The first time I walked into the store I was really dressed down. Nevertheless, I was treated like my business was extremely valuable and appreciated by Melissa who is a true gem! I’ve purchased several items at this store and every time I go I’m treated so well. I love going to this store not just because they have a great selection at amazing prices but also because the amazing customer service. Even the security gentleman is always kind and polite.

Shoes, wallets, bags, sunglasses, clothes. Paradise for people with small sizes. Now and then you can score current bag or shoe styles! Staff is always great and attentive!

Absolutely love YSL! Wilkens, sales associate, is always very helpful and extremely kind. The pricing is reasonable as most of it is at least 30% off retail.

Its loro piana shop.Though they offer 25 to 40% discount,quite expensive. But If you are big fan for loro, You can enjoy this shop.

Bad customer service. The security guard by the front door can’t even say a “good morning” to the client, when I entered the store I asked to see a LouLou bag, the sales employee grabbed one last LouLou that was at the store and turned her back on me as I was taking a look at the bag. First and last time that I visited that store. Customer service has been so bad lately that I just purchase everything online so I don’t have to deal with rudeness.

I was just at this store today and this Light skinned sales lady gave me a horrible attitude like I can’t afford their merchandise.I will never spend a penny to this specific location because of such a bad service and unwelcoming energy! I wanted that blue clutch purse for less than $1000 but I changed my mind when she gave me an attitude.I rather travel across the state or go to Aventura mall next time.
