This target is in need of some serious quality control in their produce department. I order about twice weekly for same-day delivery and love the service and the products but the produce is consistently not up to par. So far strawberries and carrots have been eliminated from my future shopping lists for this target

Huge store. A real Super Target . Easy online order ... pick up or drive up. So nice to pickup groceries that way. Target App has coupons you can easily apply to purchases. Nice sales and discounts.

Diversified product lines. Up to date and sheik designs. Very clean store with helpful staff. Definitely worth visiting this store..it will.soon become.your to go store. From pets supplies to ripe bananas and everything in between..you will.find it at Target!

Large Target. Very helpful employees. One took out an electronic cart for me by moving a bunch of carts out of the way. Another walked me to the product I was looking for. Store was clean and well stocked. Will return in the future.

Target is a pleasant, clean, organized and comfortable place. Theyre usually well stocked and the lines arent outrageous.

The best Target I have been to. In the state where I am from, Targets are nowhere this pristine. The store was clean, well lit and attendants were as helpful as one could expect them to be. Just wish they had a larger variety of board games... Missing the Settler of Catan Expansions for instance.

This is my second time using the Drive Up at this store and it is by far the worse. Waiting 45 mins already after checking in and getting 2 different codes not being able to walk in due to health issue. I call the store’s guest services and no answer, in any of the department. I used to line coming to this store but not anymore. Going back to the one in Plantation even if I have to drive a lil further.

I go to this location basically every Sunday to buy my weekly groceries and I will as long as I live in the area! Trice is such a sweetheart, shes helped me out several times and each time is a wonderful experience. All of the staff members are friendly and open to helping me with my needs. The store is always clean as well.... just cant wait till the mask mandate is over so I can see Trices smile when she helps me!!

This is Super Target with usual flavours of Target store and is located inside the Sawgrass mall near USPS post office.They have Pizaa hut express, CVS pharmacy and Target optical located inside.One of the best place for all of the basic shopping needs and is easily accessible inside the mall.

We were at this location while visiting the area and we realized wed forgotten to pack something, and this chain is a sure bet for replacing items that are normally found in ones daily routine. The store was clean and doing a good job with social distancing at the registers and plexi-glass up for cashiers. They made a mask announcement while we were there, which was also nice to hear.We were easily able to find what we were looking for and were in and out in just a few minutes, which is one of the primary reasons we chose this chain to replace our forgotten item.Overall: A+Clean and well organized location. Easy to find what you need.

I can never really get accustomed to self check-out and waiting to serve myself.As per usual, the store was clean and well lit. I love the new look and the way the product is displayed.

For a super target I was expecting something bigger.. kind of disappointed.

Quality customer service.At 10:30 pm, my printer ran out of ink in the middle of printing some important documents. Target was the only place I know opened until 11:00 pm. I called to verify if they had the item I needed before diving out to pick it up. Customer service initially transferred me to the Electronics Dept. for help, that rang without an answer, I ended up being reconnected to Customer Service.This is where the associate exceeded my expectations. She requested the details of what I needed to check the stock. Only 1 was available, she radioed to have someone physically check the self since the system may not reflect the most current information.This may seem trivial; however, I have been in the same situation before. Instead of being assisted, I was told I was in the wrong department and received no further assistance.For this reason, Target is one of my favorite places to shop.

The Target is great and customer service is great too but I am giving a 2 stars for the service I received at Starbucks.My husband and I had forgotten our water in the car and we decided to buy drinks at Starbucks.As I am approaching the gentleman at the register, I said Hi to him and he didnt answer back because he was on his phone.I thought that greeting your customers was a basic for customer service representative.My husband is ordering and I am grabbing a bottle of sparkling water, I showed it to him and opened it right away.He yelled at me that we couldnt drink inside the store.I understand but I think he should have been nicer and explained it better as I literally did the same thing 3 weeks ago and no one told me anything.I was wearing my mask and we were obviously respecting social distancing.Hiring is hard and it must be hard explaining cellphone policy at work, but this happens too often!

Ecellent customer service in the Tech dept.I especially want to commend Daniel and his manager, Mr. Kris in the Tech Dept. at the store in Sunrise Florida. I had some major problems in changing my phone from another service to Consumer Cellular. They were very patient and successfully completed the task.

A huge, gigantic stores filled to the brim with anything and everything youd every want!

I purchased a (Serta) air mattress that was leaking air. I spent $99 which is not cheap for a twin size air mattress but I assume it’s better quality. Just in case, I asked at the register and was told 60 days refund without mentioning of exchange only until I came to return the defective one. I meanwhile purchased a different bed and I’m now stock with this extra air mattress. They claimed that there is a sign saying exchange only which is not correct. I thought Target was better than that!!! From now on Amazon only!!!

Valerie was above and beyond amazing. I went shopping for school clothes for my son. We were waiting in line. Valerie saw we were waiting and the cashier was a little busy so she jumped in and helped us to check out swiftly. As we were leaving she called after us to give my son stickers. 💚 amazing. Great shopping experience

The service provided by Chris who was the (supervisor/management) present during my visit to the store along with my checkout experience with Raquel/Rachel (sorry not sure of spelling). They both took the time to answer ALL my questions as i had just downloaded the Target app on my phone. They went above and beyond and made me feel as i was important and not just another number/customer. That goes a long way. And although masks were worn by all, you can still decipher when someone has a smile behind the mask requirements, and they most certainly did.

Two of the jars of olives i ordered and came to pick up had broken seals on them. I didnt notice until i got home and now i have to take it back to the store. Thanks for the inconvenience! :>(

It was well stocked, clean and actually 2 store associates asked if I needed help finding something. When I check out the cashier cleaned the belt and the areas. Very impressed by her doing that and she was also very friendly.

Arent 132 stressing for 50 dollars to get 10 of customer service was rude so was hazel cashier trying to help Cody who was new and didntknow anything. Bad existence. Target at Sawgrass. Always well kept and clean and customer service is always friendly. While it is attached to Sawgrass, it runs its own operating schedule.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for years, within the last year there have been 3 different pharmacists. The current woman is rude, not helpful, barely speaks. There used to be nice man who made sure to ask questions and speak even the previous woman was very nice but very unhappy with this new person. The tech is very very nice. Makes me consider leaving

The ease of use when it comes to the Target app is fantastic. During these uncertain times it is so helpful to be able to browse, update payment info, and checkout with as little contact as possible.

This is my go-to Target. When my English Cocker Spaniel was still around, they would let me bring him—which was a huge perk. I particularly love this location because it closes at midnight; which is great for late night shopping. The parking lot is always well lit, and the staff is very friendly. For the Starbucks lovers, like me, this Target is ideal. The in-store Starbucks has a sitting area and most of the Starbucks speciality drinks.

I went in and did some shopping before picking up the order. Typically I go to Targets by my house and do the same. This time the girl at the guest service counter was taking an order out to a car and told me to go back in line to pay since she wouldnt let me pay for my items there and pick up my items. I went back to a register to pay and waited around another 10 minutes to check out since check out was slow.

Price and cleanliness

I shop at least once a week and I never had a bad experience in the store! The staff is really nice! and I am starting to know some of them...I am also searching for a job since I am there so much! My wife just left target at swags mill, they had 20 percent off sign all over but employers and manger does not know how to apply 20 percent off. My wife wait 30 min. They ask me to do a google review after my survey. But what’s the sense, I like to do reviews when they are acknowledged, when the store actually read the reviews and apologize. Step your game up target. I don’t see why there was a girl at the front who appeared to be a greeter but didn’t say hi. Maybe she wasn’t a greeter. Anyways, this is the fifth time I picked up my order and didn’t get any directions. It would be helpful if you tell the customer, thank you I will email your receipt is there anything else. Don’t just put the stuff on the counter and expect me to read what going on in your head. Second the side conversation that the cashier has while they are serving the customers must stop. And lastly thank you for having my order ready for pick up before the two hour time frame that you advertised online. Maybe if I had a robot or a self pick up box and didn’t have to deal with your horrible cashiers then the rating would be 5 stars.

Employees here are very rude, I had to leave a $265 chair from how disgusting I was treated in the front end I lost my phone while shopping put my tracker on and it tells me the phone is at the front desk upon arriving I find a worker turning the alarm off and going through my phone, he even went on his Instagram and found one of my friends and spoke of me to them. I have proof I will be contacting my lawyer there is no reason anyone shouldve gone through my pictures or instagram especially at the front desk i feel so violated!!!

Always enjoyed the sushi in the store. Never shopped online but it seems people are not very happy with them. Good thing I only go there for cute baby clothes and sushi :)I placed my most recent order about two weeks ago. I am always pleased with the products, prompt delivery, and customer service. Ive tried both in store pickup and mail order. I will continue to place orders.

As chain stores of this type go, this one is better than some. While most of the grocery prices are about average, I find the meats to be high. The saving grace of the groceries is the deli, where they make some really good sandwiches. The rest of the store is what you would expect - check merchandise for quality, especially clothing items.The best part about this location is the pharmacy. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. They learn your name quickly and are great resources for health questions.

I purchased a Nintendo switch from this location on December 23rd 2018 with a square trade warrantyof $39. Unfortunately for me I misplaced the receipt and the controllers are defective. It has been less than a year and as a working mom haven’t had time to go back to the store and just recently been able to call square trade. Well turns out that the actual receipt number is needed and target or square trade is unable to help with getting it fixed even though I have a credit card statement of the purchase. So now I amforced to buy another set of controllers and won’t be purchasing the warranty as I feel most people don’t keep their receipt and their money is lost as well. What a great business to sell a warranty and wash you hands of the responsibility. Merry Christmas xx

I was once a seasonal employee at this target and was wrongfully terminated because the managers claimed that I had 5 no calls no show but I had proof that I came too work like everyone else did and they still refused too rehire me back or put me back on schedule. Mind you that this was an overnight position I always came in at 10pm and got off work at either 5am or 8am some times at 9am depending on how many redbulls I had but anyway the manager Danillo claimed that I never worked my morning part which lost me because I was always scheduled from 10pm to 6am, so can someone tell me how is it that i never worked my morning shift?

Excellent service, friendly staff, good selection of items.However please keep a closer watch on the makeup section. I noticed a customer swatching multiple lipsticks and not buying any of them. It is quite unhygienic.

Store is clean. However they have clearance items with non clearance items very confusing. Also dont ask for price check at check out they yell to each other across the store and make a production of it. Very rude and uncomfortable. 2 stars is generous to say the least.

Found what I was looking for quickly. Just had my First Target Shopping-While-Black-Experience. Terrible. I will ne back Target and I am watching and I ALL my friends and family watching how your employees interact with us. You are NOT going to make Blacks feel Im uncomfortable in their own Home Store. This target is always packed and messy. The parking is okay considering it’s attached to the mall. I would rather drive 15 minutes away to the better target.

This is a large Target. It has a large selection of many items available for purchase. The cafe at the front makes a pretty good grilled cheese sandwich. Self checkout may be faster than waiting in line. They have a lot of registers not being used.
