I set up a monthly subscription in the store for hair, nail, & skin vitamins. The store would not refund my shipment and neither would the online order representatives on the phone. I spent about 3 hours over a period of 3 days trying to get a refund with no success.

Kind of junky..it was hard to find products on the vitamin side. Promotions were mismatched. Picked up items and tried to qualify for the sale promotions, when I got to the register I was told that it was apart of a different promotion..did this maybe three times..a little confusing.

Hello, the service of this store is not the best and one of the people you serve is uneducated.I went twice to get a few drops. Both times by coincidence I attended the cashier of glasses, well combed and with a tattoo on the arm (I think). The first time he attended me, he approached me kindly, asked me what I wanted and told him, when I showed him that he wanted to lose interest in attending me and showed me what was there. My idea is that he saw that it was something very cheap and he would not make money; Anyway that day I did not buy because it was not the exact mark of the drop, take note and everything, I left. Today I bought it again, they told me that the brand didnt matter, I went straight to the place where I knew it was and the same boy approached, I told him that I already knew what he wanted, I proceeded to grab the product and go to pay, when I was paying he tells me if I had membership with them, I said no, and when I then asked if I had mail, I told him not to politely, because I bought little there and I really wasnt interested in receiving more spam emails. From that point on, the boy didnt talk anymore, I said thanks in the end, he didnt answer, he left me the medicine away from the counter that I had to stretch to take it with me. If you are a seller and your client gives you a NO, do not take it personal, keep doing your job the same.
