Bought some seals for special project. I bought 25 pack of 500. they shipped me a bulk pack. i do not even know how many are inside. Spoke to the manager did not offer a discount. RIP OFF DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

So far our experience with Technopack customer service has been lacking. We have a band sealer that is no longer working and needs parts, but they are very slow in communication and not very helpful

My friend and I purchased a machine last year and just contacted them for parts. The machines are good, reliable and very affordable. You can find parts and replacements easily for them. Rated 5 stars even though they were hard to reach, Im abroad and time difference plays a role, so its a little difficult to get a hold of them through the phone.Contacted them through facebook and a member of their marketing team responded fairly quickly.In overall a very good place to purchase packaging machines.

I was looking for a good quality vacuum sealing machine when I was back in the States. Luckily I stumbled upon Technopack Corp, that sold the brand Jorestech. I got the VAC-275 and I dont t regret it. I travel a lot in between countries for my work and Ive been able to give it lots of use. From keeping my food well preserved to making sure my clothes remain in good condition during my trips. I would definitely recommend this brand.

Saw one of their JORESTECH Piston Fillers work and I was really surprised with the performance, so I decided to purchase one for my production line to taste it out, and all I can say now is that I just purchased 2 more during their black Friday / Cyber Monday Deals. Though their website is a little difficult to navigate through, especially the search bar, I was able to find the machines I needed plus some spare parts for my old one.

My brother gave me one of their vacuum machines to take to college and it has helped me ration, and preserve my food. Great for organizing the fridge. Would def recommend.

Bought a band sealer that never worked properly. They never would return phone calls. They would transfer me from one person to the next, without ever being of any help. And finally, absolutely refused to stand behind their product, by either replacing the defective machine, or giving us a refund. We will never be using Technopack again.

The Ropp metal capper is not meant for sparkling beverages Or 28mm 15mm MCA caps and has no redraw. It should be 3 phase 208 volt for what it’s meant for and it’s not. We lost money and even more precious, time. This machine is a dud and a waste. The technical staff was semi helpful but didn’t know anything about this machine. DON’T BUY THIS!!

Bought a band sealer from them, machine didnt work out of the box (drive belt kept falling off during use). Called to talk to them about issue, first they said to try and adjust unit(that did not work), next they sent us new belts (that did not work) finally we were able to send this unit back at which time they repaired it and sent it back to us. All good except 2 weeks later belt fell off again. We called wanting a credit or replacement and was told it is past the 15 day return policy so no they will not do anything about it. We have bought a few of these units and never had a problem but now that we have, they wont stand behind their product.

Been trying to get ahold of somebody for nearly two weeks now they keep answering the phone and saying that they will call me back but Pedro never calls anyone back. Very disappointed Im trying to buy a $25,000 labeling system and I cant even get anyone to call me back. I really wish that I read all of the 1-star reviews before buying expensive equipment from Technopack. In short, they are deceptive and a total nightmare to deal with. They advertise high quality products and excellent customer support”, but they had no idea how the machine that they sold worked and have no manuals. Expect DOA and defective machinery. Expect automated email responses and no calls back. You might as well buy on ebay directly from china and save money. READ AND HEED ALL OF THE 1-STAR REVIEWS!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people have horrible customer service and are over priced. Customer service in this particular industry is important due price and nature of the product you are buying. The majority if not all the items you are purchasing are from china, you would think that you are paying more for the service and for a shorter lead time. Save your money and save your time. If nothing goes wrong you are lucky, otherwise you get the run around. Incompetent sales reps, they sell you something that does not work just to get the money. If I could give them no stars I would.Hope this helps you.

The technopack company cannot say that it is a company that operates in the United States, in a company that does not have a return policy, when the products come bad, including the machine that you buy that does not heat at all and which tries to return 7 days later, they wanted although they found that the machine was bad to return only 15% of the cost, that is, of approximately an invoice of $ 70.00 they wanted to return only $ 40.00. I recommend not coming to buy in this store located at 700 Saegrass Corporate Parkeat, Sunrise fl 33335. The seller Fernando Cuaboy who tells himself Store Manager with Angela Pérez who not only laughs when a customer comes with a problem, has a Very fresh face by saying that the rules simply change according to each time a subject comes up. Even the lady in question takes care that I DID NOT READ what she signs, I address each person who tries to compare here. DONT DO IT if you dont want to waste your money and your time. They are scammers.
