While on vacation in Florida, I thought I had an issue with one of my hearing aids so I made an appointment in Sunrise. Engelberto was very efficient, helpful and polite. The gentleman at the front desk was also very pleasant. Good experience and I am a happy Beltone customer.

Extremely friendly service. I am always greeted with a smile. Staff is always available to answer any questions or concerns that I might have. Definitely the best in the Miami area. Sunrise staff, you definitely shine and rise to offer any assistance when and where needed.

It was an extremely pleasant experience, no wait time and an incredibly professional atmosphere. I have been impressed by the follow up by the technician Angelo, he calls every few months to check on me to ensure that I have not had any problems and to ask if he can be of service. Beltone of Sunrise, FL., Audiologist Mr. Angelo Kanelidis and staff member Ms. Naomi, have shown amazing professionalism, patience, care and support of my 91 year old father who presented with tremendous hearing loss. With Dad being relatively confined to an Assisted Living Facility, he was given a new lift on life, to be better able to interact with other residents at the facility.Most impressive, was the continuity of care, for being sure that the aids were well fitted, the time was given to be sure my Dad knew how to and the importance of care for his new aids as well as the assurances that if he had any difficulty whatsoever, Mr. Angelo was just a call and visit away to assist him. We as a family feel very fortunate to have had a very positive experience with Beltone, its products and staff, especially considering that this was the very first time we have dealt with the issue of hearing loss. I would highly recommend this team with much confidence!

Me and my mother have been to many different hearing aid offices. And honestly Beltone was the first to really show care into making sure my mother gets exactly the right hearing aid. The atmosphere was wonderful. The Receptionist was welcoming and very attentive. And the specialist answered every question me and my mother had. Can’t see myself going no where but to Beltone.

This is a great place to get hearing aids. The atmosphere is warm and friendly in the reception area and Noemy is very helpful. Angelo Kanelidis, the Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist is very professional and really listens to all your concerns and takes care of them promptly, he really goes the extra mile to give great service!! Mr. Kanelidis is a superb audiologist and the beltone hearing aid line is great, if expensive. The assistant is both gracious and charming.I cannot recommend them more highly.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have never had to wait more then 5 mins for my Appts. My question and phone calls are always answered right away. I am so happy with my hearing aids. I highly recommend this place! Noemy is so wonderful they are so lucky to have her.

I Visit this office on a quarterly basis. And every time I visit the sunrise location the PCC and HCP are very professional. They offer a free hearing test due to my profession. I totally recommend them.

I have been using Beltone hearing aids for five years. Angelo and Noemy in the Sunrise office of Beltone are incredibly helpful.Angelo is not the first hearing technician I have worked with, but I find him not only understanding of questions about, but also able to deal with and resolve, any problems with my hearing aids.Noemy is ostensibly the receptionist in the office, but is in fact also Angelos assitant. I bought a new set of hearing aids a few months ago and she magically had all of the payment options for me printed out for me to study.

My name is JoAnne and my mother, Josephine(96years old), who is a Beltone patient for at least 20 years would like to say how confident we feel about Angelo and Noami in the Beltone office, Sunrise, FL. We have been to many Beltone offices in those 20+ years, including Margate, Stuart and Sunrise, but also Colorado Springs, CO and Riverdale, NJ. My mother has decided to make the Sunrise office, many miles further away than the Margate office her home base.Angelo and Noami make her feel welcome the minute she enters until the moment we leave. Their conversation with her sets her at ease the minute she enters. They listen intently, ask pertinent questions, and give answers or suggestions in a very professional manor. Their attempts to rectify any of her concerns instill confidence and trust. They unhesitatingly go the extra mile to help her feel that her issues are satisfied to the best of their abilityDespite the distance to travel, we would never the less recommend anyone we know to go to the Sunrise Beltone office for care.

I been visiting Beltone all of my life and this particular location for over 10 years. I have a condition were Im profoundly deaf in both ears. Its such a pleasurable experience to visit Angelo and Noemy. Their Professionalism is invaluable to our surrounding community! Ive visited several Beltone offices throughout my lifetime but the personal Customer Service Model that they provide...should be theTEMPLATE for the all Beltone Locations!!!However, the Fabrication Department is a totally different story. I decided to upgrade my hearing aids to the Trust model because the were considered the Best and my current pair had plateaued. Angelo took precise accurate measurements and molds of both ears, then sent them to corporate for fabrication. For some reason the Technicians just could not make my molds correctly...on the first attempt, the outer ears molds were much too large (they wouldnt stay in my ears), the second time they came back too short (couldnt hear anything, the third time they returned with the same issue as the first (outer mold too big, they wouldnt stay in), the fourth time they came back the wrong color, then the fifth time, they came back way too long. I was livid, Noemy was sooo apologetic and promised me that if we could have just a little more patience, she would do everything in her power to get it right. My husband was so infuriated because he had to be my ears during this process because I couldnt hear, so he lashed out at the staff, questioning the competence of the Beltone and their fabricators, the world leader in hearing aids... he asked a simple question.Why is it so difficult to make a device when they have the precise measurements and mold?She couldnt provide an explanation...but it wasnt her department!We understood that the staff had completed their portion of the processaccurately and the problem was with fabrication, but we were still angry!So, Angelo took molds and measurements two more times and sent them to corporate again and again. After five or six attempts, numerous phone calls, and even after hour appointments (thank you Neomy/Angelo), corporate finally got my aids delivered correctly, even though it took about 2-3 months to get it right. Words cant express my gratitude to the dedicated efforts of Noemy and Angelo, their perseverance and dedication to customers satisfaction is unparalleled!!!If you havent experienced complete silence....its a very scary scenario to go 2-3 months without social interaction. I was scared,embarrassed and experienced hopelessness,...its very hard to imagine COMPLETE quite!Unfortunately, Ive also talked to other patients in the office who mirrored the some of the same experiences and issues that I encountered.If you are a person with hearing issues, I encourage you to visit this particular office. When you enter, Noemy/Angelo will be a representation the Beltone Quality of Service that you see on TV and magazine ads. Angelo...we love your personality, compassion, sincerity and dedication to your customers. Both you guys are Outstanding, Extraordinary, Exclusive and Exceptional to say the least; however after that...the fabrication portion is out of their hands, so good luck!(no worries...Neomy/Angelo will fight for you)!I and many other seniors would be literally Lost without you two in our community ....NO OTHER TEAM DOES IT LIKE YOU TWO!!!!!I look forward to future visitations!!!!!Bless You Angelo and Neomy,WJF...Beltone customer for 60 years!!!!

I was just in there two weeks ago with my grandmother to get her ears checked for the first time by this company and yes we did walk in without an appointment and the front desk reseptionest was very sweet and alternative to us. Honestly I would have to say that Miss Noemy made my grandma feel comforetable. Best reseptionest ever. And the specialist does an amazing job. We are definitely coming back to this location.
