The most RUDE staff I have EVER come across. The only polite staff member was at the till point. The two woman (apparently one was the assistant manager/supervisor) and the other elderly worker (both were in the ladies/children section)were RUDE to me and my family on numerous occasions in the store. We witnessed them being rude to another customer too! Disgusting behavior and customer service. Something needs to be done about these two staff members. They’re going to cost the company a lot of money as they are chasing customers away. This happened on 17 October at about 11am. WILL NEVER GO IN THIS SHOP AGAIN BASED ON THIS SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Price scams.Tried to charge double the price on shelf. They removed the price tag after my eife pixked out the shoes and denied it, but it was obvious as it was the only shoe with an empty price tag holder.AND NOT FRIENDLY.
