I love everything about family dollar like who doesnt? I go there for everything its so convenient 😌 my family loves to shop there as well oh did I mention my 9 year old son he goes in there and grabs all the cool little kids stuff just to see his face when he said mom I want this no mom wait a minute I want maybe this instead or how about both then we hit the next isle hes like oh no this is cool I love this place

Im giving Family Dollar a three because the customers dont know what six feet is and one of the female employees told me that I cant take the shopping cart with me because I got items that I purchased so I was angry and I had to carry my items to my car

If you want to experience racial discrimination and hate towards the black people in the community, have the Spanish language spoken by the cashiers while theyre ringing up your items, with conversation and giggling in your face. This is certainly the location. great job management ☹ this rating is actually a zero I had to put one star just to do the review. Oh, and Im black of Spanish descent so I comprehend the language 🤷🏿‍♂️

Very rude staff here especially a Spanish girl by the name of Anieka. She gave me an attitude cause i asked her where an item was located. Like why work at a place if you have a problem helping customers??Then when it was time to check out she tossed my items in s thin bag then got mad again cause i asked if it could be doubled.I went back to the store and saw her and turned right back around and went to one by sunset strip and university. Very bad look family dollar. 👎🏼

So I was in store last week and I was told by the manager not to shop there unless I had a mask. Well looks like Walmart will be getting my business from now on. When family dollar respects their local community then respond with masks optional like every other store chain. You want my money, gotta earn it now

The Employees Are Always Helpful And Pleasant..

It’s not a dollar store, you find discounts on things like clothes, home decor, toys(Crayola, Hasbro, Konami), food a minimum wage worker would consume. Their Bluetooth devices and alcohol are great buys. Oh and th managers love to take the front store parking. At least the sawgrass explicitly doesn’t allow that. Your plaza has an armed guard. What are you trying to accomplish? Not only is your “Christian” store brand below avarage in product quality. But so are your talents and service ability.

It is a really good store, it has good quality things for cheap prices a f this is actually my first time going there and I am not disappointed❤❤

No one speaks English. It’s amazing how they can get jobs but if you are American you have to be Bi lingual

As far as customer service the young lady is friendly and efficient..the shelves are full but the items I shopped for was not in stock..

I bought an item that was moldy and attempted to return it the day after i purchased it. The very rude worker gave me the run around then told me to take another one i told her no and she said she wont give me back my money. They could not PAY me to shop here anymore, very rude workers and zero customer service. If i could give zero stars i would have given that to rate them.

I love this place. They usually have whatever i want and prices are actually very good. I like their house brands. They are usually just as good as the name brands on the shelf next to them at a substantial savings

Everything that you are looking for is here!!! Excellent prices. Seasonal items for holiday weekends are complete from A-Z.ATM available. Opens on time 8: 00am sharp. Frozen foods, beer and clothing.

Store says closed st 9 during week but no one likes answering the phone at store. Called store at 7:50pm. On Monday. 6x. No answer. Guess they closed

My grandfather and I went to the store in hope of finding crazy glue, my grandfather doesn’t speak English very well but he managed to ask one of the workers if this family dollar sold crazy glue and the woman quickly dismissed him and just said no in quite a tone. We walked around the store and found Super glue and told the cashier that we found it. She replied with “that’s not crazy glue that’s super glue.” I understand it may have not been crazy glue but As an employee you should help customers find even an alternative to help better the business. I tried to get her name but she was not wearing a name tag. Very Unprofessional and dangerous. The only thing I know is that she’s Hispanic and her hair was tied up. I hope she realizes how lucky she is to even have a job.

How do i make a complaint everytime i come in here the manager said her name is cheeka she is very rude to me and disrespectful. When i ask for corporate number she refused to give it to me

I was with my mom in the store and one of the cashiers was being really disrespectful to a customer. there was a lady that didnt understand a questioned that the cashier ask, because the lady didnt know how to speak English very good. The cashier was trying to attack her and the lady got kick out of the store. Just because the lady didnt understand a question.

You treat people like dirt..You have people waiting with a line down the aisle, while there is only one register open and you had several people in the back doing God knows what. It took you over 30 mins to finally get someone to open the other register, when I saw you coming to the register, you ignored me and stated next in line,even after I explained to you that I had a bad knee and couldnt stand too long, I only had 1 item in my hand, but you expected me to wait until you rang up someone with a cart load of items. This is not acceptable. you need us the customer and not that we need you because you are only an employee and can be replaced. Without Customers your company cannot make a profit. As for me, I will never grace your door stop again, I am getting so that I will only use businesses that treat me with respect. Yes you may have lower prices on some items, but its not worth being disrespected over. So long have a nice day.

Very bad customer service! They are extremely slow when ringing up customers. The manager became defensive about how they never open on time which is at least 4 out of 7 days.
