Every time u ask where something is, the employees straight up say, I dont know ... And thats the end of that. Or they show u the wrong product and argue its the right one... Till they FINALLY realize oh! Youre right!Its a good place IF u know where what u want is and dont have to talk to anyone...

Store had everything we wanted, the issue was finding it. Store was laidout awkwardly. (Bleach and soap isle right in the middle of the food isles). Service was friendly and prices were good.

Just left the automotive center for a new battery and an oil change and was told they were not doing any services because there was only one technician. There were no cars in the port and 2 men standing around so I would expect them to either preform services or be sent home if that was the case. Anyways went to Valvoline down the road and had excellent customer and automobile service

Friday after work is one of the busiest shopping times & there was one cashier checking. I actually prefer self checkout (I am able, bring my own bags & pack it how I want) however the one cashiered isle was lined up with elderly & this is not helpful to our aging population. This seems to be standard operating procedure at multiple locations the last few months & it is a bad directional change. The bathrooms were out of t.p. & dirty. The self checkout isles were full of the previous persons hangers & the carts were overflowing in the lot.

Customer Service was rude and not helpful. Pickup app not working, when you call the pickup line to notify them you are here there is a recording saying they are busy. Call the store for assistance and explain situation, rep says they will know you are out there, of course I ask how will they know and the line disconnects. Hmmm I can be patient and understanding with technical difficulties but down right rudeness because you don’t want to help us not acceptable. Pick up associates were very friendly and courteous.

Its a Walmart. Better than some Ive been to. Fairly clean, fairly well stocked. Nothing spectacular and nothing horrible. Its a Walmart.

Well I think if youve been to one Walmart, theyre pretty much all the same, what does make a difference is the employees, I was treated very nicely, that was the first time Ive been to this Wal-Mart I definitely would go back!

Run around from cooler to cooler looking for Rock Stars Never Found Any. Waited for over an hour to add money at service counter. But the girl working was wonderful. Understaffed is not her fault. She needs a raise. I only go to Wal-Mart when I need to add money or send funds. Otherwise I order on line or local merchants. To much confusion at these places. Time consuming! God Bless.

I understand the need to keep higher priced easy to shoplift items behind glass. BUT it shouldnt take 20 minutes to find someone to unlock it. To the stores credit, the guy that eventually helped me was fantastic.

Did large grocery shopping and a few other items...spent $325 mostly on food. Not much for choices on clothing, just looking for some T shirts and my wife a pair of pants...some other things we could not find. Overall not to bad of a shopping experience, check out was very slow as usual.

My husband and I both have mobility issues and are thankful that we can order our groceries on-line and pick them up at the store later. The young people who bring them out to the car are friendly and polite.

Ive been using Walmart delivery for awhile now and then I moved and now its unavailable where I live and I didnt move that far from my old house someone in the Walmart delivery department told me that we are just out of range very inconvenient if you ask me. Especially when they deliver to an area with one number difference.

Its Walmart, theres never any employees, no one likes helping you, the people that do work their dont know where anything is. Youre best off ordering it from their app for outside pickup

Until they open more registers for those of us that DONT WORK AT WAL-MART, a three star at best.

I love my Walmart store in Superior. Its closer to where I live. The only complaint i have is during the winter months there was not heat in the store and i was very cold. I could not enjoy my experience there. All the employees had their coats, hats, and gloves on all the time. They need a new manager. The one in Duluth is not a very friendly place to go. I did not feel welcome or appreciated. It was not very clean either. Thank Youl

I’ve been doing grocery pick-up here since the start of the pandemic! I really appreciate this service and love how easy it is for me to use. I took off a star because towards the beginning of the pandemic, they must have been overwhelmed with orders, because my groceries were never done on time. However, they have improved this in the last year, and now they are consistently ahead of schedule! I also had an issue a few times with the way the employees load up the trunk with groceries. A couple of times they were simply thrown in without care. But, I understand a lot of employees are quite young and are trying to work quickly! It has improved quite a bit!

I was very disappointed at the selection of dog items. I predominantly went in there for sweaters for my dogs and vitamins also for my dogs. I dont know what days they stock the shelves but there were definitely some Open spaces. I will have to say that the two people that I asked for directions somewhere were very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. Walmart really doesnt change but sometimes you just have to go there..

Perfect place to go if you want to see strange people and no masks. Masks are not enforced here. The workers are nice and the store is mildly well kept, still see garbage here and there. Would get 4 stars for the funny stuff you see here but no one wears a mask...

I love the one stop shop!! Employeses are amazing!!! But I hate when they only have one to three cashiers working when its busy!! When you just get off work and are spending good money there, I really dont want to use the self check out. There is No incentive to use the self check out, so why do it!?!

As I know what I want and don’t need help it was nice to shop without constantly telling people I don’t need assistance. However when needing help it was slow to show and hard to get assistance!!

This was one of the largest Walmart stores I have ever been in. They seem to offer lots of everything. There were both pleasant people working here and shopping here. Im not a big Walmart fan but this one was nicely run, clean and efficient.

They do not carry a selection of fertilizer. Maybe they do, but there was no one around to help. On a positive note, they do not require face masks.

Its a good place to shop, you can get what you need. A bit pricey for their groceries though.

I love being able to order my groceries and other items to pick up. Same goes for the pharmacy. I do not like shopping in store. It gets old tripping over stockers in every other aisle and the checkouts are usually a nightmare. Employees up front by the checkouts act like everyone is a common criminal.

Poor customer service i would say they didnt know much of where anything was but the prices were great for what i needed.

I would have to say that my experience at Walmart in Superior off of Tower Avenue was amazing. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and knew their stuff. There were no lines and everyone was quick to help with a nice smile and a steady hand. I would give two thumbs way up for Walmart do Walmart!

Recently unexpectedly had to have a tire replaced due to nails in the tire. Three stars for getting me in when it was an emergency. However I asked they also look at another tire I felt had low tread. My request was brushed aside and I was told the tire had plenty of tread. Within two weeks am now at another walmart and as I knew the tire had no tread. Disappointed the first store would not take the time to do both tires and disregarded me. Also was in a better place with money then too.

Its the only store in Superior and there is only 3 human beings working at checkout lanes, and the lines are long. Lets make checking out Great again is it really going to kill your bottom dollar to have more human ran check out lanes open. There are alot off employees walking around and doing nothing they should jump in and help.

Slow check out I may start shopping at super one

The store is big snd have almost everything though it would be nice to have an for international groceries.

They have everything you need. Prices are good. Pandemic practices are very questionable. They encourage everyone to use self check out, which forces everyone into a small area together. They keep only one or two (at most) regular check out lanes open and have the slowest employees working those lanes. The only thing that makes sense with that tactic is Walmart is trying to save money by not placing employees in check out lanes and forcing the customer to self check out to avoid a long wait. Its a greedy move by such a huge company. Anything to make more money though, right? People pay good money there and should have the option of a quick check out without having to do it themselves. Encouraging self check outs hurts everyone except the store. If covid is the excuse, does forcing everyone into the small self check out area seem better then having employees working the regular lanes, therefore spreading out the customers and getting them on their way quickly and efficiently? Its all about not paying the extra staff that would be needed. By having more employees though, it would help the local economy and likely boost sales at the store. Also, why close one of the two main doors early? What does that accomplish? The former excuse was counting customers and making sure they were masked. Which brings us back to, quit being so cheap and place employees at each door. Since Walmart has put all the small businesses out of business it would be nice to see them care, even a little, about the customer and not be so worried about the almighty dollar. Im sure they would survive and thrive while having a full staff. End rant. :)

Quick & easy -in and out lines

You can never find anyomr to assist you, at 9:30 p.m they have boxes everywhere, workers unloading pallets, have no consideration for customers, throwing down large heqvy boxes, they are not friendly, I was there a few weeks ago an a lady off the street stops me an says i.m not going to call the cops but you did not pay for everything, I have to take a picture of your Drivers License, I let her know I thought I heard beeping, soon after that happened, I am being f9llowed I feel very uncomfortable

Its as WALMART as Walmart gets but towards closing the employees like to slack off and waste customer time. I waited 20 minutes for a manager to get me a 7 dollar body spray from out of a case and THEN walk me to the register to swipe the barcode for me. It was all very rude.

Spent over 30 minutes just standing and waiting in electronics because that poor employee couldnt get management to answer his repeated overhead pages for a manager override.... he even said customers waiting in one of his pages! I wish I could say this is the first time Ive witnessed this... but it isnt! The time before that it was same electronics employee... this time he needed a manager override because a customer was returning a monitor and wanted to apply that amount to sale of different monitor... and management never showed up to those repeated calls for help either!

For a Walmart they are pretty good. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they keep the place relatively clean. I have visited many Walmart all over the country, and this is one of my favs. Good selection, good layout, good staff. The bathrooms could use better toilet paper, and there is occasional messiness in the store.

This location puts in the care and compassion for there handicapped customers!! Thank you Superior, Wi...our Northern Minnesota stores need to come take notes!

This review is specifically for the photo center. My daughter and I ordered 1 hour photos on their kiosk on December 17th 2020. They were unable to print them at the time due to a shortage of supplies. I went once a week for about 4 weeks to check on them. Then was told DONT COME BACK UNTIL WE CALL YOU So I didnt. Never got a call until Tuesday June 8th. I was working. The person left a voice mail threatening to throw my photos away in 48 hours. I get there Wednesday June 9th. They only have 2 large prints for me. They already threw away the 72 other prints that went along with the order. Im very disappointed and my daughter was upset. She printed these photos and now no longer has them. All I get is an apology and one other employee was making comments that my kid already picked them up. My daughter doesnt drive and we live out in the country. She never got them either. I will never use them for photos again. Very disappointed. I cant believe they did this.

I get my RXs filled here and have a much better experience than filling at Walgreens or CVS. Staff members are courteous, polite, and non-judgmental and are always willing to answer any questions I may have. They fill RXs at a quick pace, so Im never stuck waiting in line forever.

Unfortunately they were out of a couple items on my list. But they did have other options to choose from.

Half the employees wear their masks under their nose and they dont bother turning away people who arent wearing one. This is not okay, start being more strict with masks. We have been in this pandemic for a year, yall should know better by now.Also needs to fix the problem of people bringing their untrained pets in. Ive lost count of how many times someones tiny dog has barked at my service dog and almost made him miss cues.
