All the staff in the Sawgrass are kind and helpful. Even before the bilingual group came in. Always good specials running!

Had to wait outside due to Covid restrictions but it was so worth the wait. Our salesman Greg was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions without rushing us to make a decision. We left wanting to come back. Hes awesome. Thanks Oakley. Keep it up Greg!

Staff was very helpful with selecting a pair of glasses as a gift they showed all the options based on the information I gave and even some similar pairs at various price points. On particular employee Micheal spent a lot of time helping me narrow it all down and was extremely friendly and patient.

Very helpful. Customized a pair of glasses cheerfully. Did a great job trying to keep the store clean while still allowing customers to try on frames. The wait time was a little long to check out, but it was a Saturday afternoon at Sawgrass - to be expected.

Oakley makes great golf sunglasses.

They were only letting 10 people on the store so the wait was more than 30 min. The glasses were discounted a little but not worth the wait.

Great store, great experience. We were there Monday 11/21 and the manager was so very helpful. She was able to steer us just enough and help us find and make what we were looking for. She was a great salesperson. Perfect amount of both selling and listening to what we wanted.

I love Oakley stuff, been wearing their prescription eyewear for years and have a carry-on bag which is still good after 10 years and been around the world a couple of times. Needed a bigger bag and there it was... Service good, price good - happy me. The choice is limited, I have been in here many times and walked out with nothing, but when you hit it at the right time its great. Will be back in there there next time I need self-flagellation, I mean next time I go to Sawgrass Mall

Not good at supporting product issues after they sell them.. always say just buy new stuff or turn in your 4 month old glass that need fixed for 25% off ??? Um they charged me 200 for glasses and want to never fix anything

I like to thank Monica at this store for her effort in finding what I was looking for and going out her way to make sure I got the item I need it, Also to Jennifer for her patience helping me and my family. These ladies were very kind to me and my family and I think this store is very fortunate to have them.

Terrible service at this location

The staff here was very helpful! Compared to the other Oakley location by Miami Beach, where the staff just stares and looks at you like a fat kid stares at cake. Made my girlfriend and i pretty uncomfortable.. if they were expecting us to do something, they were staring at the wrong people. A family came in and the mother of the family walked out with a pair of glasses and none of the staff batted an eye.

I called the store to put a watch on hold and when I went to pick it up, the watch was not available. Disappointed, however all the employees and store manager were great. They spent a good 45 minutes calling other Oakley stores national looking for the watch. They may not be able to find the watch I was looking for, but the customer service was excellent...enough for me to write this review without even getting the watch. Cuddos to the Oakley store employees at Sawgrass!

Great place great eye cover but a bit expensive you pay for quality

I work there and I can say its the best place to get a pair of glasses for any occasion and caters to all.

Got a few t shirts today, however the quality has dropped big time. Tshirts are wider but WAY shorter. And Thin.

You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting on the phone with with this store.

I had a bad experience at this store at Sawgrass Mills Mall yesterday. When trying 4 items at the store, a very nasty clerk and was able was knocking on the door every two minutes asking me to hurry up. I had to call the manager on the way out and express the incident. The manager was nice, but the clerk was very impatient and nasty. I guess Oakley stores wont see me for a while.

I am from Canada and they told me I could return them to any Oakley vault store even in Canada. The sunglasses I bought have a terrible back glare issues in one lens. I called the closest Oakley Vault store to me and they told me they cant do anything because I bought the sunglasses across the boarder. I am now out 200 dollars.

I loved all the models of glasses. I was just a little upset because the salesman said he would give me a discount, but the store manager wouldnt let me. Another negative point is that I already bought wonderful boots and boots from Oakley in another country, but the seller explained to me that these products are not sold either in the USA or in any country in Europe. I will only find these boots in Brazil. These are beautiful, wonderful and long lasting.
