All of the things u need to do the stuff that has to be done. Fantastic exchange policy on their house brand tools. Excellent selection of food for pets (cats and dogs). Limited options/variety in-store on some items in most departments and the least expensive brands sometimes are not worth the pennies you save when considering the time wasted having to prematurely replace those specific parts. Friendly (most the time, most the employees).

I had to pick up some paint for my house foundation. I went to paint dept. 3 Menards staff where there at the cashier island? Anyway, they all looked at each other like, * you take her*. Loong pause......... Just paint people, not a social visit, I just needed paint for cement. Finally a gracious sales person helped me. This visit kind of ended my Menards shopping in Superior. I will go to Duluth from now on. Should of listened to my husband. No customer service in Superior!

Menards is great. Love their 11% off every two weeks. Today was last day. Stocked up on bird seed, dog food and solar yard lights.

Very friendly staff. Helped me find what I needed(and some things I didnt) Found water bottled in aluminum screw top bottles. Really nice bright and easy to find all times.

Menards in Superior was very busy on Sunday. We went looking for a pool for the backyard but they had sold out already. It has been so hot lately a lot of water items are gone.:(

Good variety, competitive prices. Would like to see more then one check out open. Big line and long wait this trip. Stores are minimizing staff due to covid and by doing so, they force all the customers to be packed together in one check out line. This is happening at all large retail stores. Hasnt made sense since the start. If covid is worrisome, spread people out, get them in and out quick and efficiently.

I went to the Superior, WI. Menards and shopped until I ran out of things I wanted, but before that, in the Electrical department, is had the greatest talk, with older gentleman in forgot his name, but thank him for the conversation, one of the coolest persons I meet.

Great place to shop! I love their prices and selection. I can always find what I need here, even obscure things like shelving pegs for my bookcase (a couple got lost when I moved). Also got a perfect new light for my new kitchen after I broke the globe on my last one. I even picked up some storage bins (large and small) for the garage and bathroom. Saved a stop at another store. Love that!

I prefer to come here over other big box hardware stores because they have good prices and really good sales.

We love our BACKYARD DISCOVERY Abilene 10x10 cedar pergolas from Menards in Superior Wi. They are easy to assemble and added just the right touch to our home and cabin! The hardware on the pergola is high-end and very rustic looking! The store was clean! The help was excellent! This was the first time at any store during the pandemic the cash register employee wiped down everything before and after I went through the aisle! I thanked her over and over she was so gracious! All the employees we ask for help at this store are excellent! John Menard... time to buy this store employees lunch!

I’m done with Menards and specifically the Superior store. When you have an issue they are beyond rude and never help. I’m not saying all the employees are like this but I’ve literally never had a good experience. We’ve literally had employees run from us. We bought a patio door over the summer and the screen was missing. They refused to help us so we went directly to the company. The company sent us a new screen to the store and they lost it! So we had to call the company again and have another one sent! All in all it took THREE months to get out screen. Then we ordered a car port from them special order. It’s missing a bunch of parts! Turns out when we went to pick it up they only gave us one of two boxes! And once again they are refusing to help! Telling us we need to call the company! It’s not the companies fault that menards employees only gave us one box! I’m so upset with this store!

I went to menards in Superior for some paving brick and block tools and the customer service was excellent. Very helpful at the construction counter, the cashier said just ask at the gate for help and they will radio a forklift. The guy on the lift was excellent placed the first pallet nicely in the truck then helped break down and stack the rest of the order.

Big selection of lighting and bulbs. Nice caned food pricing too.

I was disappointed that they still have signs requiring guests to wear masks, even after the restrictions have been lifted. Besides that, they do not carry Scotts 4 Step fertilizer.

Went in and picked up a couple items, spoke with 3 employees about where to find a couple other things. Finally got to the power tools and they did not have the items I was looking for on the shelf. Asked a kid employee if they had any in the back and he said he would be happy to check for me but then asked if I had a mask, I said no. He said he would not be able to serve me. I actually have a legitimate breathing issue for which I have a couple prescriptions for but I absolutely will not be strong armed by a company that I am giving money to. I politely told him that I will never be back to shop there again and he was very polite with me. Took what items I had and went to the register and was treated quite rudely by the cashier and the door monitor. Door monitor came to the register to tell me “ For future reference, you have to have a mask to shop here” to which I told her for future reference I will never shop here again. And for their corporate office, I hope you know I’ll happily pay hundreds more at other stores than to be treated like that. Many more of my friends are done doing business with you.

On Thursday may 14, I needed help out in the lumber yard an Hunter stopped what he was working on to help us. you where out of what I needed he went out of his way to find some in another spot. He then helped my daughter And myself load 4x8 sheets of siding. He was very polite and friendly and helpful.

It is the largest home improvement store in Nortwest Wisconsin. Everything from flooring to windows to garge doors to books and pet supplies. Menards has most all of it.

Rented the orbital sander from Menards hoping to sand the original hardwood floors in my living room. The sander did not perform to the appropriate standards. I complained when returning the sander and called to complain as well. The manager asked if I put sandpaper on the orbital sandpaper before use, which I found ridiculously offensive. Because we did not request to see a manager at the tune of return, even tho we complained we will not be taken seriously for the complaints. So disappointed in Menards and the service that was provided. We will not be back anytime soon for our future remodeling needs.

Id shop here more often if the Menard family didnt treat their employees like dirt.

I was very disappointed with the customer service while shopping for patio furniture. After finding the item I wanted to purchase I was told it was the last one they had. I asked the boy about a discount due to the fact it was a floor model. He told me I would have to wait until the store manager was back from lunch there was no one in the entire store that could make a decision other than her. I patiently waited 30 minutes to find the female manager very rude and unfriendly. I requested they bag all the cushions and help load into my vehicle. The manager said she would have it brought to the register area. After paying at the register full price I asked the cashier to advise the people bringing my furniture that I would be parked out front of the store. After waiting 10 minutes I went back into the store to find my furniture on carts in the corner by the doors. When I asked the same cashier if it was my furniture she responded yes it’s right there you can take it. I once again asked for assistance and finally received some. So frustrating.

One of my go to places. Most of the time I give them 5 stars but today they were out of stock on very needed item, so I a little upset. Good selection, prices are competitive, and good lumber.

Worst customer service ever. Ive been shopping at Menards for over 20 years but today was the last straw. Staff is typically very rude and unhelpful which I anticipate when coming here but no big deal its whatever.Today, I went and and grabbed a few quick things. One of which was a discounted piece of 4x8 plywood due to numerous cracks and imperfections. I took a pic of the label and the price as I have encountered issues before regarding discount lumber at Menards. I showed the cashier the label and the picture of said skew when she rung it up at full price.I was polite and pointed out the discrepancy with their label along with photo proof. She angrily put on her light for a manager and didnt say a word. Ok cool bad day I get it. Manager comes over and I explain the situation. Manager states its the right price! I say ok its obviously damaged and I have photo proof of the price. Manager said nope you pay full price and just walked away! I paid full price because I needed the plywood and the line was starting to get long (only one cashier?).After this incident, Im completely done with Menards. The staff are always jerks, the lumber is subpar for the price, they dont honor discount pricing that they labeled without a fight. I never have any issues when I go to the other home improvement stores. And you know what? Ill be driving an extra 25 minutes to get to one of these stores with a smile. Yall just lost 35k a year (what me and my company typically spend for materials). I told everyone about my frustrations and they agreed to boycott you as well.So you made me pay a measly 6 bucks more than what I should have for a damaged product but it cost you over 30,000 a year in the end. Enjoy.P.S.My wife greeted me when I got home and had a quote for kitchen cabinets at your storeCame out to about 9k. We priced it at your competition for 9.2k. Guess who got my money?

I love Menards. But this time around there were a couple of very snappy and rude workers at check out and manning(?) the exit doors. I also got sent in the wrong direction while asking where an item was. Thats understandable to me. The unwarranted rudeness by people in customer service, especially at Menards, where Ive always had exceptional customer service is ALMOST unacceptable. Being unkind cant be blamed on this PANDAMIC!

Love some of the staff. Teresa at the returns desk is super cool and she is the only 5 star that I have encountered there. I will always rate Menards a 2 star because they advertise to be felon friendly and the arent. They will interview felons to “save face” but they do not hire felons. Specific to people that are clean and have prior drug charges for years.. everyone wants an addict sober and healthy yet they don’t want to offer them gainful employment. It’s their choice not to right? I get that. But “be about it”.. don’t say you are felon friendly when you aren’t. 2 star always. Period. I don’t like liars. Liars are amongst thieves ..

Surely seems a better idea to put a sign in the parking lot with the mask requirements rather than making people walk INSIDE the store to find out a mask is required!

Typical experience at menards. Young kids on a power trip if get too close without a mask they have a fit, they have no idea where anything is, most common answer to a question is Im not sure, and the security guard wouldnt give a lady and her VERY young child a mask to come in and use the rest room quick while she was waiting for her husband in the truck. Really a pathetic excuse for a Securitas guard. Glad home depot is only another 10 minutes further, and Lampert Lumber in north end has much better quality lumber and prices.

Great place to shop for supplies and tools. They have a great selection to choose from. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They sell half sheet goods which works great for many projects. If your remodeling or new constriction this is the place to go for great pricing.

The customer service lady was rude and denied entry because of no mask for a member of the group. When told, Its a medical exemption., she said, Shop online. even though the CDC regulations state about the medical exemption. She even argued after the point that you still need it! Was NOT happy and will be calling corporate AND the storys manager!

We asked 4 workers where we could see some others, we crisscrossed the place those 4 times.also I asked where 2x4s were, he wanted me to go to front desk fill out ticket when all I needed was walk to other side, only needed 4 2x4s

We bought some things we had to pick up out of the lumber yard. Stopped at the guard shack to check in and the attendant was awful. Wouldnt give us any directions for where we were supposed to find anything. Opened his door and shut it while trying to ask him where these things would be. so we had to chase someone down in the yard itself. Great prices on things but spent an extra half hour trying to find things/some to help us.

Employees made it seem like my business wasnt important at all will not be using this Menards ever again. Management sighed when I had a simple request and said that will take for ever. This is all after waiting 20 min for him to finish his break, he was the only one who could do it. (It was rekeying a lock) cash register employees finished there conversation while we were waiting in line before helping us. Then cut me off after asking how the visit was. TERRIBLE service I do not recommend to anyone!!
