over the phone. Repair was done, unit is performing efficiently, and all the repairs was completed with no mess. Thank you.

We were searching for a reliable and professional AC service and Hi Vac lived up to its reviews..The tech that came over was very professional..Answered the questions we had with confidence he was very knowledgeable ...and overall .., have no reservations in recommending the company...We have an older unit ... but our philosophy is its still functional ..with no pressure re: replacing the AC which was very refreshing..Paul

Ive been using HI-VAC for over the past year. Ive had various issues with my house ranging from uneven cooling/air distribution to physically relocating the AC compressor unit outside. I have been impressed with their genuine concern to do right for the customer. When I needed to move the AC outside unit, I called HI-VAC and asked whether I should just apply the relocation cost towards a new AC unit. They responded that my unit is relatively new and can get many more years of useful life out of it; and did NOT recommend a new AC unit. Had they only been interested in their bottom line, they would have immediately jumped to the conclusion that I immediately buy a new AC unit. So they have the customers interest ahead of a quick buck. Ive have several differentAC Technicians arrive at my home several times, whether for scheduled maintenance or an emergency call, and they are all professional, courteous and take the time to answer any of my questions and/or concerns.I highly recommend HI-VAC!!

Joe was amazing!! Incredibly smart and knew exactly how to fix my issue. He was solutions oriented and didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary things. I highly recommend Hi Vac. Professional from scheduling/dispatch all the way to at the field work!!

I’ve been under contract for 13 years and have my AC serviced every 6 months. The unit is 13 years old and runs like a champ. I needed my thermostat replaced and called for an appointment. I got same day service and the technician, Josh, did a great job. He installed a wireless accessible device and gave me a good orientation to it. Super job!

These people were absolutely great from start to finish starting Joe the sales guy to the installers they were on time, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I cant day enough good things about them; so much do that the city inspector even stated that we had a phenomenal job done and asked me who had done it. These days when everyone has a horror story to tell of service people its a great feeling to recommend a GREAT Co.
