Had the half sandwich and salad and it was delicious. I will have to try the soup next.

If you prepaid your order to a specific store and had to chose a specific time for pick up you can easily assume your order has been set aside - wrong. I literally went there 3 times today (the last one rightfully losing my composure) because they ran out of the roast turkey (after calling me to go pick up) at 6pm that I prepaid paid for 10 am pick up and I ended up leaving with the wrong style of turkey because it would have taken another 1:30 to get the right one.Do Better! If your gonna have prepaid orders, put their items aside FIRST! OTHERWISE tf is the point to prepay if your gonna sell it to someone else anyway!Also is a block of ice that I received - this was supposed to be precooked.

Service great ham sandwich was off the charts.

Really amazing fries and sauces! I definitely love coming here on my lunch break because I go to Nova. They also offer student discounts as well. I highly recommend the shrimp burger since its my go to on the menu.

The Plantation location on university stated on their phone recording store hours opens at 6am and the store manager confirmed the store opens at 7am before entering the store. The manager was very unprofessional and gave know apology, but advised everyone to contact her corporate office.But, to top it off we can actually see one of her staff sleeping in the store, which is not a good for this location.My husband and I had to wait in line an hour and so did others; the line was wrapped around the building. Please revise your recording it would be greatly appreciated and know our time is also very valuable. But, your products are excellent 👌

Excellent meal for Christmas Day at a great price. Ordering ahead and paying online made pick up fast and convenient. Staff outside and inside helped patrons order and pick up food with as much physical distancing as possible.

Was a favorite store. My last purchase was terrible. I bought a half lb of smoked turkey which was slimy so it went in the trash, a half lb of ham was sliced terribly, embarrassing to serve. I am so disappointed.

Staff maintained social distancing in stores as well as lmited capacity. Products are always amazing. The line moves very fast.

Customer service sucks! This is the 2nd time to this location. Last year around the same time preordered my cajun turkey and still had to stand in line for a hour like everyone else who didnt. This time I preorded again but for curbside pickup the next day. Sat at curbside for 25 minutes to no avail. Went inside and waited another 15. They couldnt find my order and eventually they did find..

Service is fast and friendly! There was a long line almost to the door and it took them less than 15 minutes to get to me. Even when busy they take the time to explain their menu items.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I preordered a ham a week before Thanksgiving. When I picked it up today the day before Thanksgiving the line was out the door and up the street. I explained that I pre ordered and they said too bad you must wait with everyone else who didn’t preorder. What’s the point of preordering if you are going to herd us in like cattle? Clearly more concerned with profit then they are customer service. Will be my first and last year ordering here. People are rude here

Visited during the holiday rush and they did well dealing with the crowds. Food is consistent, but on the more expensive side (but thats what you get if you dont want to cook). Theyve always had what Ive wanted. They are my go-to holiday food supplier for the family.

Awesome customer service at this location

This location is becoming more and more difficult to order from for catering. We call multiple times to even get someone to answer the phone, half the time, we are then put on hold. They are understaffed and sometimes only leave one person in the store to handle all aspects of operation while others are out delivering and the manager is going to the bank. Also, on several occasions when picking up orders, its more like a hangout than a business, friends of employees are loitering around and having conversations with the staff. This distracts them to the point they have messed up on our orders a few times and have had to remake the order while we waited. Upper management and Corporate needs to take a good look at this location immediately and rectify the staffing and lack of attention issues.

Absolutely wonderful lady searched and found the optimal ham to use up a gift card I had and, of course, you CANNOT fault the product!

Well I waited almost 40 minutes on the phone... to this day no answer... the customer service at this location has been on the decline in the last few years. Sadly this store is slowly ruin the brands name.

The ham salad is soooooooo delicious. The staff super friendly. Awesome.

Very delicious food here. Yes, its busy during the holidays, so make sure you order early and pick up early too. Its kind of expensive for lunch too, but its worth the splurge if youre really craving HoneyBaked Ham.
