SoMany toys in stock the lines are crazy for Christmas

We are visiting from Ann Arbor Michigan. The employee name Marsha was very helpful & nice, she had a very mean customer who was yelling very mean things to her, she stayed focus and didnt argue back with him, just that she was sorry to him & asked that he not scare the kids with the loud yelling. And she would try and assist him, he had no patience.How awful some customers can be, but she stayed cheerful and apologize to the others for this and still Smiled and Thank us for stopping in and to enjoy the rest of evening.Great Employee above all else of no importance.##Customer Service !!!!!

I was overall very happy with my visit here and would return and recommend this business to everyone. The only one problem I have with this location is if youre on the T Mobile cell phone network your phone will not work in this establishment.

Its a good place if you want to go shopping for your kids.

Absolute horrible place, ironically not kid friendly . Was told by an employee that I needed to leave because I been there so long, and was legitimately only their for about 3 minutes, totally sucks 0 stars is unfortunately not an option. Sawgrass should use that space for something worth while .

Small store minimum merchandise nothing like a full Toys R Us. Prices slightly higher some items

Very small toys r us. Maybe because theyre having a construction but they didnt have a large selection.

This was not a very good experience i got a giftcard here they have a really bad selection

Too bad this chain store is going bankrupt. Because of this, the shelf options have become scarcer.
