Not my favorite Publix. The parking lot is usually crazy busy, the store isnt very big, that can be nice if youre just running in and out. I used to get prescriptions here, I had to switch because there seemed to be an issue here and there. Id say 50% of my orders had issues.

Ordered a sub online. I got there 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready (the last 2 times I ordered, it was not ready for me at the time I was supposed to pick up) and sure enough, it was not even started yet.Once they started it, the lady that was making my sub was chatting and laughing with another coworker - not paying attention to anything on my order. She missed the salt, pepper, and dressing.I wont come back to this Publix again. Please hurry up and reopen the one on Nob Hill & Cleary! Until they, the Sunrise/University location is a little far, but they do a good job at customer service.

The customer service department here is outstanding. They multitask and get it done quickly.

Today I will give Publix a 3 stars.I do my seafood shopping at this publix,love it,the gentlemen that work there are very nice,very attentive and super friendly, but unfortunately today was a young girl that was more committed to Finnish a text message before she even try to help me, It was nobody in line, just me,i said excuse me,she completely ignored me I said again excuse me a little bit louder to get her attention and then she helped me,but I find that extremely rude since every time Im at the register i put phone down out of respect I think that as a costumer I should be receiving the same,very disappointed, very disappointed

Clean Convenient Safe Shopping with good prices and good products. The Deli is Awesome.

The store manager should be more familiar with instacart policies or Publix should just remove the instacart service for its customers to avoid confusions and mostly FRUSTRATION. It was my personal experience (my last 3 orders) that each store employee/manager in Broward and Dade proceed according to their mood to deal with instacart orders.

I give this public five stars the people that work there a very knowledgeable and the store is clean.

Parking here can be difficult but stores are fine. The Sunrise bus comes to Publix on a regular basis.

I had to pay a dollar more for everything in my cart at Publix because I was too lazy to drive to Walmart today.

This is my favorite Publics grocery store. Is so clean and the people are so nice. Today I Needed the pharmacy. And they were extremely nice. Answered all my Questions about my medication. Parking Unfortunately is not that great . Traffic is hard getting in and out of there .

This plaza is great! Theres a Publix, Dollar Tree, a pet hospital, Golden Krust, H&R Block, and other little shops in between.

Great plaza with plenty of shops. Defiantly one of my go to areas for many things from grocery shopping, restaurants, banking, dentist, etc. Plaza setup well and traffic flows through relatively easily during busy days. Also plenty of parking.

I love this little plaza because I can go get a spicy beef patty while my hubby grabs whatever he needs at Publix. Theres also a dollar store in this plaza that has a good selection of cards.

Plaza has Publix, Dollar Store, eateries and other shops.

The Well we plaza is great it has a Publix that has good customer service clean bathrooms and always in stock. Along with a dollar tree near it. The reason for this not being a five star Plaza is because other things in the plaza are not really essential and not helping.

I love the stores in the mall, especially Michaels and Marshalls. There is handicap parking if youre lucky enough to get it. That is my biggest problem. Not only do I like the stores, so do many other people and finding a parking spot is often difficult. They did design it so there are ramps in front of each major store. Love this mall.

Pharmacy closed early and I couldnt get what I needed most, but I was able to shop for most of the rest of my list. However, I still wish that they had self checkout so I wouldnt have to wait on a line.

The Publix Plaza is very busy, and the cell coverage in the store sucks.

Ive been here several times. The last couple of times I felt the staff was not very familiar where things were. I circled the store several times trying to find what I was looking for. Left frustrated without those items.

Dont worry there is plenty of parking spaces and the staff are customer friendly. You can easily find everything on your grocery list right here in one location without having to walk across huge amounts of flooring. Big deals weekly too. Check out lines are quick and wont have you waiting unnecessary.

Publix is my go-to place for shopping. Its closest to my home than other supermarkets. Its clean and well organized. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. There fruits and vegetables are fresh and if you have to return something they dont give you a hassle.
