(EDITED)I have come to realize that the staffing concerns were a sign of the times rather than the efficiency of this specific establishment. The product they deliver is A-1 and gets the job done. A couple minutes of time spent will yield a good packaging haul - especially if buying in bulk.They also have a lot of sizes and variations to choose from, so kudos to their staff for being so well-rounded in sourcing those materials.(SEE ORIGINAL BELOW)They have become incredibly slow due to COVID19. The wait time on the phone needs considerable improvement.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Joyce was very patient and nice (even with my unusual requests). I had scheduled a pick up and when I was unable to fit everything into the my SUV they made sure to have the packaging delivered the next day. Great service! They are now my go to when ever I have packaging needs.

Great company to deal with! We needed shipping boxes of various sizes and needed them quick—we even traveled from Palm Beach to purchase from them because of the experience we had. Joyce is a superstar at customer service and an amazing asset to the company!!! She was able to get our boxes ready super quick, the same day as we needed them. Excellent supplier of all shipping supplies, and a vast array of other warehouse and office goods.They have managed to stay open and safe throughout the COVID surge in South Florida by gradually restricting direct contact with customers, but at the same time they have managed to maintain a very high level of service. They have a well-evolved order pickup process that can accommodate up to six pickup customers at a time, which had been all thats needed so far.Call ahead, place your order, and it will be made ready for you when get there and call to check in. The wait is brief, and you do need to be able to load your order from a pallet into your vehicle.My compliments to everyone at A&M for making this work so smoothly and well!

Our business ships pretty delicate items all across the country, so our boxes have to be able to stand the rest of our shipping carriers. First and foremost, the boxes at A&M are extremely good and sturdy for our purposes. The price is right as well, which is vital. But, where A&M sets themselves apart from everyone else is their customer service - especially Joyce!! From personalized company tape, to fitting our stuff in the appropriate boxes, plus a whole lot of quality suggestions, she had taken care of us since day one. I visited A&M Tape and Packaging for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I spoke with 2 customer service reps over the phone before visiting the showroom and both helped me select the items I needed. Joyce greeted me when I arrived on site, set up a customer account for me, and provided pricing and product info for some other Items I saw in the showroom. I was really happy with the quality and price of the boxes and shipping supplies I ordered, although I have to say what impressed me most was the customer service and friendly positive attitude of every single person I interacted with there from the folks on the phone to the gentlemen who brought the supplies to my car. I dont come across that type of positive atmosphere in many places I shop. So, I will definitely be returning to A&M!

Went this morning to purchase a box I needed urgently. Ms. Danielle at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Brad on the phone was also very helpful when I had called earlier. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Great selection of boxes. Private label tape is highest quality and the cheapest ive been able to find when u buy by the box. Was even able to downgrade from 3.0 mil to 2.6- its that good!!!

This company has been cold-calling our business for *years* and, each time, I ask to be removed from the call list and am told the system doesnt always remove the numbers. You cant blame it on the system if you willfully ignore peoples wishes for years on end.

Prompt and kind service to only a simple purchase of a few boxes and a single roll of packing tape. Very happy that they take care of smaller customers like they were big companies. Overall excellent customer service and an extensive selection of products at great prices.

So disappointed with a business I have been supporting since 2004. I go out if my way 30 minutes to buy boxes for my business so I can support our local economy rather than amazon. My 5 year old has to go to the bathroom terribly while we are in line patronizing their business and we are told no. The front desk lady goes to the back to see if any exception can be made and they say no. You have a retail store in the front, as a store owner I know you must provide a bathroom for people to use if their is no public bathroom in the building itself (ie a mall) so disappointed in you guys.

Well, folks, if I had an option to click on six stars I would do so in a New York minute. In the relatively-short period of my business relationship with A&Ms MrBox unit, Ive been VERY impressed with the quality of product as well as the great customer service. Kudos to all who work there!!

This was our first time dealing with this business and we were very impressed. Its funny that I have driven by this place for years and never really knew what it was until today. My brother-in-law ordered a bunch of huge cardboard sheets (like 96 in length) and 6 pieces of huge thick cardboard hexacore boards for a home improvement project. We were sent to pick them up. The whole experience, from the initial order placed, to the pick-up, was handled very professionally. When we arrived at the warehouse we realized the boards were too long to fit into the SUV trunk so the crew was super helpful tethering them to our roof racks so we could get them home all in one trip. They made sure they were safe and took extra time to get everything just right for us. The store owner even went to the extent to email us after we left and make sure we got home safely. I will highly recommend this place to everyone and will be sure to go back and order from here again!

Prices are much higher than quoted on the phone, I did my homework by shopping around before going there, only to find out they gave me that price to get me in the door, I had to buy the expensive item cause I already wasted my time and I needed it same day, never again. Better to buy online, walmart and Ebay has better prices.

Awful experience. Wanted 100 custom printed boxes. Took two months to get the artwork set correctly, partly because there is no real template or artwork guidelines, partly because the president of the box division routinely took about a week to give an update or reply to multiple emails.Boxes finally came mis printed, askew, many missing print entirely, and literally all of them were unusable. Repeated calls and emails were met with no responses or minimal and partial acknowledgement.They had our money, so we kept trying to work with them to get it done. About 4 months of badgering and literally daily phone calls and emails to customer service and the president, we finally were shipped 42 boxes. The art was in the wrong places, which we repeatedly asked about and tried to get a proof but were ignored. Unusable. Eventually received a refund.I have never felt so frustrated or neglected by the lack of professionalism and communication by a company. Its almost impressive, the lengths they go through to be unhelpful. Find another supplier.

After waiting in line for quite a bit was treated rudely as the clerk explained in a incredibly condescending and loud voice that they were very busy. I wasnt acting impatiently and didnt deserve for her to humiliate me in front of the entire store. This is my second experience with these people and there wont be another.

They dont care about your time or troubles....drove there 2 times over 45mins away and 2 times left with nothing. Was not told about there lunch hours...then came next day at 3:59 doors closed said they closed 5pm... they dont respect clients time. They are quick say oops too bad for you.

Ordered from this company 4 times in past year, mostly boxes and packaging material.. 3 out 4 times my order delivered incomplete. Customer service was rude and not helpful when trying to resolve the issue, my last order canceled wtihout any phone call.. Finally decided not use them and go another company out of state, although i m within 3 miles of A&M packaging.
