I was referred to Sawgrass Floors after a horrible experience with another company. Lisette was the first person that I spoke to. She is so friendly and personable and makes you feel like family. I wasnt sure they could repair my flooring but she assured me it could be done and set up an appointment. I met John the owner and the deal was sealed. I cant say enough great things about this company. They get top marks in all categories: Customer Service, Knowledge, Professionalism, Integrity and Follow Through. Sawgrass Floors is excellent at what they do. One of my favorite things about them is that they say what they do and do what they say. They are customer driven and ensure customer satisfaction. The tilers that were hired to repair my flooring worked quickly and efficiently and kept everything clean. What a pleasure! I will hire Sawgrass Floors for my next flooring project and refer them to my family and friends!!

I used Sawgrass Floors three years ago when I renovated my house. After a recent kitchen flood I needed to replace the floor again. I went and saw John and he made it very easy for me from start to finish. Lisette was wonderful assuring me everything was gonna be OK over the phone numerous times! All said and done, another beautiful floor from Sawgrass Floors!

Terrible - made reservations for some one to come out he didn’t show up then they call me 5x to ask me the same questions then finally a month later when the tech was supposed to come they called and told me they can’t provide the service.

John and his team were great to work with. They removed carpet and disposed of it. Sold me beautiful flooring that was installed in a day. Very happy with the service, the price and the product.

I had luxury vinyl plank installed in my home by Sawgrass Floors, their installers were great, they did a fabulous job and were neat and clean. The floor came out awesome, I could not be happier! And the price was good! Very reputable company, and the owner takes an active role to insure a high level of customer service. I would highly recommend them for any type of flooring.

Sawgrass Floors did an outstanding job replacing our carpeted stairs with beautiful wood. Our friends and family come in to see the stairs and their jaws drop in surprise at the beautiful transformation. John, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to get the job done under our narrow time constraints. The installer, Joelle. was brilliant, coming up with great ways do deal with our difficult open banister . We had interviewed at least 5 vendors. Several said they just couldnt do it because of the configuration. One said we would need another company to deal with the bannister. Sawgrass did it all at a reasonable price and the result is amazing. I couldnt be happier with our new staircase.

Friendly staff that can lay laminate flooring, but do not expect a quality finished product!!The company responded to our request within a day and the owner personally came to our home and measured the bedrooms. The owner and office staff were warm and friendly and helpful in selecting laminate colors. The installers were friendly and professional; however, they clearly did not understand the varying heights of the floors. Once the floors were installed, the installers put the baseboards back on leaving a 1/4-inch of unpainted and scuffed up surface above the baseboard. Once the installers realized the flooring was lower than the previous flooring, they should have called us and asked our opinion on what to do. Instead of calling us, they went ahead and put all the baseboards on. When I told them I was not satisfied, they told me your painter will have to fix the walls (our walls had just been painted and now they look awful). The owner did call and ask about the finished product and I told him our dissatisfaction. He told us he could put a higher baseboard on and sent us an estimate. The estimate included a $250 removal of the existing baseboards. The installers were short one threshold and it took them several weeks to come to our home to install it. Im sure if I hadn’t of paid in full, it wouldve been completed much faster. Two of the thresholds have come off the floor since installation and one of the thresholds is too high to close the door so we are going to have to take the door off and sand it down ourselves.

Sawgrass Floors is absolutely the best place to purchase flooring! The installers did an outstanding job and the price can not be beat!! Selection is great and John and Lisette are very knowledgeable.

Price was the best, staff very helpful, installers were craftsmen in fitting the new flooring around curves and against a brick wall. Will use them again. The owner and installers went out of their way to ensure a perfect job.

John and his crew are meticulous. Weve used them for multiple projects in our house and each and every time, were thrilled with the end results. We cant recommend them enough.

The carpet in my living room was torn in many places and required a complete new installation. I did not have time as my in-laws were to visit me. However, Sawgrass Floors did an excellent carpet installation job. They were fast but did the job flawlessly.

10 days ago I posted this original review on Yelp:Poor finish/horrible customer service - the only reason I decided to use this company is because they said they could do the open steps. It was the worst decision. Come to find out, I was the guinea pig who agreed to pay the extra labor for the work. I should have closed the steps and rid myself of this horrendous experience. Do yourself a favor a take your money elsewhere. Ive been calling incessantly trying to get them to come make repairs and finish the work. Sent the owner pictures of what needed to be done. Got the Workers scheduled after a two week wait, took day off of work and got a confirmation that morning that the workers would be there. Instead of the workers, the owner showed up to say he needed to see what needed to be done. When I called them to complain, the option offered was for me to take another day off of work for them to do the work. I refused, and now I cant get them to call me back. During My last phone call two days ago, I was plainly told the installers were busy.The owner will tell you anything you want to hear to get your business, and the only time the office employees will be timely about calling you is to collect payment. Once they have your business, youre out of luck.7/6/2018 - UPDATE: the morning after posting this review, I miraculously received a call to schedule the work. Two weeks later, What do you know? Never heard from the office employees to confirm the work as the owner said would happen. After calling them to confirm the workers would show up tomorrow, I’m being told they can’t show up when agreed. Professionalism is a foreign concept to this company. Take your money to a reputable company where your business will be valued.7/12/18 Love how youre trying to make it sound as if Im unreasonable and trying to suggest i wanted your installer to miss his sons game. Truth is i have phone call logs to prove that neither you or anyone from your office called to try to coordinate anything. The Saturday installation came at your suggestion after you failed to have your workers show up on the Friday when I took off from work for them to do the work. You are correct about one thing: We scheduled a second attempt to have the work done (described above) and you continue to prove your run an unprofessional company with complete disregard for your customers and their time. After telling me they werent showing up at the time we had previously agreed, You told me he could come by at 8:30 a.m. or to wait until he finished another job in the afternoon...take it or leave it. i left it.

After I purchased my new home, the one thing I wanted to change was the carpet in the study. I was left with a little budget and was not sure which contractor would do this but I was in for a surprise when I discussed my ideas with Sawgrass Floors. They agreed to do the work and their rates were so reasonable that it fitted within my left over budget. Now, I have got a cozy study with a great warm carpet to rest my feet on.

Sawgrass floors did an amazing job in our two story home. We had some old carpet on the stairs and the entire upstairs. After we met with Lisette in their showroom, we selected a beautiful engineered wood floor at a reasonable price to replace the old carpet. She was extremely patient with us. She was friendly and professional and not pushy at all. Lisette was very knowledgeable about the products and she helped us make an excellent selection.You have to understand that the floors they sell at Sawgrass are not floors you’ll find at Home Depot or Lowe’s. These are much higher quality floors with a lifetime warranty. The price is still very reasonable though because they buy in bulk and pass the savings on.The installers were perfectionists and did an excellent job from start to finish. Vinnie was our lead installer. He and his team are the best at what they do and they answered all of my questions and made sure we were happy with the work.They completed the job on time and on budget. The owner, John, visited the job several times during its progress and upon completion to make sure my wife and I were happy with the end result. He’s a stand up guy that truly cares about his work and the customer. When he came to inspect the final product, we hired him again to do some renovation in our bathroom. I trust his work and his prices so much that I won’t be taking other bids.We could not be happier with Sawgrass Floors. Their work truly transformed our home. 5 star experience.

It was my dream to have laminated wood flooring in my new home but I was not sure of the cost. Thankfully I came across Sawgrass Floors who did it all for my new home. I am so very happy with their work and it was all in my budget. Unbelievable. Thanks to them.

If I could leave a negative star I would - I am so angry! This company did the installation of laminate on my stairs which was satisfactory. The stair noses on several of the steps came unglued/undone shortly thereafter, but they did the repairs relatively quickly.Recently, another stair nose came undone. I contacted the company in late Sept 2018 and was told that it would be a $75 for the repair since I was out of warranty. I was willing to pay that. I called repeatedly and was told someone would get back to me to set up an appointment and no one did. I even stopped in to their office and was told the same. I did not get a response until early November 2018, only after I left a poor review. The owner came out and did the repair himself and stated that I should not have a problem again, so I removed my review. Two months later, the stair nose has come undone and I almost slipped and fell down my stairs. Seeing as how there is very little traffic on my staircase, I can only attribute this to workmanship.To the owner of the company: DO NOT contact me about removing this review. I will find another company to complete the repair.

Did a geat job getting my place a new beautiful laminate and even that their crew made a mistake in my patio, they were responsible and performed the job all over again with new material. Absolutely recommended!!
