40 minutes into our visit on fathers day, we had to leave. It took 20 minutes to get a table because it was busy but there was no communication between staff members so our table was taken by someone else, we had to wait longer. We were not greeted and not given menus. We had to ask. We were only approached by a staff member as we were packing up our kids to leave. I informed the hostess as we were leaving that no one even bothered to speak to us. And that other people who came after us were being greeted and served.Our previous experience was great, this experience assures we will not be back any time soon if ever.

The food is great and the customer service even better. I went to pick up my order today and it started raining, the lady that I paid my order with took me all the way to my car with their umbrella. Quick service! Def recommend them.

Nice place. Not busy at all when I went....it was 1:20 and they close at 2pm....I guess I should have asked without assuming; I ordered a RACHEL SANDWICH and every place Ive been its made with TURKEY and they made mine with PASTRAMI, it was still good though.....staff was super friendly.......

We phoned in a pick up order.The young lady, behind the counter, was take phone orders, cashiering, double checking & packing pick up orders. She was excellent & probably not paid enough.I had a lox platter, which could have used more than one slice of tomato & less onion, but was very good. The bagels are huge & very good. Wife had scrambled eggs & home fries, both were great. Prices were reasonable.

This is a great local mom & pops business... Plenty of tables here, stay as long as you want to...very relaxing environment... Oh Yes- the food is all good!!

Slightly torn about this place. Ordered from Uber Eats and they gave me a totally wrong order. I drove to return it and get what I ordered. Customer service was not to my standards as they barely offered an apology. That being said, the chicken noodle soup and nova on an everything bagel was incredible. I will be trying this place out again, but definitely going to eat at the restaurant.

As of 10-3The past 5 times I have gone to pick up food, my order is wrong. I had to drive back everytime. Seems like when they take phone orders the rush through it and and cooks do read the orders thoroughly. There have been other times I have check the order before left and it was wrong and had to go back in. My first time there, I ordered the bagle with lox and cream cheese spread, I add tomatoes and onion with the order waited 15 min for Togo order and it was not even put together,they sent it back to make it a sandwich like should have been.The sandwich was great but only 3 stars for the wait and service

Paid $5.44 for a bagel with scallion cream cheese. This is an abusive price. I don’t even pay that in NY. Would have been $2.79 for regular cream cheese. My mistake and will never go here again.

My family has been coming here for a while, but after so many mornings of waiting forever for service, food missing or wrong, and disorganized seating, we wont be coming back. Even when we happen to have a decent time here, i can always look over and see someone else looking very frustrated and looking for someone to help them with anything mentioned above.

Bagel host too is an amazing place to eat food. The food is so fresh and delicious. The bagels are so well presented like all the other foods! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to eat my breakfast. The costumer service is perfect they interact with you and make you feel at home! I would 100% come back again!

The service here is amazing. Kind and caring staff. It’s a cute bagel store with fresh food and quick service. I bring my two kids under 4 in here regularly and every time the staff helps me when they start to get restless. The most recent time the manager even came and walked my 2yo around for a few minutes to distract him while we were waiting for our food. I would highly recommend for a good breakfast spot.

The cashier was pleasant, my bagel was fresh... HOWEVER...my eggs were GREEN ON THE BOTTOM....MY POTATOES WERE OLD, MY BACON OLD !!!!! IF... youre going to have a restaurant be HONORABLE and DONTtry and save money at the customers expense!!!!

We were greeted kindly and almost immediately by cashiers at the register and told to sit wherever we wanted. We sat and proceeded to wait over 15 minutes to be addressed by our waiter. Though it wasnt full, service was slow and the waiter got my order wrong. I got scrambled eggs instead of the omlette I ordered. She offered to send it back but by then, everything had taken so long we were running late for an appointment. My husbands pastrami was delicious but everything else was not worth the price.

While dining there I observed the owner several times handling money and running his hand through his hair and then handling the bagels behind him with bare hands. My Coffee was old and burnt. I informed the waiter of this and he responded he drinks decaf and we ordered regular coffee and walked away. Didnt even offer to make fresh coffee or remove the cost from the check. I told the owner while paying my bill about the coffee and to please delete the cost which he did but didnt even bother to apologize. He just deleted the cost.. Will not return....

Your typical bagel place. We go every sunday with the family. The food is good and the staff is nice, though sometimes a bit frazzled. But I cant really complain. I always get what I ordered and it comes out hot. 👍

National Bagel day. Went to this place since it had decent reviews. Ordered one everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. The older gentleman had to walk the way back to the kitchen. After 10 minutes I finally received the begel, which was cold. Tasted no better than a frozen bagel. This is not a place that to go to for quick bagel and coffee. Since they didnt even have coffee at the front of the restaurant. Stick with Einsteins or Dunkin donuts avoid this place.

Ive been here twice now and its really nothing to get excited about. The first time I went with my daughter and we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Our server was very friendly and even chatty. That was until we placed our order and she just disappeared. She came, dropped off the sandwich without a word and that was it, never even came back to check for refills or even make sure the meal was okay. The next time my husband had wanted to go out from breakfast and this place is fairly close. I ordered our daughter the Mickey mouse pancakes, my husband ordered some kind of breakfast platter and I, once again ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. This time our waitress was much more attentive throughout the entire visit so we will likely be back, just not in any rush.

My boyfriend and I like it here a lot. The waitress with the purple hair and the check out lady with the British accent are the the two best people! Oh, and theres a heavy set, short Latino gentleman who is really great too! We really like it there. The food is good, not too expensive. Its not really real loud (even when its completely full). The place is set up nice so that when it is full, you dont feel crowded. I like it. 😉😊👍

Stay away. Breakfast not bad but my friend ordered corned beef on rye. The bread looked like the rye bread youd get at a food mart, but the real horror was the corned beef. It looked like Spam, and friend said it definitely tasted like it. She ate 1/4 of it and left the rest. I told the owner and she just shrugged and didnt answer. So $12.99 for 2 bites of unidentifiable meat. Dont expect a Jewish deli. Better yet, go somewhere else.

Food was good. Slow service. Super slow to pay your check. Waited way too long . Person at counter had to take money and to handle take out. Need 2 people at help out in busy times. Missed beginning of my movie which was at the other end of the plaza. Would go again only when I dont have something else going on.

Place wasn’t full but took 10 minutes to get seated. We then were not recognized for another 10 minutes. No menus or coffee. Had to go to the back where the waiter and waitresses were to ask for service. Food was good but service was horrible! I’ll never be back!!!

Hole in the wall that performs. My coffee cup was never empty, the portions were large and the food came out super quick. Very disappointed. I know it was busy numerous tables, 2 waiters. Waited about 10 mins to be slightly greeted, waited another 10 mins before leaving. Nobody ever came to our table to give us menus or properly acknowledged us. Just kept walking around us like we didn’t exist. Many others were seated after us, however they were attended in a quickness! Sucks food looked pretty good and the reviews before mines are good too! That’s what made me come try it out. I GUESS NOT! Never felt this way before! Doesn’t even deserve one star! Funny my boyfriend warned me before going in because of the area! Sad world we live in!

You need more wait staff. A few weeks after re-opening at the new location across the plaza and it was hayhem inside. Second time that I waited over 15 minutes with no service and walked out. Either hire what you need to support the larger seating capacity or get out of the business. There are far too many breakfast options available to wait so long for eggs. The owners and manager might also want to pay more attention to what is going on with their customers. Three of them were huddled around the cash register while more than 6+ tables waited for service. If you are going to own a restaurant...be willing to be part of the solution or customers very simply will not come back. Take a drink order, walk around and see who is being served and who isnt and then most importantly step in to help or hire people who will.

I decided to stop at this location this morning before going into work. I walked in, there were several customers seated in the dining room area. I waited at the counter (I just wanted to order a bagel). I stood there for at least 6 mins and noone acknowledged me or said we will be with in a moment. I looked around and I saw only one waitress in the dining area taking someones order. The hours start at 630a and its a bagel/breakfast spot. Im going to someone ready to actually take an order. Needless to say I turned around and walked out the door. Will NOT be returning.
