Great selections, not everything that is online is at the store keep that in mind.

The place 2 get old school Timbos and current ones.

Was not pleased with the service at all. They were not helpful in any way possible.

Some seasons they have a great selection of shoes and clothes but not everytime. So you better check before going.

The person who took care of me was great. But for some reason they dont have women working shoe only size 8.

So I’m really really angry with these guys. A couple months ago I went shopping boots and special snow clothes because I was moving to Chicago. When I finally found the boots I wanted I noticed they were broke on one of their hole laces so I asked the guy to bring me a new pair. We went to the back and took a while and then he appeared with my boots. They seem to be good so I trusted.I just moved to Chicago, a couple days ago and I have used my boots twice. Today I found out he gave me the same exact pair of broken boots!!! I’m guessing he went to the back and tried to fix them himself and I thought they were a new pair. Now I’m thousand of miles away with a pair of broken boots not good for the snow!!

On the phone, a sales person named Anthony kindly, patiently researched a shoe style that Timberland made some years ago.When he found this shoe was discontinued, he told me about some other newer models that could fit my needs.He was so patient, polite, and helpful. I will go into the store and try the shoes Anthony recommended.It is rare to receive that level of service, especially on the phone.Thank you Anthony.

Great deal on winter clothes right now

They didnt carry every shoe that was online...for a timberland factory they are very limited...other than that i love their shoes

Ive been in this Timberland a couple of times over the past two years. I mostly come in to look for items for my husband.They often have some kind of promotional deal going on with the footwear. We dont really need them in South Fl, but the hiking boots from here are quite nice and good for winter wear. There is quite the array of work boots too.Most of my husbands work shoes come from here as they do sell a lot of footwear that fits his business casual work style. This type of shoe will usually run you anywhere from $40-60, but sometimes you can get a better deal at Marshalls.The womens footwear section is underwhelming for my personal style, but if I lived someplace cold Id probably try a pair of hiking boots to brave snow.They also sell items like waterproof coats, backpacks, hats, t-shirts, sunglasses, socks, shoe care items, and more.Be sure to take a quick peek at the clearance racks of clothing, you may find a good deal here.The belts from here are quite nice and have held up fairly well. You usually do better on the price if you buy two items to get the discount.

Really bad costumer service, employees won’t even say hi, there’s a Latina young girl that I’ve seen a few times, always in the same spot, against the wall crossed arms and not willing to help the costumers.

Bought 2 separate pairs of Timbs and both are poorly made, super uncomfortable and painful. Seems like this is where they send all their flawed material so beware before purchase.

Always a good shop for clothes or shoes. Nice new designs and good hiking shoes. I think the socks are the best of all. Theyre comfortable and last forever. They feel like new even after 100 rinses.Just great!
