Im editing my review since, shortly after posting my original, I was contacted by Jason and able to get the issue resolved rather quickly. Although I was less than satisfied that an error occurred when they changed my oil, I appreciate the fact that they were able to rectify the situation. The only reason for not giving the full 5 stars after this is because there seemed to have been a break in communication with the individuals who took my original calls not fully relaying back my info.

Loved my 2017 Acadia up until about 2.5 years old. Then the touch screen started malfunctioning and windshield washer fluid stopped spraying. The end of my warranty was during covid, so I wasnt able to get in to the shop until after the 3 year mark.The touch screen was malfunctioning bad enough at this point that it was unusable. So I got that fixed, $1k repair on a manufacturing defect. The washer pump replacement was a similar price, so i decided to just live without that feature.Ill never buy a GM vehicle again.

I have not been having the best experience at this dealership. In my opinion, they are only hospitable when they are desperate to sell cars. My husband and I have been looking to upgrade our family SUV. We had our eye on one that did not arrive to their lot yet. I called, only to be put on hold twice and hung up on. Finally, Bailey called me back days later to let me know it arrived. Adrian contacted me immediately after to tell me that we should come in right away for a test drive because he cannot guarantee it’ll be there the next morning. Typical salesman talk. But we were really interested in the SUV, so I work my schedule around, and I arrive. Adrian says the SUV has to go through a safety check since it just arrived, so we can look at it, but not drive it. Disappointed, but I said no problem. I’m thinking he has the keys. We take off in the golf cart, he literally almost hit a car head on with the golf cart. I had to tell him watch out! We get to the SUV, and low and behold, he has no keys. Why would we make a decision on buying an SUV without even seeing inside? We drive back to the front of the building where he says he needs to track down the keys from Fernando. For 15 minutes, I’m in a golf cart waiting for him, (in the hot sun) to track down the keys. I finally left, because that was pathetic and a waste of time. I messaged him and told him call me when the car is ready to show. I should also mention, when I walk into the place for the first time, everyone is sitting down (including the sales manager Karl) who I guess, finally after 10 minutes decided to get up and ask if I needed help. I’m surprised he noticed. Simply pathetic! We contacted Brickell GMC, and the service has been impeccable so far. So I guess we’re headed there. What a complete group of lazy unprofessional staff at Ed. Morse GMC Sunrise.

From the minute I walked into this dealership, I was greeted by an extremely friendly and professional young man. His name is Juan Tavares, he was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, patient, but more importantly he was willing to go above and beyond to help me. He listen to my issues and told me he was going to do whatever was under his power to help me.This was the 6th dealership I had visited in the effort to purchase a vehicle, but due to an issue with my credit it had almost been impossible to follow through with the purchase anywhere else.It took a few days to get all the documents in order during that time Mr. Tavares stayed in constant contact with me sharing every detailed and progression of the process. Due to the complicated matter of this purchase he even text me on his day off to reassure me that the fiancé manager was diligently working on my paperwork.Like I said this positive experience started with Mr. Tavares willing to help, but it didn’t stop there everyone that I came in contact with was willing to help, they all pulled together to make this deal happened.I am beyond grateful to have found Mr.Tavares and the rest of the staff at this dealership. I have a 2017 GMC Canyon. There is a recall for the torque converter replacement. I been waiting for one since early Nov 2019. They finally got the part in mid Jan 2020. Took the truck in and all was good. They gave me a rental. They finally looked at my truck 2 weeks later. They said they only have one specialized diesel mechanic. Now they told me other parts are needed and its may take longer. They were able to get a new transmission from Texas, but it would take another week. Transmission came in on a monday, this is 3 weeks now in the shop. Its now Thursday and no one has installed my transmission. I spoke with service manager and he had allot of excuses but no solutions to make the customer happy. I have a camping trip this weekend that again had to be cancelled. I feel I have been mislead and pushed back in line. I do all my service with Ed Morse, but this is the first time I have a real serious issue with my vehicle and they completely did a very bad job accomplishing the job in a timely manner. I was promised the truck about 3 different times and every time it was not ready. Not very happy and definitely not coming back for any other services or truck purchases. Today is Feb 13 and we started this back in Nov 2019. Not happy customer at all.

Be careful from the finance department they tried to seal the deal with me paying 750 a month for a 40k finance. When I freaked out it all of a sudden went down to 600. That’s with a 2.9 % interest. I’m sure some people don’t realize just an FYI

My experience with Sales people were ok. Financial Dpt. people were the worst. They made all possible to force me to accept their own financial company GM Financial. I did not use their service dept yet, but as I see it is not good either. I think I made a mistake buying my car with this Dealer.

I call the GMC dealership and inquired about flying there to pick up the new yukon xl denali. As an educator, there’s a discount we receive through Gmc. I asked if they would allow me to use it and both the sales manager and the gm were terribly rude. “I would rather sit on it for a year rather than to give you a discount.” If they are unable to provide the discount, there was a more polite way to say it. There was no need to be rude. $3k doesn’t break a deal, but rudeness does.

Probably the smoothest car buying experience Ive ever had. I was looking for a truck for weeks online and communicating with several dealers (some you have to wear your hazmat suit to avoid contamination from the BS they try to feed you). Working with these folks was totally different. Jerry was incredibly responsive and communicative to my initial requests for info. I worked with Mikhail in sales who was a true gentleman, never pushy and very patient and helpful. Always made sure that I would be fully satisfied. We worked a deal on the truck and Brady in finance helped seal the deal. I couldnt be happier with the truck and with the experience. Recommend working with these folks if you are looking for a great car buying experience.

Terrible customer service. Had awful experience with service dept. Dealt with Steve, who from day one, was absolutely rude to me. I made an appointment to bring in my car for multiple issues/concerns I had on Friday, December 13 at 9:00 am. The moment I walked in, I wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged. I waited over 10 mins for him to be done with person in front of me and then he looked at me and said yes, how can I help you. I explained that I had made an appointment to have my car looked at.  He immediately, with an attitude said, they don’t do that on Fridays.  He indicated that he didn’t understand why anyone would make my appointment on a Friday, other than just to get paid for the day.  When I explained my concerns and told him I have 2 kinds of warranty’s that should cover all issues, he said my warranties don’t cover anything and in 13 years he’s been there, has never seen anything covered. He reluctantly took my car in, said he could give me a loaner or rental until car is looked at and that he would try to have someone look at it that day just to get paid for day.  The entire Friday went by and no one called for any kind of status. I called Saturday afternoon to see what’s the status. Steve was not there but I was told by others that my car had not been touched and would be looked at till at least Monday. Still no car was offered.  Monday came around and still didn’t hear from anyone until 4:31 in the afternoon when I finally received a text from Steve, telling me on thing, my ac, had been looked at so far and that I would know more by mid-day on Tuesday, still not giving me a rental. Tuesday at 3:22, I finally received another text stating a/c was fixed and that they will have to order a piece for my sunroof which was back ordered and that by next day he will know more about the shocks, (which was another major concern). Wednesday didn’t hear anything all day. Thursday finally got a message at 9:41 stating “Your vehicle needs two front shocks. Will let you know if warranty will cover.” Still, no car or rental. At 11:28, received another message stating “GM is covering shocks”. I asked if alignment will also be done and he said yes. at 1:31 pm I received a message that the alignment is not covered and will costs 149. Told him not to do the alignment and just finish my repairs. Next message I received was Friday at 9:19 am that my vehicle was ready. When my husband arrived, he was told that only one of the shocks were replaced. (even though it was previously told to us that we needed 2 front shocks. Steve then indicated his technician indicated that it only needed 1 shock- but he previously told me that they determined that I needed two. Needless to say, this has been a terrible ordeal and I will never return to this dealership again. They lied to me since day one saying my warranties wouldn’t cover anything, when in fact it does. Then lied about what my car needed and kept my car of 7 days, with no rental, even though I have coverage to only fix 2 of 4 items. Called manager Dave Harris 3 times with no response. Finally got a different manager, who was also unhelp. Said my car has never had an alignment when I have had 3 since my purchase

We ( my girlfriend and I ) have been to this dealer with our truck for out of warranty and hence out-of-pocket cost to us for service on a few occasions. But the experience this last time WILL be the last time.On this occasion, she called during the day to schedule a diagnosis service to be done. They scheduled us the same day after noon time. Upon arrival, my girlfriend was told by Steve the service advisor this should not have been scheduled in the afternoon. Furthermore, in discussion about what WE have done to the truck in terms of recent maintenance and fixing a few things, he made some snyde comments to her.Moving forward, he scheduled the truck for the next day and to drop the truck off at 7:30AM.She took the truck and I took time off my job to pick her up since their shuttle service is on hold for pandemic reasons. No big deal with that, Im completely understanding of why that is.On this morning, Aldo was there and told her that the mechanic for diesel would be in at 9AM. BUT, if he doesnt show up, he would call her around 10AM. This is very disturbing! That you dont have reliable employees or you dont have schedule communication. Well, we got a call after 10AM that the diesel mechanic was not going to be in and would not be there for about 14 days. Not happy!I had to pick up the keys after work myself and then go back with the both of us to scoop up our truck after hours. Picking up the key I was told by Aldo a slight different version....in which they actually didnt know when the mechanic would be back. Not 14 days, just no clue.The main problem and was also a problem last year, is that they dont have any clue or communication on scheduling appointments correctly. The initial appointment the day before,should noth havebeen done and wasted her time to drive over there after noon time. Whomever answers the phone didnt ask anyone if that type of service was ok to schedule in the PM. Its a diagnosis appointment, so how were we supposed to know ourselves? Its up to the service advisor and whomever does scheduling to ask Qualifying Questions and actually Know themselves time slots for different services. This dealer obviously does not train their staff or care to have knowledgeable people on hand.The second issue is knowing what staff (technician) they have does what type of service. For instance, if you do tires, you need to have your appointment schedulers and advisors know if the guy who is tire trained is there on what days or that the 1 or 2 diesel mechanic is there and what days.Last time we had a Monday appointment and the 1 diesel mechanic worked Tue-Fri or something like that. So they wasted my day by setting up an appointment on a day the 1 guy who was qualified wasnt there..Bottom line, if the GM of the dealership actually cares about customer service, then the GM and Service Mgr needs to come up with a game plan to correct their schedule issues, staffing issues and training issues.Sincerely, MJ

I have had a few experience some good and not so good. I’m going to rewrite my earlier review. So we purchased an enclave about 3 years ago from another dealership. We have had it serviced at this location since. More or less the service department has always been pretty good. We recently decided to trade in the enclave for a newer one. We negotiated on this car for a month. We would get “We are at bottom” every time I’d go in. literally I’d see a price drop a week later. After continuous negotiations we pulled the trigger and signed the deal. There were a couple things I was told would be fixed or done during this process and transaction. Running late for work that day I had to leave with the car before this things were done. I went back the next day to make sure they would be good on their word. Needless to say the sales associates basically told me “I’m out of luck” “can’t be done” etc... luckily Aldo Ducasse from service was able to make a few things happen. This review would be much lower if it wasn’t for him really trying to go the extra mile to make us happy. We truly appreciate his help and look forward to see him during our routine services. Where do I start? The service department is great! The sales department is the worst I have ever encountered. My lease on my Buick was going to be up and I was proactive by going into the dealership to see if I was eligible for the pull ahead program as I wanted the same car, just a 2019. I was told someone would get back to me the next day with the answer, which of course they did not, nor did they answer any phone calls. I went into the dealership again and they tried to sell me a GMC truck. They actually tried to sell me everything I had no interest in, except the car I wanted. I was also badgered at the end of year to make a deal on a 2018, not the car I wanted as they needed to make their numbers. Due to their incompetence, I had to settle for another make car as this went on until my lease was up. I just now got a letter from GM Financial stating I owe a disposition fee because I did not get another GM vehicle - are you kidding me?

Brought my 2017 Cascada in for a part replacement. It is the 3rd part needing to be replaced in a car that is less than 1 year old. I was informed with a very long story, this is why the car has been discontinued and no longer supported by Buick. I wish someone had mentioned that at purchase.After waiting 45 minutes I was informed the part needed to be ordered but would be in by Friday, 3 days away. I cleared my afternoon in anticipation of the call. It never came, nor did it come on Sat or Monday. A call was placed to service manager and low and behold the service rep called me Tuesday am, stating the part would be in next day. Guess what- no call. I called again day end Wednesday but was told the rep was gone for the day. Transferred to manager and shortly after a return call stating the rep told her had left me a message earlier in the day. Just then a VM came through, 12 minutes after my call to the manger.Communication is HORRIBLE at keeping customers updated. The service department appears to be a very slow one, so it is not clear why that wouldn’t be a priority. Once the vehicle was finally brought back, he was condescending and arrogant. My business is now going elsewhere.PS, when dealing with the public, never should a rep have a big wad of chew in his lip. It is disgusting.

Leased bought three vehicles from this dealership in the past. My elderly mother went to trade in her Terrain for an Encore and was she completely taken advantage of during her visit. She did not know what questions to ask and when my husband and I went back there 2 days later...we were given your average sales pitch. Building a business needs to be on loyal relationships not tskeing advantage of the elderly.

Worst experience at this dealership(Sawgrass GMC). I walked in looking to purchase. The “Sales consultants” didn’t even care to acknowledge that I walked into the showroom. They were too busy on their cellphones. Place was completely empty. Finally after 15 mins, a sales rep came over started to ask basic questions. After a couple questions, Sales rep stated to me I was better off going to Honda or Toyota and I would get a better deal there.Good luck, if you are trying to do business here. I ended up buying the same car I went in for at a different dealership.

Today, Monday, October 7, 2019, at 1 pm I entered to the sales room, I was standing in the middle of the sales room for about half an hour,. There were no more customers at that moment. However, none of the worker on the entire dealer approached us to provide us service. We left, after almost 40 minutes waiting for somebody to assist us. The worst service ever seen anywhere.

Was quoted over 1000$ to replace a 35$ ac actuator. According to the service advisor, the entire dashboard would have to be removed, they would not be responsible for any damage that might cause etc. After declining, I saw the procedure being performed through the drivers foot space in 13 minutes. What an attempt to rip-off.

I was treated very badly the only seller who behaved very well was Mr. Greg of rest were rude and alone interested in the down payment, without wanting to give me price of the vehicle sat 4 people and none gave me the price of the vehicle, a the last thing finally gave me the price in a paper a Mr. named Luis told me he is interested or not, I told him that price was not agreed and I ripped the paper from my hands, I really do not recommend this agency at all
