The store has a great selection from this brand and the staff is very helpful. Chris was amazing and very knowledgeable about style and fit. Come se him when you visit the store! You won’t go wrong

Decent clothing selections and styles.

Im giving this store 1 star because of the poor judgement exercised by the manager and staff. While I understand that we are in tough times, the store has clear signs saying it can accommodate 50 shoppers at a time. After waiting 20+ mins in scorching florida heat, along with 4 others shoppers. I finally got in to a store with Less than 20 shoppers. The manager could have easily let us in but her decision to no is indicative of a poor customer service attitude and frankly not inline with what I expect from Hugo Boss.

Hugo Boss Outlet Store located at Sawgrass Mills Mall is a great place to shop for mens clothing.From Suits, Jeans and Shirts they have a great selection of styles and color.Most of the merchandise is marked down and they have some stuff that has even greater discounts. Check them out.Definitely worth the trip.

Make sure you look for Chris. He was amazing with his level of details and a+ class service. I have been to numerous Hugo Boss shops and I can vouch that the service I received here was 7 stars (I wish there was such an option)! He was patient and had a very positive attitude and helped me find the right suit I. would definitely shop again at this store!

A store like many other. At the time I went I think the staff may have felt overwhelmed by the number of clients in the store but mainly the solicitations and requests.

Very short in staff ! Long waiting line for the cashier ! AC is never working, it is always hot over there !

A great shopping experience. On 4/1/18 my son and I visited Hugo Boss at the mall as he wanted to look at their sale items for a shirt and tie for an interview. James treated us so well, calm and kind. He had loads of patience and humour and even sorted out the tailor for the next day to take up the shirt cuffs. Needless to say my son looked the part and got the job!!

Excellent Hugo Boss Outlet Shop without the outlet feeling...the attention is great (as in most of the Hugo Boss Boutique Shops) and the discounts are unbelievable! 100% recommend shopping here

Don’t buy this brand! You cannot return for anything other than Store Credit forcing you to buy their stuff. It is a rip off in the grossest fashion. With so many other brands to choose from that give premium customer service, you’ll be much happier elsewhere.

So bad service!!! The salse person change prices how ever he want! Also the manager of the store! At the beginning I took 2 dress short One was more expensive from they other one was $134 the other was $75 on the tag when the sales person scanned that it’s show on the computer screen $67 and then she add the 20% I should get it was $60 so I decide To go with the $60 and not with the $134 and suddenly The price went up to $75 I ask the manager he give so bad attitude When he scan that product it’s show on the screen $84Guys Just be careful Go shopping there! Not recommend!!!!

Service here has really gone down hill. I usually go to this outlet once a year to twice a year but this time we were not helped at all, and then as we were waiting in line to pay 3 employees that work there passed other people infront of everyone for some reason they did not give us a reason, and told everyone in line to wait one moment and after ten minutes we all threw our stuff and walked out. I’ve never had such terrible service at a hugo boss or another store. i would avoid this outlet it is better to go to the actually hugo boss store or find another outlet.

One service person was excellent, Chris, another wasnt so great. Suit selection is pretty good, but be sure to get one on sale, otherwise the price is the same as the retail stores.
