Hello World, this time reporting from USM Distributors at Sunrise, FL. With much pride I can say this company handles an incredible repair shop for pretty much any residential or commercial lawn equipment. They also have a great selection on trimmers, chainsaw among some other equipment that I had no idea existed to maintain your yard. However, they do have one thing that places them ahead of any company I have ever been and its the ability to hear a clients needs and convert all that into a solution to fit your needs. The hands on experience and depth of knowledge is vast. Honestly, they should have a YouTube channel to show what I just experienced. Thanks Elisha for your time helping me understand the mysteries of how to get my landscaping just right.

Service was beyond exceptional! Elijah was courteous and very honest man. He made sure while I was waiting while service, I was cool, keep me updated on ETA, but most of all his HONESTY of what I really needed and did not need to save me money. I had gone to somewhere else prior to him and was told I needed extra work that was not needed. Elijah was honest and told me it was needed. So happy to have been referred to him before going back to original place. Will definitely come back!

What a breath of fresh air!! The level of experience and the desire to share is phenomenal. You will truly enjoy and appreciate having people you can rely on and know they will tell you what is in YOUR best interest, not theirs. They are very much deadline oriented so you may rely on them to have the job ready when they tell you. IF anything arises, they will text or call because they know you are depending on them.

I lost the lock nut to my Echo edger when changing blade and found USM Distributors on the internet. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Elisha and he had the part I was looking for so I could complete my lawn work that same day. I also bought some edger blades at a great price. Elisha was absolutely great to work with and I wont hesitate to use his services in the future. Not only do I highly recommend his company, but hes also a military veteran.

The service is phenomenal, the depth of knowledge about equipment topnotch.But what really keeps me coming back is the level of integrity. Ive got got to be able to trust that when I take my landscape business equipment to be repaired or serviced I wont get jobbed. Simple as that!Its also nice being able to pick up a part or weedeater string or what have you after Im done working for the day, which is normally after 5 p.m..
