Otto case scratched my brand new iphone 11 on the edges and in the mid back of my phone. i am very disappointed and not happy. bought a case to protect my phone instead it did more damage. do not buy otto cases
Very disappointed! we purchased a wooded power bank from this booth in the Sawgrass Mall yesterday and came back the next day to return this product because it is not working. 14 day return policy became an exchange only. Owner was very rude and not helpful. bad business beware...
