Ive been a strong fan of Miuccias colleziones for years. I decided to bring my young nephew to Prada, hopefully widen his world view of nicer things in life. As soon as we stepped into the front door, were closely guarded by security, literally followed us step by step. After 5 minutes, Ive already decided NOT to purchase anything in this location. We did carefully walked around on egg shells, and Id explained to nephew how wonderful Prada lines can be. I took him to back to my long time favorite Prada on Madison Avenue (New York City) instead, where Im used to the professional, and courteous staffs.

I had the absolute worst experience with Prada. I bought my purse in Sawgrass Mills outlet in Florida, and I could never imagine I would have been treated in such a rude, disgraceful manner. The store hasn’t contacted me until I called to the customer service, sent multiple emails and shipped my purse back. I explained the issue I had, but apparently no one cares about their customers at all. Instead of trying to understand what’s happened and give me any option, they blamed it all on me, and put it a worst position, making me feel stupid, guilty, unworthy, and just beyond frustrated. I will never buy anything from Prada ever again, and neither of my friends will after this story. If this is the company policy, it is the most disappointing brand that I have ever bought from. I loved Prada and thought it was an amazing brand. I was deeply wrong.

Jane delivered wonderful customer service. She was patient and helpful when I was choosing a new bag. The doorman was equally wonderful at taking temperatures and sanitizing our hands upon entry. I felt very comfortable shopping there as compared to some of the other stores that were too crowded and not social distancing.

The prices are good in comparison of their original retail tags. Their customer service is nice and they do practice social distance. The store is not overly crowded so thats great.

Rude/bad customer service . I was never Greeted by any sales associate. When I asked a question I was giving a short, I don’t care to help you today type of answer.Maybe they thought I couldn’t afford or wasn’t a serious buyer. They lost a sell today and Saint Laurent gained a customer!

More than customers employees work there and still make people wait out side 2 hours just chatting them self laughing zero customers service

Extremely rude door man. Spoke with a manager? by the name of Rachel. She apologized and asked me to call corporate office to voice my concerns about temp checks done by untrained medical professional wannabes. Denying customers for refusing temperature checks. Sorry did not know I was walking into a doctors office. I was coming to shop here.

This is not a store I typically visit but I told my grandson that I would get him something special for his birthday and he decided he wanted to go here. We visited on August 12, 2019 around 11 and the lady who was working in the mens department was very nice and treated him so kindly and offered my 16 year old help and advice and made him feel very important and special while he was picking out what he wanted. Im sorry I didnt get her name but if management reads this, she was a middle aged, African America woman and deserves special thanks.

These people at the door are taking advantage of the pandemic to treat customers poorly and justify their behavior. Managers won’t apologize for the mistreatment. They don’t even know how security is treating customers at the door. This is Prada, not the GAP store. The standards should be higher here.

Temp checks to shop??? No thank you. No one I know will ever support or shop at Prada again. And totally rude service at the door. When we said we didnt know there were going to be mandatory temp checks at the door, the door man turned around and slammed the door in our face while saying we cant let you in without a temp check.

Good price points but terrible customer service. Asked to be helped 2 times and the sales girls were busy chatting instead of doing their job. When one did come over to answer my question, it was with an attitude, as if shes doing me a huge favor. I left the store and made purchases at Gucci and Burberry instead, where I received superb service.

If I could give a negative five stars I would do it gladly. Racial profiling is a tool used to make black shoppers feel inferior, but it just makes the retailers who utilize it appear ignorant. My father went to this store to ask for the Monochrome Saffiano leather bag, a Christmas gift for my mother. The sales associates completely ignored his presence, greeting and attending to other customers that didnt look like him, more specifically, customers that were white. They treated him as if he were a criminal or as if he were not worthy to be in the store. With recent news over their blackface figurines, youd think Pradas employees would be socially aware of racial prejudice and wary of treating customers as such, especially customers of color. Disgusting customer service, I would never shop here again.

The doorman is very rude with customers. I was waiting with three friends to enter and he would not allow us and decided to enter everyone else in the line. How long should we have waited to enter then. It was a very unpleasant situation. No I imagine how it could be possible for this to happen in such an expensive and prestigious store When I told the manager about the problem, no case.
