For my profession, I use prime appliance on a very frequent basis(weekly). The entire staff there is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, etc. They do everything possible to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Shout out to Josh, Shawn, Chris, and John G. You guys are great!Thank you!

Not Happy with their customer service the Appliance is great for my Dishwasher but the installers did a shotty job and the dishwasher is not mounted correctly and Prime will not fix it they are having me pay a technician. I really surprised that how they have no accountability at for their installation especially when I paid them for it. I wish I could give negative stars don’t buy from them they don’t stand behind their work!

Was shopping for a new microwave and dish washer told them we were from a distance away and were looking for items only is stock and items still in a unopened box I install myself because of it being hard to get people to deliver and install from Duluth lurched the to items the dishwasher box was opened but they were sure all was intact. The microwave was out of stock but was promised that it would be there by closing time to pick up did not happen parts missing on the dishwasher came back next day for microwave got one wrapped is stretch wrap found out later came off the wall from there Johnson meets store in Duluth again with parts for the install and books missing had to argue with salesman about the venting part that was missing even after that tried them again and no prices on there website on items. Total waste of time even big box stores give better service. Stay away!!

I really wanted to this review to be five stars. In general my fiancé and I strive to keep it local. This is why when we first visited the store and one of the salesmen came over wearing a chin diaper instead of having the mask pulled up over his nose, I decided to return to purchase a washer and dryer (albeit not from him). A few things to keep in mind- we were not shopping for high end stuff and was fully transparent about this while looking and purchasing. I dont *think* this had much bearing on our experience but maybe it did?The 2nd visit to actually purchase the appliances was a better customer experience overall. We explained what we wanted, Josh helped us find it. We paid extra (reasonable imo) to have the washer and dryer delivered and installed. At this point Im grateful we returned and look forward to singing Prime Appliances praises to anyone that listens.The delivery itself was pretty quick, it took 4 days from the date of purchase and that spanned a weekend. However, the delivery experience is when it gets dicey. The delivery guys themselves were not overly friendly. I get it, they are moving heavy equipment in all kinds of environments and in our case it is a very old basement down old wooden stairs. They asked to have the basement door taken off which my fiancé immediately obliged. Once in the space one of them notes that the dryer wont fit because of an existing pipe and my fiancé told them no worries, he would take care of hooking up the dryer. They then tell him the washer is good to go and advise us not to run the washer for 24 hours since it was sitting in the warehouse and is cold. We think everything is set and good to go.My fiancé builds a platform for the dryer to fit it where it needs to go and hooks everything up. We wait 48 hours and when we run the washer it immediately drains into our floor drain. We look for the washer manual but its not with the one they left for the dryer. We then call Prime Appliance and let them know the issue. They advise they will send a repair person and it takes another 4 days for the gentleman to arrive. He looks at the washer and says the hose just needs to be bent at an angle to stop the syphoning action. The repairman is also baffled as to why the delivery guys told us to wait to run the washer. While down there with the repairman my fiancé finds the washer manual tucked in an unlikely spot between our furnace and a column. The manual clearly indicates how a hose that drains into a floor drain should be situated. He advises my fiancé what needs to be done and one U-shape later (also illustrated in the washer manual) it works like a charm.I then contact Prime Appliance and ask for Josh. He is busy with a customer at the time. I end up talking to the chin diaper guy who explains he isnt sure why the repairman said that. Chin Diaper states over and over again that he is from warmer climates so he really wouldnt know about life up here. Eventually he ends up confirming with Josh that Josh would listen to the delivery guys over the repairman that they sent to the house. That seems odd... I then ask for an explanation of why we paid for installation when they didnt do it correctly and it was a simple shaping of the hose? Chin Diaper seems flummoxed by my questions and request for explanation. He keeps repeating over and over he can have Josh call me?? Not Im sorry what is your name and information so I can make sure to have Josh call you. It was him just acting confused and verifying what the delivery guys said was correct and he certainly was sorry for the inconvenience.Chin Diaper could be just as much as a victim in this whole scenario as we are, however, his customer service and knowledge about the products he sells is about as good as his mask wearing technique. Also if he was bringing this to Joshs attention, why didnt Josh just have him take the message and call me back? This was a waste of time and an inconvenience to us and to the repairman.Do better Prime Appliance. I wont be recommending you to anyone.

My husband and I have rental properties up the shore and were in a major bind when our appliance order from a different retailer kept getting backordered. I called Prime and spoke with John Merts. He was incredibly helpful over the phone and I went to the store the same day. He showed me the exact options that fit what I was looking for and the team loaded the fridge, range, and microwave into my truck the same day. The entire staff was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. Absolutely seamless and the appliances are perfect for our needs. I will definitely be using them for future purchases and I highly recommend them for anyone needing appliances.

Skip it. Ok selection prices seemed a little high, horrible sales person. Every thing we asked about was a major problem and we were not looking for anything out of the ordinary. Kitchen appliance group and a freezer. Instead of.trying to figure out how to do it he was constantly telling us hiw difficult it would be. Kept pushing us towards items that were not what we wanted because they were in stock when we told him the new house wont even be done for 2+ months. Told us they didnt have a couple items and we walked right up to them ourselves.

I stopped in to look over refrigerators, having a few top choices. Josh soon met with me and he very thoroughly took me thru the aspects of each of my top choices, giving me great advice under a no pressure assistance.I came back later with my daughter, who is my cooking and kitchen partner, and she and I looked through the refrigerators and Josh was again there to assist in a fun and informative way. He even stayed late after they closed and told us to take our time. He enthusiastically answer our questions and was very helpful.Our fridge had died a day earlier and he saved a spot for delivery the next day. We made our choice and the fridge was delivered on time. The two young gentlemen who delivered the fridge were very friendly and a joy to have in my house. They took great care getting the old one out and the new one in. I was extremely happy with the delivery gentleman.I am very pleased with every aspect of the purchase and will definitely be going back for my next purchase.

Special thanks to Josh and Prime Appliance in Superior for rearranging their schedule today to ensure delivery of a new refrigerator after ours died an unexpected death at 2:00 am. The delivery guys (John and Greg) also went above and beyond their duty. Exceptionally nice people. They definitely made a frustrating situation much better!

Went in at 4:25 pm to look for a new refrigerator. As my daughter and I began to look around, an employee informed us that they were closing at 5pm, failing to ask if we had any questions, or needed help, which we did. I was pleased with the gentleman at the front desk who gave me information to help us find a replacement part for an appliance. I was not pleased that as I looked around, all available associates just sat at their desks. Their door clearly states that they are open until 6pm on Fridays. Perhaps sales is not their #1 priority.

I had an appliance break down on me the night before a large gathering at my home. I called about 10 minutes before close, and ask them to help me out and get me a new oven range. Not only did they stay late after close, they converted it from natural gas to propane and had it ready for me when I got there.The prices are very good, and the guys are very helpful.

Purchased 4 appliances from this place at 1 time . Was told if we want to wait for an ice maker to be installed we could take item home that day . We didnt bring a truck so we decided to head home and wait for the call the next day when item was completed . Call never came had to call multiple times, 3 weeks later was told they can not get an icemaker for said appliance . Ok so what now ? Decided to go with a diffrent item . No issue there . Get all appliances home unloaded . We unpacked dryer and notice right away a huge dent in the side of dryer, ok not big deal but not happy as we did not buy a scratch and dent dryer . Get dryer installed and it does not work WE are told to call the manufacturer. Now we are waiting again till they can find someone to send out as they dont have anyone in our area .WE WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR IN THIS PLACE!!!

This place is a joke! Bought a brand new fridge and range, range is defective...leaks gas out of the pressure regulator and its been a week and no one has called to put a new one in! They said it was 10$ to get rid of the old one and I brought the old one to the store myself and it cost 21$. Tried to support our home town, but how could you with this bs!
