Came in to buy my daughter shoes. We asked to see a shoe in 7.5, but it may have been a smidgen too big, so we gave the 7.5s back asked to look at a 7 instead. The 7s were definitely too small, so we asked to see the 7.5s again... the person told me this is the last one, inferring she wont be letting us see any more sizes.Yea, no. Never coming here again.

Cashier Melanie was very rude, giving attitude for no reason and rolled her eyes at us for not being able to hear due to the amount of people and music playing. other than that others were very helpful and nice

I went to exchange a pair of sneakers for my son and it was past the 45 days but I had my original receipt and was told by the manager Miguel R. that I was going to receive the full price of $85 that I originally paid for exchange credit. When the cashier by the name of Trinity R. rung up my new shoes she had to call the manager for approval and he came and assisted her and then left. The total was less than the $85 originally paid and I was refunded $5.81. I thought everything was fine and the store was very busy so I was trying to get out a.s.a.p as it was the day before Thanksgiving. When I was on my way home I began to revise my receipt, I noticed that the cashier discounted $20.01 from the original price that I paid. So I was credited less than I was supposed to. When I realized the discrepancy and that I was owed a difference I returned the store a few days later to exchange the size of the shoes I had bought and to correct the color of one pair that was given to me incorrectly. At that time when I entered the store I spoke to a manager by the name of Jenn and explained the situation and asked for clarification. She told me that I was credited less than I originally paid because it was passed the 45 day return policy but since the other manager had told me that he would give me full price that she would honor that and adjust the price so I left her with my receipt and went to exchange the size. When I am in line to exchange them Jenn approaches me and states that the second receipt I gave her is not the original receipt so I attempted to find a copy in my email which I could not and the paper copy the previous cashier Trinity R. Kept and never returned but either way the information for that receipt was on my exchange one and I am also a VIP member so she could have found my account and found the information also but she stated that there computer was offline so she could not do it long story short she did not honor the mistake that their cashier made and then she started to blame the footlocker on 163 in Miami where I originally changed the size and told me that they were the ones that changed the price when I changed the shoe from a size 3 to a size 4, that they were the ones that messed up not her store and that she was not going to give me the money back and that I could call corporate if I wanted to. After further investigation by me of their return policy she is incorrect as I should have received the full price that I paid originally. So long story short was that means is that they STOLE $20 from me and saw that and choose to do nothing. I am going to call their corporate office and make sure something is done about them stealing from customers

The customer service was a little poor. Although there were 5 associates on the sales floor, I was not greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. I finally found the pair of shoes that I liked and approached a sales associate to find a size in the back. Then that person asked someone else to do it. My experience got better when I got the shoes that I needed at a discounted price. I didnt even know that it was on sale until I got to the register.

Great Experience at the Footlocker outlet store in Sawgrass Mills. First of all the store is very clean. It is also very organized, making it easy to see the selection of the sneakers that I can spot a possible sneaker that I am considering buying. The sales rep that greeted me was also friendly and came back very quickly with the sneakers from the back and the check out was very simple.

I REALLY REALLY wish I could give 200 stars! Something went terribly terribly wrong with my online order and Marcelo the manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my order was fixed. He went the extra mile just by making a couple calls that he didn’t even need to do just to make sure my order was correctly sent out again. Marcelo’s customer service is THE BEST a service I’ve ever received my whole life! This man is THE BEST!!! I really can’t thank him enough. I hope he gets the next promotion up from manager, he truly does deserve it.
