Bought a top of the line InteliBed 2 years ago and half of it collapsed in 18 months. I was able to file my claim online which did take some effort to avoid paying $80 to have someone else take pictures. Good news is that the process was fast and I received a full original price warranty voucher. Went back to the store and had a great experience and was able to recover 100% of my initial purchase with a much better bed and adjustable base. Its rare to receive such customer centric service. Good job Mattress Firm!

Salesman was very pushy and not helpful. We discussed buying a mattress for only 5 or so minutes (we had to wait to talk to him) and by the end of that 5 minutes he said Whats it going to take to get you to buy a mattress today. I believe his name was Greg Walburn.When we asked to order a mattress for delivery, he was very wishy-washy and was saying Well, it says theres one in stock, but you never really know until the day before it is delivered. I feel that If Im ordering a mattress for $1.5k I should know if its in stock or not.Go to the Broomfield Plaza location instead, they are very competent and helpful there.

I was just shopping around for a new mattress, and still trying to choose 1 of couple I had narrowed it down to. The ladies at this store were so helpful showing me their products and explaining the differences. They worked with me on price, and I purchased one of their mattresses on the spot. I dont think that you can go wrong here.

My boyfriend and I visited this location and picked out a mattress with Linda before purchasing. She was super sweet and patient with us. She gave us all the info we needed and pretty much let us try every mattress in the store. When I came back to buy it Jeanne helped me with the purchase and she was also amazing. We bought a mattress with great advice from the store manager. He was very personable and took care of us in a great way. Weeks later when the mattress was delivered, it took two guys almost 45 minutes to get the mattress from the truck to our bedroom. It was right at the end of a snowstorm and it being a king size mattress was hard for them to do. They got it done however and we had a great night sleep. The next morning we received a call that they had accidentally delivered the wrong mattress to us. We ended up with a much more expensive mattress than we had ordered originally. However, Dietrich the store manager and District manager Allison went above and beyond and let us keep the more expensive mattress because it was not our fault. That is some customer service and we are so grateful to them. This will be our store for any bedroom needs in the future. Thank you.

My husband tasked me with selecting a new mattress without him so I was a bit nervous. I worked with Joe who was very patient and knowledgeable to make my decision, and was put at ease when he explained the 120 day exchange policy. After the mattress was delivered the next day I decided to add the adjustable base to my order. There were a few challenges with the delivery and set up with my addition as it was a new product for the company, but Joe and Heather worked to make sure I was getting taken care of. We are super thrilled with the end result!

Bought a new mattress & adjustable base from Heather Halvorsen. Very good experience. Had bought my last mattress here. She was knowledgeable & very helpful & let me take my time & explained the various features of the confusing world of mattress construction. Very satisfied with the pricing & time there. Curtis also helped on second visit & was very helpful as well.Had an issue with delivery. Had to call the store to find out my delivery time. They said I was called, but dont thing I ever received a call. Certainly did not leave a message. Looking forward to a better back !

Went in on a Sunday afternoon after debating on buying online the night before. I told Jeanne what we wanted from a new mattress and she showed us X, Y and Z. No pressure to spend a lot or a little, she wanted us to feel confident in our purchase. After about an hour, we found what we needed and are currently waiting for delivery.

The mattress we liked was too expensive and so we started looking at another one which was within our budget. But then we found out that it was not in stock and was going to take a month to be delivered. Michael made it possible for us to have the mattress we liked in 2 days after knowing about my back issues. He worked within our budget and made it happen for us. Cant thank him enough.

There is an older gentleman and women working on weekends. They are the rudest team of employees I have encountered in a while. The two of them sat in their chair until we walked all the way across the showroom, right up to the desk and finally they seemed to look up from their computers to ask what do you need. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want good service and are looking for someone to care that you are spending your hard earned dollars, go to a different store. THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Just bought a new mattress from Heather at Mattress Firm and it was such a great experience. She got us (my gf and I) on the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever laid on and it has changed our lives. The sales staff were uninformed and impatient. Prices are average, certainly nothing special. No stock is available, so delivery is required-but its NOT free (try an extra $59). Delivery isnt scheduled by the store staff (they can only give a12 HOUR window, like people dont work to afford their products). I was told to call the store if the warehouse set a time I couldnt meet. That was a LIE. The warehouse uses an automated service that will not allow you to talk to anyone. The stores cant do anything other than start over completely, with a new 12 window. I would recommend you shop literally ANYWHERE else, you couldnt possibly have a more aggravating experience.

Yup, its a mattress store. The pricing is good, but you might have to drive to another store to get your purchase as they have limited stockrooms at each location.

The gentleman and lady working the 9am door-buster deal on September 3rd were incredibly rude. I ended up going to mattress firm in broomfield after 10 minutes because they gave me very little information and didnt even say hi to us when we came in. Didnt ask what we were looking for and didnt seem to care that we came to spend several hundred dollars. At least for some of us, when spending money looking for a new bed, you may want to take time to talk to customers and see what they are looking for. Horrible service, wouldnt recommend this store.
