Really bad. The truck was not ready at all. The business had too many things going on while someone cuts hair in between. The truck was already paid for, I was on the 24/7 pickup but the vehicle was not back in the computer system ready for me to pickup with just my phone. We sat for 1 1/2 hours while the owner made many calls and asked for my license five times. Ridiculous

Horrible service. Did not have UHaul available despite confirming booking.
