Primark is store that notable in the United Kingdom and they have several stores in the north east. This is the first store in the south and in Florida. This store is located in Sawgrass Mills Mall; it is an anchor store that can be accessed from the outside of the mall. The demographics of this store I believe is teens to young adults. This store is huge and it can be overwhelming to shop especially with the mass of people. The sections include babies, kids, adult women and men but mostly young adults. They sell clothing, housewares, shoes, accessories, and cosmetics.The sizes range from months to the occasional 2X. This store is not plus size friendly but you can find some things every now and again. My reason for always shopping (as you can see in the pictures below) is the cheap Disney merchandise that can appeal to my Disney addiction.

First of all, you can enter the store from the parking lot or via mall entry. Beware disabled parking is limited out front. I love the atmosphere in the store.They have shopping carts available for your use, but they also have large shopping bags you can purchase. Its small and packed with a lil bit of everything for your family.Secondly, be prepared to bump into others and say excuse me because the aisles are narrow. If you use the assistance of a wheelchair, motocart, or stroller it may be uncomfortable and difficult to navigate throughout the small areas. Because the store is small it gives off an overwhelming vibe.Next, this location does have a area dedicated to home decor but it is very small and I was not impressed at all. Also, their prices are great but that makes me a lil leery about the quality of their inventory. Remember this is a European based store and their sizes may vary. Their customer service was awesome and everyone was very helpful.Finally, my rating is based on their customer service, store accessibility and the overall feel of the store.

One of my all time favorite stores. Im so happy its making its way across the US even if slowly but surely. I get so much value for my buck, so I always tend to make it a seasons haul when I visit. I recently visited this location for the first time and it lived up to the hype. I am familiar with the Boston and Pennsylvania locations, again I wasnt disappointed at all. The employees were okay, I dont expect much but nothing beats the shopping!

I found out about this place from a co worker. I will always compliment her on her style, she told my girlfriend where she shop. Our first visit we over spend, but felt it was ok to treat ourselves. But I love to clean my clothes before I wear them, and when I did I was shocked. All the clothes shrink so we took most of them back. Primark is an affordable place to shop, but the quality of clothes isnt good. The store is clean and well put together, but you know the saying what you pay is what you get. Well I shop there again? No thank you.

There is no place cheaper than Primark. It has good products for everyone, but they run out of sizes fast; so if you like it, take it.

Great prices, lots of options but the line to cash out is ridiculous. To me no matter how great the prices are, that wait in line is not worth it....and there is no place to even sit and rest whether you are shopping or waiting to check out.

I brought myself a lion king pajama dress and a red and white Chicago bulls pajamas dress for my mom. Both pajamas cost under 20 bucks. Primark sells a lot of license clothes products and house products that all 25 dollars and under

Clothes are cute for kids. Able to dress my 2 year old and 6 year old stylishly alike and not spend much. Lets see if these clothes wash well. I am skeptical about the quality as price often times reflects the quality of fabrics used in a garment.

They dont do exchange without receipt! Even if you paid with credit card. Talked to the manager and they didnt offer any alternative. I paid with credit card. Becareful when buy if you may need to change something. Bad expired!

Couldnt find anything. Place was a mess. The employees all stood around talking to each other while 3 people were on the registers (which there are like 10 or 12 of) and there was a line wrapped around the corner to check out. I repeatedly looked and not just a couple but 5 or 6 employees standing around talking. While people wait in line for 30 minutes.

Some things priced reasonably but the quality is average. Not bad for kids that are growing quickly

I have been a London Primark customer for the last 7 years, when I used to buy all the clothes for each of my 5 grandchildren, even before they were born, and when I went to buy for the next baby, the grandchild before gets new clothes too. I Used to travel there, at least 2- 3 times per year. Until the Covid19 strikes. I must tell The price are marvelous, the quality of the products Primark has is excellent. The employees are very nice. The ambience in the store is superb. Now, I had the same feeling when visiting Primark in Sawgrass, Florida. I LOVE PRIMARK..Excellent products..

Honostly I do love this place I use a lot of there t shirts for work and to go out clothes are very comfortable and price is great good clothes go try them out men women children clothes etc.

Worst experience. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and untrained. I tried to return 3 items and it took over half an hour for one person to figure it out, on top of them complaining that my receipt was “too long”. Highly do not recommend this place.

I am absolutely in love with this store! Im so sad that the stores location within the mall is terrible so Im sure hundreds of people miss it each day. So happy there is a Primark in Florida now! Great selection for men, women and kiddos and a small Home section. It is on the small side compared to other locations, Boston is 3 or 4 floors, this one is all on one floor which is disappointing.

Wonderful experience. Holiday shopping was enjoyable with excellently displayed merchandise, clear pricing, helpful staff and speedy checkout. It is like bargain shopping in an upscale environment. I would rate ten stars because they deserve double praise.

They Won’t let you exchange an item since I was not given the gift receipt with the gift!!!! Really?! Great customer service policy. Just want to exchange the size for my son in a brand new shirt with tags still attached. Make sure to never gift anything from Primark because they surely don’t make it easy or pleasant. And the manager was very rude.
