Was in the store, sales are amazing as I wanted to start having watches. Purchased two watches two days ago. They will adjust it for you in the store so I opted to do that. The day after (yesterday) I decided to wear one of the watches and it came apart at one of the link, fell off my arm and hit the floor. The damage was minor but still since it was caused by improper work on their end I went back to the store. She quickly tells me I cannot return the watches because I took advantage of the free engraving on the back and they dont return those. That was not explained to me when it was so happily offered and regardless I now have a damaged watched because an employee did not do the job properly. I asked if we can meet in the middle and I can get the watch repaired since, again, it was the fault of the employee. They offered for me to download some app and pay for it myself. I explained while I understand their policies and Im not trying to be difficult I dont feel I should have to pay for something that was no fault of mine and the direct fault of the store. In the end the lady basically gave me a big f@€k you. Call the corporate for help and they did the same. I will never be buying fossil again.

We went to the Sawgrass Mills Mall and stopped by the Fossil store last Wed. after returning from a cruise. This was a convenient stop on the way home. Our family are Fossil fans and this store was probably the coolest Fossil store we have visited. The team at this store were so helpful. We bought a watch for our youngest daughter and they offered to engrave the back of it in their Custom Shop free of charge. It turned out great. We bought our oldest a purse and they stamped her initials in the leather for free. They were so happy to do it and made you feel like they appreciated your business. I have a Fossil that needed a battery and I did not have it with me. The battery has been hard to find locally. They had it and they just gave me one!Customer Wow for sure! Thanks Sawgrass Mills Fossil Store! We will be back!

For the last 10 years or so I have been buying watches from Fossil UK and now in the US. Its a brand that I trust. Their watches are stylish, durable and value for money.I have 3 for myself, 5 for my wife and bought at least 1 for everyone in my family :)Their smart watches are simply awesome. I have a Gen3 Sports and just bought a Gen4 Rose Gold for my wife. She absolutely loves them.

Greeted very welcomed but when I said I just needed my hybrid battery changed all we got was ignored and attitude. I guess i have to be spending more money to be treated the same.

My watch wouldnt connect to my new phone and the guys worked with it till they got it working correctly

Not a lot o variety of items to choose from, the article that I bought is a defected piece and shouldnt be on sale.

I bought a watch from this store a little under a year ago which I wore all the time. Unfortunately, it stopped ticking for some reason so I brought it back to the store to see if they could fix it up but instead they took a brand new one off the shelf and replaced my old one immediately because of the one-year warranty. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend everyone check this store out if youre in the mall.

I love fossil. Their watches are so pretty and good quality. The customer service is always top notch, they help you without rushing you. Your watches get battery replacement for life for free. And the Leather items are soooo nice . Some are better quality than others but they have neat products. Some more affordable than others. I bought my boyfriend some sharp looking belts, passport leather wallet so soft, and other things like that. Recommended .

If you want to bargain this is the place you need to come to. Awesome deals and discounts here.They have amazing golfers sometimes 50% less than what you find in other places, and dont brand new items not old stock.Ill give you a simple example, I hybrid watch fossil Q for $78? Tell me thats not a bargain in comparison to the $240 regular MSRP!

Be very careful and check your receipt! Some times they just dint do them! It happen to me and my brother, we brought 3 watches and 2 of them didnt get the discount they offer... had to bring it back and then they fixed.

Very good attention. I showed a model that I wanted and they looked for one similar to the lowest price. They engrave your names on the clock.

Very neat little shop with a wide selection of watch bags and purses. When we were there, we were well advised and there were special discount coupons at the entrance. Unfortunately, we still didnt find anything to our liking and wanted to come back later. But then there was a power failure and the shop was no longer open.
