Lots of variety - almost overwhelming on your first visit! Helpful staff and reasonable prices considering all their beef is USDA Prime. I cant wait to try everything I bought! Will definitely return.
Fully stocked butcher shop - everything we bought so far has been SUPERIOR! Thick bacon, strip steak, Filet, brats and so many flavors, sausage sticks & can’t wait for the next visit to try the pork a d chicken .

I hate to be the one to give such a poor review of this butcher shop but sadly that is what I must write. We drive about 3 hours each way to get to this butcher shop, we always place a large order, usually 500 dollars or more each time we come, and we always make sure that they are given enough time to not only fill the order but also to make certain that they have the items in stock. This time was no different but when we arrived this weekend our order had not been filled. This could have been handled very easily by simply stating they forgot about it or got busy and we would have gladly waited. Instead we were told that they were out of almost 3/4ths of the items that we had ordered so they would not be able to fill most of the order even if we waited. There was no apology. When I stated that we were disappointed by this because we drove 3 hours one way with only their destination to meet before we returned home and we would have appreciated a phone call prior to our departure if they were unable to meet their order obligations, we were told my the manager ( or who we were told was the manager) to give them a break, they were busy. Nothing more. Now, we are usually very agreeable people but to be dismissed like this, and in such a rude way, was not what I feel to be good business. As if our time, our money, our lives, and the time we took out of our lives to drive to their business in order to spend our money was not important either. We left, sadly, without purchasing any products really and I did not hesitate to inform all the other families that we have sent down to them over the years how different management is now currently. We do business with them roughly 9 months out of the year with a limitation on the other 3 months due to our own weather, but I no longer trust spending my time and money in their store if their attitudes have changed so drastically.

Where do I even start with this place?Theyve got a great spread of beer, pork, chicken, and seafood.The staff is always friendly and engaging, and willing to help you get what you need.Their meat bundles are an absolute steal and perfect for families.Plus theyve had a great response to Covid keeping the place clean and enforcing masks.I only buy my meat from there now and will continue to do so forever

My husband purchased a 5 lb. seasoned Prime rib for our 46th anniversary dinner. We have purchased many different kinds of meat here that we were happy with. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the quality of our prime rib. We did not care for the seasoning and the meat was tough. Is was prepared correctly as my husband has cooked many prime rib before. Just wanted to let you know because we splurge on prime rib for special occasions and we were disappointed with the quality.

First time Ive been there. Quaint little store with a lot of meats!!. Won a pkg there from the Casino. Glad I did. Lots of people in and out. Good sign. Will be back. Pork Chops were great! You should check this place out. Oh and awesome staff too
Called a week ahead to order a prime rib and was told to call one day in advance .. called a day ahead and was told they need 48 hour notice... extremely disappointed! Called stokke meats and they were able to get me a prime rib for tomorrow!!! I will now recommend stokke to all my friends and family instead!!!

Today was the second time I stopped at Superior Meats in Superior, WI. They had top serloin on sale. ( The first time I stopped and bought some it was tender and delicious) They had sold out tosay and I was disappointed. I decided to try some of their huge arrays of sausages. One of my favorite sausages is potato sausage. I bought one among others 5* on the potato sausage. It was awesone! I will definately go back and buy more before I leave the area for the season.

Your hours say 8 am to 8 pm online and we went to go get meat and your paper on the window says 8am to 7pm, fix your times please 💚
Love this little grocery store, butcher shop and smoke house. I make some of my own sausage at home and these folks had no problem giving advice and selling high temp cheese for my home-stuffing needs. It is hard to walk out of the store without picking up more meat sticks, brats and polish flavors to try.

Quite literally the best meat market I’ve been to anywhere. If high quality, variety and reasonable low cost is your thing you have come to the right place. They always offer samples of any Jerky or beef sticks they sell.My recommendation is the Smoked Chili brat!

Fantastic place! Always come here for bacon and maple sausage links. Their chicken and steaks are amazing, and the seasoned ones are perfect for throwing on the grill in any weather. Always a treat for a weekend dinner

Its always the same every time I shop there, which is why I go there. Consistency in meat is.. I dont know Im making that up. But for real, prices are going to go up. It cant be 1994 all the time, to bad though. Potato sausage! Yum.
The Bone In Country ribs always floor your.. family.they will have a brat flavor you can gat with...one day a week they put hamburger on sale,I have done that twice worth it but.it is like 10 or more lbs pre bagged.i diveded it and froze it they also sell beer.full meat fish counter.
They have the best course hot dogs. And we also like the maple beef sticks. We havent tried any other meat so far. We are from Hoffman, Mn next time we go we will take a cooler.
We just visited this place while passing through on Wednesday for the first time and those guys helping with the jerky and hot dogs etc are extremely friendly and helpful. The taste and quality of everything was amazing!A new favorite for sure.

Wow. Talk about delicious. I bought sirlon steak, which turned out perfect. I bought smoked pork chops. They were thick and very yummy. I also purchased bacon. Unbelievably good! Then, I went to Old World Meats to do a comparison. Superior Meats is much better. YUM!!!

The smell has been rancid the last few times Ive been in. The meats have seemed to go for down hill. The jerky and beef sticks are flavorless. The bulk bags of hamburger are red on the out side and brown on the inside. Very disappointing how far down hill they have gone. Staff has been nice though.

This was a local IGA grocery but now the meat department has taken over 80% of the store. They have some beautiful cuts of steak, a large smoked meats selection, and much more. Good parking, friendly staff.
Probably the best meat shop I have found to date! Their sausage are reasonably prices, well made, always taste delicious, and come in a lot of variety. Beef sticks are worth a stop as well. Lots of good deals to be head. Store also has a lot of essential grocery needs to make one-stop-shopping easier. Staff is always friendly. Be sure to stop if you are in the area. #shoplocal!

The only place in the twin ports to buy quality meat. Ive been to all our Duluth meat markets for 40 yrs. Either there meat has gotten less flavorful and way more expensive or my taste buds have changed tremendously. They dont taste anywhere near as good as Superior Meats. I highly recommend Superior Meats.

Old lady at meat counter was really mean like she was so busy I aniod her for wanting to be waited on. She even told me she cut her self twice she was not wearing any gloves either really a bad attitude trying to show some friends a nice place to buy good stuff they were shocked .so I hope that will change me and y family really like the meats you sell there but I was a little ebarrassted .

Top notch, love this place! We go way out of our way to stop by here and stock up on mainly raw brats and potato sausage. After years of making my own sausage I can tell they take their time and use nothing but the highest quality ingredients. Probably wont be the most inexpensive butcher/meat shop youll visit but its worth every penny.

When you can pay the premium,.. this is where you should be getting all of your meats, including deli meats & cheeses. Also, the Beef Jerky is AWESOME. Dont forget the cold salad counter
The products are just awesome. If you like meat sticks or fresh sausage are great steaks however the service is not good I have waited for so long while in at people try to answer simple questions on sausages and sticks and dont know anything about them its very frustrating to come to a high end meat shop and have employees that dont know anything about meat
