My wife was involved in a bad car accident and our new normal meant she couldnt join me in rigorous outdoor activities we shared; and her only form of exercise was walking.So I bought a high quality American-made treadmill made for hotels and health clubs secondhand and it worked great until I started experiencing some small issues. Even though the treadmill is discontinued its popular, and the manufacturer recommended J&R Tech.With a few emails back and forth we diagnosed the issue and J&R repaired the electronics for a *fraction* of a comparable new unit. We did everything online; transaction was straightforward and the shipping was quick, and service after the sale was more than I could expect. My wife can enjoy her little slice of heaven once again.I recommend J&R Tech for their knowledge, ability to work with customers remotely, their high quality work and competitive prices. These guys are amazing! My wife had a older Elliptical, but still in great condition Precor EFX 5.3. Tried locally to fix and no good news. Tried a place up north…again could not fix. Then found J&R and in 2 to 3 weeks it was back home and the elliptical is back running. Can not say enough about this company. Thanks you all so much!

J&R repaired/replaced the control module of a now unserviceable Precor EFX 5.23 trainer. They had been recommended by the manufacturer as a last resort. My machine is now like brand-new. Service was totally reliable.

J&R repaired the upper and lower electronic boards of my somewhat older gym-grade Precor EFX 576i elliptical and restored functionality to brand new. I had had technicians from two different gym equipment companies travel to my rural Northern Michigan home, only to shake their heads, take my money, and depart. To replace my elliptical would cost, minimally, $3k; more likely $4.5k for a newer model.I sent, via UPS, the electronics (not difficult to remove if you have a screwdriver and standard hex wrench) to J&R. J&R bench-tested electronics, diagnosed the problem(s), and repaired the integrated circuit boards. The repaired IC boards were shipped back to me for re-installation.My elliptical now works as it did the day it was purchased and set up in my home.It’s fantastic to have J&R as a repair resource. These techs are, obviously, experienced and resourceful. My money was well-spent. I am a MOST satisfied customer.Thank you, J&R!

If I could, I would give J and R Technical a hundred star review.They revived and totally rebuilt the console of my 30-year old step machine after nine weeks of mal-orchestrated delivery to their facility. And that was after it needed repair in the first place. On top of that, they did it all for the same fee that was quoted before they even saw the item.Please understand, this is the same great service I received on a previous order that they provided.So, I will put it bluntly: if you have a need for technical repair of any type, considering the knowledge, personal service and work ethic I have experienced with J and R Technical Service on more than one occasion, you would be crazy to go anywhere else.Jim C.

I have a Schwinn Airdyne. The electronic counter wore out. A major replacement company recommended getting it fixed. I called J&R, they said it could be fixed, I sent it off, got it back about a month later, and it works perfectly. They are magicians! I had put probably about 13,000 plus miles on the bike, ready now for that many more. Very pleased. TT

I have a 14(?) year old Precor EFX 5.23 and it stopped working after our recent move. We were recommended to J&R by an online exercise equipment parts seller that no longer sold replacement parts for our machine.J&R was awesome at communicating with us, prompt, extremely professional, and VERY fast to turnaround the repair. They went above and beyond. Very grateful for their support and they did get my Precor up and running again!

Great customer service and technically outstanding! I gave the J&R team every opportunity to overcharge me by letting them know I was desperate to get my elliptical machine back up and running and I even let them know that I had been told a completely new control panel would be $800 from the manufacturer. The manufacturer said the existing panel could not be repaired. J&R diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the control panel for a very economical $175.

I have now dropped off 3 different True Fitness Modems to them, and every time it was fixed appropriately and in a timely manner. Very affordable with no hidden charges.

I purchased a used Precor Elliptical that wasnt running. J&R were able to repair the broken circuit board, and it is up and running now. The price was fair and the service was professional.

I had an older Precor elliptical that had stopped working. After trouble shooting with Precor we surmised that it was the main board. They recommended J&R because parts do not exist.Fast forward I sent the main board down and one week later it was back. I installed it and it still didnt work so I call J&R. They TOOK THE TIME to walk me through it checking with my multimeter. 30 minutes later we decided that it was the cable because the board was working fine. They manufactured a 10 pin cable for me and sent it to me. I installed it and the elliptical works like new!!.I am blown away at the level of service. Who today takes time with their customers, helps them, makes sure that the problem is solved and that they would do whatever it takes to get the machine back up and running. We were in it together!I will use them over and over again without hesitation. I wish all companies operated like this.

I had a precor EFX546 elliptical lower board that was bad. Sent in to get repaired, and they gave it a full overhaul. put it back in and elliptical works as good as new. great service, great prices, friendly customer service, and came back quick. highly recommend. thanks for getting our machine back to work.

The service that JNR provided was outstanding. I dealt with them a long distance. It does take some trust. They did not let me down. I needed to remove the part from my treadmill to send to them and JNR provided pictures to help me. Made the disconnection of the boards very easy. Cost was a big thing for me. I got great service and a great price. Bottomline I will use them again. Thank you JNR.

My old Precor treadmill broke and the local repair service said the control panel was broken and could not be fixed or replaced. They had no advise other than to buy a new treadmill. I found J&R and they quickly (and in an over the top friendly and helpful manner) fixed the control panel. Highly recommend J&R.

Even though the people that work there and the owner are very nice. I havent had many encounters that they have not fixed my components correctly. and Ive had to spend more money sending it back to be repaired correctly. Beware!

I called JR technical to find a solution to my Precor elliptical screen issue and Christina went out of her way to make sure that I was took taken care of. These guys are definitely a great company with excellent customer service

We are currently on our 3rd or 4th repair part from J&R. Every time we have had great luck. They offer a much better value in older parts repair. Rather than search or buy a part from the manufacturer for a fortune, you can exchange your malfunctioning part for a good refurbished one for a fraction. Top notch service and quality!

We have been sending consoles, lower electronics and TVs to J&R for over 5 years, they have repaired in excess of 70 electronics for us. The quality of their work is excellent. On the rare occasion that a problem has arisen after installation, and within the warranty period, Christina has always accepted our return and corrected the issue. In a world, where everything seems disposable, it is good to have a resource that can repair an item and extend the life of the equipment in a cost effective and environmentally sound fashion. J&R has been a valuable asset for our company, giving our clients an option for repair versus having to buy a significantly more expensive new part or piece of equipment. Lastly, we find the staff at J&R to be courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Both Vickie in the office and Christina the tech were very helpful in fixing our True treadmill. Christina took the time to troubleshoot a broken connection over the phone, and we fixed it! Great service, and super quick turnaround (the console I sent in for repair went back out the next day!)

I am extremely happy with having an older model Precor 9.4EL console repaired by J & R. It was tested and found defective and they repaired it for the agree upon price. When I re-installed the console in the treadmill it worked like new. I called a number of times to follow up and every time they took my call and gave me an update. I highly recommend them !! I sent in a console, paid to repair, received it back. It did not work. Sent it back as instructed by Jack, the tech. Approximately, 2 months later, I cannot get Jack to pick up my calls or return them. They wont even pick up a call from our office phone. From a cell phone, they will pick up but will not answer any questions or follow up. I will happily change this post if Jack deals with this issue but that has not happen yet.

I called in for an issue my son had on a drone he is building. Apparently the souder gun he was using was not doing the job. I was a about 20 minutes away and I spoke to Jack who was very kind and professional. When I arrived, he took me in right away to the work station as I over looked the repairs he made for my sons drone which was sitting over a month because of the issue Jack so gracefully repaired. Thank you Jack for making a difference and putting a huge smile on my sons face.

Horrible customer service experience overall. Their Technician Christine is rude and unprofessional. Never got any updates on the tvs we sent in for repair unless we called in to get the update. We were told, we are working on it, we will get back to you. Christine hung up on me mid sentence. The end result is they could not repair the Star trac tv we sent in. The tv has been down for months. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I own an Anytime Fitness franchise in Pearland TX and this will be the 2nd time I’ve used J&R Services and I can’t say enough about how awesome they are. Very prompt and professional and always willing to answer any questions I have. Their services are top notch and and even with the shipping issues this country is dealing with, J&R Technical Services somehow gets my orders to me way faster than expected. They have a customer for life.

They do not answer the phone they do not answer WhatsApp and they do not answer the emails and I urgently need to send a part to repair.
