Max is the number 1 sales representative I have met in my life! As soon as I came in he was so kind, polite, professional, customer centered, respectful!The furniture is amazing but I bought things because of Max! I was misled by the sales man at this location. He lied to me and convinced me to purchase a couch set separately and assured me I’d be able to purchase the other couch when it came in stock at a later date. I did and when I called the following month to purchase the matching couch, I was informed that I am not allowed to purchase it separately. I was extremely upset to say the least. I went into the store, I attempted to speak to the manager and every time I call or visited I wasn’t Working.What’s even more frustrating is that every staff member mainly speaks Spanish. As a Hispanic female, I appreciate that they are employed however, the city has more English speaking population than it does in Miami. Every time I try to explain my situation, they didn’t understand and I had to repeat myself over and over again. Not to mention, the dresser I purchased came with a defect. The technician came to repair it and it looks new but it was an inconvenience. He didn’t speak English so communication was difficult.

It’s the first time I buy from Rana 🐸 Furniture, the salesman Rafael, greeted us and showed us around but he also gave us space to comment between us what we were thinking about the sofas. He was different from other experiences because he focused on our needs as a family not on selling just anything or the most expensive thing. The prices are fair, they provide store warranty as well as insurance for the furniture. We will buy more from here!-Enio&Ashley-

I was reviewing many furniture stores online, and then 3 months ago I began to plan where to buy visiting several large chains and other small stores, I visited Rana and it seemed to me that they had very good taste in choosing the merchandise, and the details, then I decided look forward to the veterans day special, and the day has come !! yesterday I went to choose the furniture and I had two surprises: 1-I was only going for a set of sofas for the living room and a breakfast area ... 2- the biggest surprise was that I met the most attentive salesperson, willing to advise, leaving at the same time That I decided, I never felt pressure to buy, I saw that his attention was focused on giving me a calm experience and that I enjoyed while I was selecting ... my congratulations to Rana furniture, and to the person who makes the selection of the staff ... At the end I changed the decoration of the whole house, even the rooms and even came out with mattresses !! my 5 stars go to you and especially to Víctor Padilla the best seller !! Please buy your furniture elsewhere! My mom was told when she entered the furniture store that all furniture could be shipped within 2 weeks, which was a lie. We didnt need it until 2 months anyways. 2 months came, and they said 5 dressers have been shipped overseas and they all are cracked...it will take 2 months to deliver a new dresser. Why is that when the salesman said all furniture could be shipped within 2 weeks?! Frank and the manger refused compensation and didnt seem to care at all on the phone. Then we were supposed to have our furniture ship tomorrow, and Frank says he was confused if we wanted the furniture or not. My husband said he would let him know if we didnt, but Frank never followed up and we had to call to say we didnt receive a phone call from the delivery service. My mom took tmrw off just to have the furniture delivered. Im completely dissatisfied with being told lies, the lack of professionalism, and the furniture not being delivered or arriving intact as expected. We will purchase our mattress elsewhere now.

I purchased a new bedroom set which everything went well until the delivery. I wasted a day from work and had to sleep on my couch because they were missing parts of my bed. When I called to check when they will be able to get it together and I told them I am pregnant I could not be sleeping uncomfortably, I just got an I don’t know. They told me to wait until night time to get an update once their truck got back and I am still waiting with no bed to sleep in. You guys charged me $350 for the delivery but couldn’t get it together!

So far I have bought my furniture the couch is fine and the adjustable bed frame is fine but my entertainment center was not completely set up and due to that it is sinking in the middle and warping. my door on my entertainment system has fallen off due to them mashing together from the middle dropping out I have called for over two months looking for some sort of remedy and so far nobody is able to help not even frank the guy who promised up everything would be smooth. I got a hold of him once and he told me if I didnt like it I should have told them when they dropped it off and it wouldve been returned at no fee which I wasnt informed of until after the fact when I called to complain. they keep telling me send pictures to the same Internet email they tried to send a maintenance guy to fix a part and the guy admitted that the entertainment system wasnt completely set up and that it is completely damaged and not worth repairing they have told me that they can replace it with a new one but leave me on hold when it comes time to actually move forward. I had planned on buying the rest of my furniture from here but after this experience Im not sure if I should just take my money elsewhere honestly save yourself the headache and go somewhere else theyre friendly before you pay and after if you have problems good luck getting someone to take care of you. I even have the protection plan and all the insurance for all my furniture and its still been a hassle. Every call is we will call you back or someone is out to lunch I even had to drive 2 1/2 hours out of my way just for them to tell me the manager isnt in today. I havent even been able to put anything on it due to the fact of being worried that its going to collapse and I am going to come home to a broken TV One of the worst purchase experiences of my life. And to top it off I found the same entertainment system on wayfair for 80% off of the price. Now I just called them to find out that I can’t do the re-packing for you anymore because it was supposed to be done within seven days which I’ve been trying to get a hold of them since the second day that the entertainment system was delivered. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS FURNITURE STOREI bought a glass top dinning room table (Xilah) about seven months ago from Rana, two days ago in the middle of the night while sleeping I woke up to the sound of a crash, the whole glass on the table was shattered to pieces all over the floor, I dont know what happened, since I hardly use the table and there was nothing heavy on the table to cause it.I contacted the store in sawgrass FL and they sent me to the distribution center in Doral, I was told by the manager there that the company and the manufacturer dont have any liability for the glass table and its not covered under any manufacturer warranty and there is nothing she can do for me, (No credit or refund) Im writing this because I dont want this to happen to anyone else, this is also a safety issue that potentially could cause a serious injury to someone.

I by sofa, love seat,two sides tables and coffee table for more the $ 2,000.00, I getting proof with not interest for 2 years, Im suppose pickup all the furnitures Tuesday 07/13 /2021 because I dont pay for the delivery to save money, after 3 days the store RANA FURNITURE SAWGRASS called me to talk me, cant give 2 years free of the interest only 6 months, because I dont pay for the delivery, that ridiculous i pay more the $ 2,000.00In furnitures and want me pay in 6 months with not interest. This people need be more professional.now Im canceled all.

I purchased a bedroom set that was sold to me with only one nightstand at more than $1400. Only a few weeks later, the same bedroom collection is being sold for a lesser price - $1200 - and with both nightstands plus the chest. When I called the Sunrise store later to confirm my interest in purchasing the missing pieces from my set, I was told to come into the store to buy and plan delivery. When I arrived at the store within 15 minutes after receiving the phone call, I was told that the pieces were sold, despite there being no customers in the store. The manager (Ana) had a sales rep tell me a lie so that she could purchase the set herself. Very deceitful and unprofessional. I will never shop here again. This place is a clown shop with extremely dishonest associates and management.

I’ve bought a dining several days ago. It came with a defect and the table turned to be good just for staging the house where no one lives and uses it as if you lean on the side of the table it will break. I called the store within an hour of delivery and now I’ll be charged 20% + shipment 137$ for the return, which they never mentioned before, just put on the contract. They just mentioned: “make sure to check everything while the drivers were there”. Does this phrase mean that I have to know I’ll be charged 20% off the purchase + shipment? And only atm or debit card :).I wanted to exchange for another set of furniture even more expensive, paying the difference, but same conditions 20% and + shipment cost :)The agreement below doesn’t mention anything about obligatory debit or cash payments.The store is always empty and seems like the owners and managers only earn in returns.So on the product of almost 1400$ the total cost of return was more than 400$. How many paid deliveries could it be!Store owners are responding to nice reviews. No response to the sent claim and email.

Ill never buy anything from La Rana Furniture again. Bad quality. I bought a leather sofa, after 13 months it started to rip at the seams .I tried to make a claim with the insurance protection plan that I bought, but they didnt cover everything like the sales person told me so I would buy it. They said that its a factory defect.I went to the store and they told me that the warranty is only for one year.After I wrote this review, I received a call from the customer service manager Caridad. She sent a technician to pick up the sofa and take it to repair. I am very happy with the work they did, my sofa looks like new.I want to thank the Rana Furniture, especially Caridad (customer service manager). Now I know they take care of their customers.

The Rana store at Sawgrass Mills is literally the best furniture Ive ever visited. They have a huge selection of very unique and high quality furniture not available anywhere else. Its a beautiful store with great arrangements of furniture and strategic lighting. Madelina was my salesperson and she was very helpful and patient as I tried to make my decision and she happily answered all of my questions. Ana, the manager, was also very helpful when I needed to make a small change to my order, although I only spoke to her on the phone and via email. In conclusion, you cant go wrong here if you need very unique furniture for your home. Just skip the hassles of the other stores and save yourself time and heartache by coming here first!

Brand new furniture over $7000 arrived with damage. driver latterly threw at our home and left . didnot even give a time to inspect. the leather is cut at few places and surfaces have scratches. when called the customer service service they told us to file a claim with a different company who deals with claims. are you kidding me. this is totally unacceptable and we need our money back. i will never buy anything from these thieves and frauds.

Manager was absolutely horrible. She didn’t know anything about her product. We liked a bed and we were told it could be delivered in 5 days. We have a mattress coming so it’s important that the bed is here first. We did the financing no problem. Then she tells us she can’t have the bed for 8-12 weeks! We can’t wait that long had we been told that from the beginning we never would have applied for their credit. She offered to sell us the floor model scratches and all. My husband and I entertained this idea till the manager told us no discount at all on scratched up floor model. We tried to negotiate with her but she wanted full price for damaged merchandise so we left. I feel she was dishonest as she led us to believe we could have the bed in 5 days until after the credit was secured then more than 8 weeks! I will never shop here. They also have more than a few complaints against them at the Better Business Bureau.

Nice store but I felt there was a lack of variety in the sofas and sectionals.That however isn’t why I rated it poorly. While I do appreciate not being harassed by sales sharks, I walked around the entire store only to once be passed by an employee who went to greet a couple instead. The employee only greeted me with a hello, after I greeted her at that. Even when I overheard the customers dismiss her as they did not need help, before she walked away she continued to give additional info to them, like “you can also just buy one piece in the set”. Did they need new furniture for an entire brand new house? I don’t think so... I did, but hey, I’m just a guy walking alone into a furniture store.

I bought a bedroom set here 2months ago. And I have to be sleeping on the floor. All the pins are broken under the back spring! Worst piece of furniture I ever invested in. I am tired of calling them. All am getting is pure run around. Stay away from this China imperial products. Poor service. Poor furniture. A representative from Rana Furniture reached out to me and informed me theyll have someone out to take a look at whats going on with my bedroom set. And I must say, they did send someone out within hours. The gentlemen removed the entire base and replaced it. So am very, very happy. I will be sleeping on my bed tonight. So Ill post an update as to how am doing. Thats what you called Express service. So I will be changing my one star to a four. Not 5 because of the torture Ill been through these few nights. Theyre not as bad as they let me thought in the beginning. Horrible customer service from the store. Manager Anna is a LIAR and donot trust what she says. WARNING....she told us that if there was something wrong with the furniture we could return but that was a lie and she wanted to charge 20% restocking fees.. Really???the furniture was delivered with missing pieces and quality was bad, when we asked for a solution we were asked to pay additional money and restocking fees. i will never do any business with these thieves.

I bought a dining table for $800 at this location, If I knew about the 3rd companies they do business with (Own it for less) I would’ve never went in .... first of all the model wasnt the one I ordered, besides Ive paid more than $600 already but now the total is $1600 I bought my dining table last year around September/October ... I was told I had a 3 month promotion of monthly payments of $66 and after the 3 months I was gonna Pay pretty much double that monthly charge or Pay it off completely (they gave me those 2 options)... I had automatic payments debited from my account so I never really paid much attention to it until recently in March 19th, 2018 I saw that I had paid more than $600 so I was happy I was getting close to paying my furniture completely, so I called to pay the $200 left that I owed and got told that the promotion expired and it was automatically under the 1 year contract so instead of paying $800+ Total I have to pay $1600, Ive never been more upset and dissatisfied in my life ... I ended up opting to return the stuff even though I was literally gonna lose my money because I was Leasing (renting) so the $600 that they took from me are in vein, on top of that they wanna charge me $150 for the pick up fee to get the furniture out of the apartment... after all the money they took from me they cant even waived that fee? Im appalled and disgusted. I wont do business with them again.

I recently brought a beautiful bedroom set from Rana Sunrise. I dealt with Eddy at the store and he was amazing. Had a slight hiccup with the delivery but their customer service agent Josline handled it immediately and was able to get everything taken care of. The delivery guys were fast and even were able to bring it earlier than expected!!! Definitely will do further business with them in the future

Went in to look, was the only one in the place (Friday 6pm) The sales person let me wander without hovering, came by to introduce herself, the left me alone until I walked over with questions. They have an interesting selection, and the prices are pretty good.

Bought a couch because we fell in love with the ottoman it came with. They didn’t have the ottomans available but said they’d be in within 60-90 days. Get a call 60 days later saying their warehouse had a fire or something so now we’ll never get the ottoman we ordered. Store didn’t care at all; didn’t offer us a discount or anything to get something else. Nothing. Just a phone call letting us know then bye. Like why would I ever go try to buy something from them again?

I called Ana the manager for a full refund or exchange without being charge 20%for the defective sofa + 3er time delivery inconvinience for me. SHE SAID NO I HAD TO PAY $70RESTOCK FEE!!! My husband told her its convinient for you, but inconvinient for us..SHE SAID YES THATS RIGHT!!! Ana does care about the customers!!!WORSE FURNITURE EXPERIENCE RIP OFF!! Paid $81 for Saturday delivery. Gave me a window of 5pm to 7pm. I called at 7:15pm, was told they would not make it until after 8:15pm. Not acceptable at all. Im not putting my entire weekend on hold for your convenience. Incredibly unprofessional delivery. If they were going to miss the window, youd think they would be decent enough to call to let you know. Heading to the office on Monday morning to remedy the situation in person. As of right now, these thieves have my money and I have no couch.

Super bad experience with Rana Furniture of Sawgrass. Juan, the manager, very disrecpecful. They lied us telling us that the sectional we wanted was going to arrive after two weeks. We bought it and days later, I called the distribution center to know the status of the order and they told me that they did not know when that sectional was going to be available, that it could take 1, 2 o more months to arrive. It was just to sell something because that store is always empty. Also, there was a floor sample with many imperfections and he did not want to sell it with a discount. Some days later, i went back to the store and saw that the floor sample sectional was sold and with discount!!! horrible customer service and unprofessional. Definitely not going back to this store!!!

We bought furniture for the whole house with my husband and we decided to buy it there because of the flexibility they gave us to hold our furniture, until the day of our move we explained our case to them and they said that there was no problem that they could hold the furniture for us until when we are ready, and it was not three chairs oh something small, it was furniture for the COMPLETE house and now it turns out that they can not do it anymore, DO NOT BUY HERE THEY lie, they promise things just for you to do the shopping and then they call you that everything they promised is a lie . I was very happy when I made the purchase they paint you all pink as long as you buy, They are inconsiderate disrespect they do not care about the time that one invests in the purchase.! Dont waste your time or energy if you can save yourself a hard time like this. Not worth that place !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally dissapointed.
