I was in yesterday to browse and make some purchases. I went to check out and had some complicated coupon dealings. New to this Michaels store, cashier, Maya, was incredibly helpful and oh so patient with me trying to help me get the coupon deal I was after. She listened, heard me and clearly repeated my questions to her manager (who also patiently assisted) when she didnt know what to do. The outcome: I got the coupon deal I was after and left so grateful for the wonderful employees help that I will make sure I shop at this Michaels location all the more. Thank you, Maya!

Lots of awesome things for brainy projects & all kinds of things, better with coupons. Beautiful selections on things and sale tags are on display, minimally out of place, & organized retail as it should be. Id like the yarn section to be bigger, but its already hard enough to not get sucked in beyond the item I went in for. I dont even make jewelry but its still an inspiring selection for sculpture ideas, & accent pieces. :)

Its a Michaels for sureThe second I walked through the door, the smell of, crafting..Their clearance was laughable, for the amount of discount to signage...Got a great deal on xmas clearance.Line was you know, not to be stereotypical, bit very crafty ;)

This Michael’s always has everything I’m looking for, as if the one in Boulder is missing anything, I know I’ll find it at this Micheals instead! Thanks to them I was able to start making my pressed flower jewelry that I’ve always wanted to learn how to make, and thanks to them it was fast and easy to create jewelry like in the picture attached!

Lots of options to get supplies for my new hobby of painting. However, the sales associates could be a little more attentive. I had no idea what I really needed for my new hobby, and was standing there like an idiot for 10 minutes Googling for advice. I shouldnt have to do that in a craft store.

I bought a frame and helpful employee John spent some time recutting my art to fit the frame. When he got done it looked beautiful, and he wanted nothing in return. Great staff!!!

Clean and well organized. i can see why... when i offered to return an item to the shelf the gentleman helping me insisted he do it personally. they are obviously dedicated to keeping things in the right place, and it shows!

Was pleasantly surprised by the selection of yarns. so many colors, now i can finally tie up the children in my basement with style! i also went to the framing department, however was disappointed to find out that it was for photos, and not false criminal accusations. all around 3/10

Good store to be able to run in and get what you need. Or linger and find something youve been thinking of making. They stock very well for seasonal items. You can find many items from custom frames for your pictures, to paint supplies and beads and wire to make necklaces or bracelets. There is coloring books, toys. If you are part of their program they send coupons by email daily.

I absolutely love this Michaels. They have the best coupons. Their staff is friendly and helpful..however they are often short staffed and everyone is behind the register ringing up customers. They have a large selection of product in stock for every type of artist. I come to this location at least once a week. Thanks for being such a great location!

You can use multiple coupons and the workers are pretty cool, they dont have fabric though.

Wasnt pestered or bothered. Was able to shop at my own pace. However when I needed help, they were there.

Decent arts/crafts store. Was looking for art prints which they did not have.

Found what I wanted. Asked for help 2s and Staff were very pleasant.

Don’t get framing done at this Michaels!! I dropped off 3 prints for framing in JANUARY 2019. They said they’d call when ready in about 2 weeks. They never called to tell me they were ready. I had to follow up twice to get an answer. Then, when I finally picked up the frames a few weeks later, I was extremely disappointed with the work. One print came with a dented matte, another wasn’t assembled properly and the edge of the glass showed along one side, and the third was glaringly off center. They did such a bad job I didn’t even trust them to fix their terrible work. My mom eventually convinced me to take the prints back to give Michaels a chance to fix them. Was feeling optimistic. That was a few months ago and I still don’t have my prints back...it is now the last day in MAY 2019 and I’ve not received any update. Honestly, I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else. Oh, and I’d also like to hang the art I purchased 6 months ago on my walls sometime before my lease is up. So ridiculous! If I could give zero stars I would. 😡

There is a pretty good selection but always double check the sale price at the scanner. Sometimes price doesnt match signs.

The morning cashier was training a new worker and I can only hope she has a work ethic like the trainer. She’s amazing!!!

I was able to purchase nice frames without going broke!! They have a very nice selection of frames. I did not realize the frame was cracked until the associate saw it. The transaction had already taken place, but he was so sweet and apologetic. He held on to my things while I went back to get another one and that one was cracked. It was the last one. He seemed genuinely sorry and ready to provide me with other choices. This was all done at his encouragement to make it right. Very nice!!!

Michaels is a great crafty store, much like Hobby Lobby. I definitely recommend it, but I would strongly, strongly recommend you never buy anything here without a 40% off coupon. Everything is marked way up and to get anything at a semidecent price, you must have a coupon. You can find one on line by searching for Michaels coupons. The only downside is that, in order to get a semidecent price, youre stuck buying one item at a time. Luckily that is often all you need if youre into crafts.

Went in to buy architecture supplies, walked out with steam coming out of my ears. Had a great time in the store, and was helped by two lovely and kind ladies... but the monster behind the cash register ruined the whole experience. Ive never felt so disrespected in my life.

Location has friendly cashier staff however none of the floor staff offered to help. They all seemed too busy with either online sale or inventory counting.

Close their doors in our face with still 10 minutes left before closing and people still inside.😡Not the 1st time Ive ran into rude employees the last time worse I can tell the manager as it done anything to fix their reputation.

I called several times today to find out if they had elastic so I could sew masks for family and friends. No answer. I had surgery and dont want to go if they dont have any available. Terrible service in a time of need.
