Shanieka goes above and beyond!I called to reserve a unit and informed her that I was headed into town and hoped to make it before closing. I was delayed on the turnpike and got there later than expected. When I got there, she was literally closing the doors! Instead of telling me to come back the next day, she reopened the office and booted-up her computer and assisted me in a jiffy!I appreciated her extra effort and customer service skills - - Give that lady a raise! How do I start with everything all going down at the same time. You know with moving can be very stressful!! It was so nice to walk into this location and be greeted with a warm hello from the Manager Shanieka! She was very patient with me showing me several I mean several units in this hot Florida sun! But you can feel she was happy to do so in order for me to find my needs.I will recommend this location not just because of it Convenient located! It’s real for the 5 start service you receive!

This store is by far the best Public Storage on this side of town. I went to 2 other Public Storage, Commercial and State Rd 7 and University and 48th St. But this location, definitely tops the list. The general manager, June is awesome, lovely personality and very easy to interact with. She makes you feel like family and knows the business very well. The facility is well kept, clean and is easily accessible. The sliding glass door makes moving in hassle free. I think the location is ideal and not too much traffic. Im glad I explored other options or else I would not have found this location. I happy and satisfied with my decision to rent here. Thank you Public Storage!

Initially Ive experience the poorest services from renting storage units,fortunately this is not the case here.My service reps arent in any form of rotation,so that my questions and request dont have to be repeated constantly every month.I speak with a regular associate who remembers me as a customer,so informs me of any changes in policies or fee rates in addition to offering me new options available to me as a repeat customer.Any inquiries I make in regards to the units security are investigated immediately and repairs made if required.The lobby is clean and uncluttered allowing me to find items right away for purchase,staff members are helpful and friendly making for an enjoyable experience each month.

Every time I visit this store I feel very welcomed and Sarah has great customer service we need more people like her in the world😌❤️

I needed to rent a space right away. June the property manager was able to set me up with a unit. She walked me through the whole process and explained everything precisely. She was an outstanding help because I had never rented a storage space before and was in a bind. She took care of the whole process and explained everything to me. I literally didnt have any questions. Also, The storage area is spotless and well kept. There are security cameras everywhere. Very good job indeed. 5 stars is not enough for her.

June spent time to make sure once I decided on a unit I had everything I needed but the most important thing is a week later she still is just a sweet and help which means a lot. Ms June helped us to decide how big the storage we need, show the property. During check in she explained everything and made check in easy. She is the best manger. We appreciate her.

I had to rent a unit yesterday and June, the lady in front, was extremely helpful. She even walked out with me to inspect the unit to make sure all of my stuff would fit, all in Florida showers. She went over the entire contract with me and made sure I understood everything. The art of customer service lives on in her. It was refreshing to encounter someone so genuinely nice and helpful.

Best prices around!!!! June was the one that help me I only paid 45 for the first month which is a lot less compared with everybody else in the area, for a big unit. Definitely I will recommend this location. Hope this help !!!!

June was wonderful, and renting a unit was very quick. She showed us the units, explaining everything. There were really no questions to ask; she already covered them all. Great prices and very clean, compared to other storage facilities that we already looked at in the area.

My experience with June and the storage facility was great. June was extremely customer friendly and personally dealt with me and what I’m going through and made the getting a storage unit a great experience. She even went out of her way to clean the unit and oil the tracks for me. She definitely fed off of my energy and tried to ease my mind from One Navy Mom to another, but seeing her interactions with other customers shows how great she is. Loved The cleanliness and the ease of everything. Would and will definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone. I never rented from a Public Storage before so I didn’t know how anything was set up but when I made my reservation online and went into the office it was very simple with only a few steps. The lady in the office Prenella was very nice and showed me the unit and explained everything to me. Life is funny sometimes but when you’re having a bad day you cross paths with someone who’s nice and I appreciate her for helping me. I recommend this location for the customer service and the easy access.

Ms Prenella at this Public Storage facilities went above and beyond customer service satisfaction. She helped lower my monthly payments I was not aware she did that until I got a called from Public Storage. There are still some wonderful and compassionate people out there. God bless her.

Prenella was amazing. I made a reservation online and was able to come into the office and finalize my transaction with ease. She took me to view the unit and everything was perfect. This is my third time at this location ( over the years) and I am extremely happy.

This is not the place to be. The prices are ridiculous and will continue to raise your monthly amount you locked in when you first rented.
