Highly recommend. The employees at this store are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They arent looking to steer you toward very expensive items vs. drugstore hair color (I paid the same for their quality hair color and I did for the name brand box color) They have tips and recommendations and are happy to spend some time with customers explaining how to color correctly. I am a loyal customer now!!

The employees won’t even give you the time of day. The cashier was on her phone having a conversation while we waited to be checked out and continued her call as though we weren’t even there. She was still on the phone after we walked out the door. Pathetic.

I never go to beauty stores since I’m a guy and don’t pay attention to that But, i went in not knowing what I wanted and Sabrina a store employee helped me find amazing facial products and hair care she was very nice to me and helped me out allot. Great employees 👌🏼

I tried to make a return here and the woman processing it was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Never had an issue. They always have what I need and associates are very knowledgeable. I can get in and out quick.

They are using face masks & keeping us safe, as well...very helpful.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The manager and employees will only be rude to you and try and sell you things that don’t work.. bottom line is they are trying to make their sales quota and they don’t really care about the customers concerns or choices. Manager Natasha and terrin are both racists and unethical. This place has had better management in the past and needs new management now.

Went today, October 17th and the lady was super helpful and sooo nice! Omg got exactly what I needed! Also got a good deal cuz of her.

First time I have to give a bad review. The store clerk doesnt even greet you or offer to help. Poor inventory. Amazon wipes them out clean.

This is the second location on Google maps that has the hours of operation listed as open until 9 p.m. however upon arriving at each location, they were already closed at 8 p.m. and the other closed at 7 p.m. this is false advertisement causing me to drive out of my way which is very inconvenient.
