Huge, well lit, well stocked, inviting store. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. I went in looking for a lotion, not remembering the brand, just the name and a wonderfully friendly employee helped me find it in seconds. Super helpful! This is a stark contrast to the Sephora in Boulder, which is filthy and peeps working there couldnt care less. Its also right next to Costco, so I foresee myself frequenting this more often. A treat for the senses and a genuinely inviting experience.

As a genderfluid human, I really appreciate when businesses (cosmetics, hair, clothing, etc.) are welcoming and the staff at this Ulta are. Ive always been received and assisted as a customer who belongs and Ive been given really great advice. That goes for all the staff in all my visits.

Hailey (one of the hairstylists) is amazing! she colored my hair and fixed my curls and made me understand how important it is to keep my hair in check! and Angela (waxing) is amazing and quick! she perfected my brows to the point! would highly recommend coming to this location and meeting with these wonderful ladies!

The cashier was visibly upset and made a big deal when I had to return a few items. The staff kept following me around the store when I wanted time to look at products on my own. I felt watched and really uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be returning to this location. Poor customer service

Dawn, the Retail Sales Manager is as sassy as she wants to be (in a good way)! Very quiet, clean, organized location. I found everything I needed in two minutes flat ❤

Staff is always nice and bubbly however, if someone declines a credit card offer 4 different times, please don’t further pressure them into getting one. I understand it’s incentive based, but if someone says no, it doesn’t mean yes or keep trying until they say yes. I know it’s not meant to make people feel uncomfortable, but it does, or at least did for me.

I love that I can walk in to any of their stores and get exactly what Im looking for. This style was very clean and the employees are nice and helpful. The only downside is that ULTA still hasnt opened their testers back up but I cant fault the employees for that since its a corporate decision

I have been shopping at Ulta for years and have never dealt with such a rude employee...this girl with blue hair (in makeup) and a gap in her front teeth comes up behind me aggressively says how can I help you, I have a client coming over here you need to move. She said it with complete attitude I was shocked!!! Is she new? I have never seen her here before. Wow this girl needs to go..bye bye

I got my eyebrows cleaned up there for the first time....the eyebrow technician did a great job. Im a man and I didnt want my eyebrows to look like they were shaped....she cleaned them up and made them look as close to natural as possible....shes awesome...

This was the best Ulta beauty I’ve ever been to. Great customer service and everyone was so helpful! Very clean store! I’ll definitely take the trip to this location for now on.

I got some baliage highlights done with Hailu who was young in the business but so sweet.  I told her about my last experience at another Ulta where my hair-dresser transferred to but lives out of state now and that the color turned out too light for the swatch we picked and also due to the weird bright fluorescent lighting above it was hard to see the natural haircolor as it would make everything too bright.  We both agreed to go with a darker tone to offset the brightness I got last time but at the end the color turned out exactly as my own natural color with little difference only in the back.  After having spent 5 hours and $200 in salon and getting reviews about my hair looking even darker  than its natural tone, I inquired from the store and the website explaining the mutual decision  which was diffent this time than my last Ulta experience and they said i could come in and get the color redone to my satisfaction with no charge.  When I got there the appointment was delayed 30 minutes which was ok but I was rushing to work and I explained the scenario to Hailey which she understood and I said I just wanted more bold colors so it wouldnt look like I had nothing done! While she understood the point  and got busy setting up the new color we picked, I saw a lady compulsively cleaning the tables nearby and finally approaching me saying she is eavesdropping and asked about what is it that I needed? I mentioned about the highlights that I wanted but it wasnt a big deal and the color turned out the exact same as my own natural tone. She then turned to Haily saying that I wanted a more blended version without front light streaks.  I agreed and then once my hairdresser left the room to get her items, she return to me saying Are you OK?I was shocked as we just had a good conversation and seemed on the same page.  She proceeded by saying because I seem aggressive and attacking her stylist.  I didnt know what she meant as getting a haircolor exactly as my own and calmly explaining the situation and my desire to fix it wasnt an attack to me.  I read other website that when something is not satisfactory they try to make it right to keep the customer happy and Hailey agreed to that.  But Ms. Bernadette, who is apparently the store manager, seems to not take  honest criticism and that motto well and seemed she was overreacting, and creating new problems.  I was heartbroken to hear my concern was perceived as attacks which something i never do as a calm, poised  person. My second highlights turned out great and Hailey thanked me for giving her a second chance and I thanked her for redoing it for me.  Bernadette need sto peace out and learn proper customer service skills as she seemed like the one attacking customer.  Unfortunately, despite Haileys good work,   I will not be returning to this store due to Bernadettes disrespectful and scary behavior.

I tried to cut my sons hair until they cut my wifes theyre very well but a little boys hair I was disgusted

Not really a fan of this Ulta location. They are usually out of products I want. Tonight I went in a few minutes after 8pm. They close at 9. It was just going to be a quick trip for a couple Ulta eyebrow pencils. Of course they didnt have the color I use. So i browsed around for a few minutes and found a hair product I wanted. I walked up to the register area, where there were 3 employees standing and 1 customer being helped. Apparently only that one register was open. I stood there for a good couple minutes, one of the girls said Id be helped in a minute. Meanwhile, the other 2 employees were chatting away and laughing with the customer being helped. I stood there for waiting to pay for my one 11 dollar item. I finally left because it seemed like I wasnt going to be helped anytime soon. A quick trip in a fairly empty store took 20 minutes and I didnt buy anything. Disappointed with the poor customer service I received. Probably wont be coming to this store for a while.

Unable to find blush or eyebrow pencil

This store is my least favorite. I avoid at all cost because the staff is incredibly rude. I only visit this store because I work over here and will occasionally come on my lunch break. Staff acts like they are entitled princesses! Wake up girls, you work in retail and you have an obligation to make your customers happy, which means answering questions rather than rolling eyes and being professional. The store is also dirty compared to other stores and poor selection.

As always, great selection of quality products. I went in today to snag one of their 21 days of beauty sale products which I believe happens twice a year. the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I like the location between Target and Costco I can get a lot done all in one area. There is always a nice selection of sale products too.

I love Ulta! The shop here is always clean and in perfect order. The employees are very friendly but most of the time you have to seek them out, which I don’t mind much! I visit quite frequently and it’s always neat and tidy!

Not as good as Ultas in Las Vegas

Went in with my wife as she was looking for something specific. Found out they carried beard products and was checking them out for a good while. Nobody ever spoke to me. Found out most of the staff is vendors, not actual Ulta employees which now makes sense.

They did my sisters make up for her wedding. They did a great job.

Sometimes its hard to find items that you bought previously or they are out of stock. Good variety.

Plenty of selection for the ladies! We didnt feel there was enough emphasis on sanitation though as everything was hands-on.

As you go through the store your asked if you need help a lot... probably more to prevent theft. When you go to pay, your just one of the heard..and only self in like. Two people tried to cut, because the layout of the store and no clear line row and no employee MGMT of the store but to patrol as you shop. I was also charged more on a sale item. Meaning a drive back from boulder because I didnt check the receipt and the sale price did not ring up

Went to this store today and it was an absolute mess. Their stock was non existent and the store was just dirty. The foundation I went in for (last one in stock) was opened and used. Thank goodness I checked before purchasing. I was annoyed but I figured that I could find another foundation in my shade, but in a different brand that met my needs... boy was I wrong. It just goes to show that the rumor is true and Ulta is selling used products as new. Fortunately the Westminster store is clean, their inventory is much better, but Im hesitant to shop at Ulta anymore at all because they sell used products.

Absolutely a wonderful experience!!! Marshe listened to all my concerns and helped me address them. her customer service was amazing, and even though its not the closest ulta to me, I will 100% go back to work with her again!!!

Nobody will believe this. But its the hard truth. all normal when I came in inquiring about some products with nice cashier. I was in the back getting a glass of water from the fountain when it all started. The manager, a crazy unprofessional woman started to harass me and follow me, ( she came right behind me when I went to get another glass of water and when I turned I almost bumped into her and that was just 5 seconds after I told her I didnt need any help) she couldnt stop talking to me, if Im ok, what do I need, etc. Sounds concerned but it wasnt. It was very unnerving so I went to complain to the cashier that Ive never experienced such a harassment ( I wasnt even touching the products, she wouldnt allow me to concentrate and look). I replied at 5 different occasions I was fine and didnt need help because I had already found what I was looking for. I was so annoyed I left. Well this very bad person and unprofessional manager called the police on me lying to them saying that I was drunk lol I dont even drink. What an awful person, making discriminatory judgement. Police saw I wasnt drunk but told me Im not allowed to go back. The only thing I did was to complain to cashier about that crazy woman. Manager should be fired, dangerous woman who can put you in trouble.

Absolutely horrible! The manager approached me when first coming in asking if there was anything she could help me with, totally normal, after about the fifth time of her asking and following me around the store I strarted to get annoyed. Then I watched her ask another attendant to come to the front in which she approached me asking if she could help. I felt totally harassed and got so annoyed that I didn’t even finish shopping just checked out with the items in hand and told the cashier what was happening and her response was “well if you aren’t stealing anything then you shouldn’t care”. Really!? So I should just expect to be followed around the store being harassed and watched while shopping? I am a clean, respectful individual. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I had a cut and color scheduled the next day and canceled because I couldn’t believe how rude they were. Never again.

I am DONE shopping at this store. Today I went to Ulta, excited to shop for the Anastasia Amrezy highlighter, that was released today. I arrived, I wasnt greeted. I walked over to the Anastasia section, and saw no new products. I then had to walk around to find a worker. I found an older lady restocking the front baskets. I had to engage her, as she didnt even look up as I approached her. I asked her about the product I was shopping for. She informed me that Ulta wouldnt have it out or 2 - 4 weeks. I let her know this was upsetting as Anastasia advertised that it would be available at Ulta. She offered to order the product for me. However, I declined as what is the point in supporting sales for Ulta, when they do not do what is advertised. This is not the first time this, messy, unorganized, unhelpful store has let me down. Therefore, I will be taking my business to Sephora where they are; clean, helpful, and organized! Not to mention stocked with products that are advertised for their store! Stop having advertisements done if you cant even handle getting the product displayed in your store. This happens with Tarte all of the time. Peace out Ulta, its been real!

If I could give negative stars I would.I worked for this store for a very short time, about 30+ days! & during that time I was there almost the whole staff was fired for not coming to work and more stupid things that immature management would do, on top of going through 11+ different managers in a month, it is very un organized behind the scenes. Erin gives nothing but attitude and I feel bad for those who have to deal with her. All these people do is talk trash about their customers unfortunately. Good luck going their. #sadtruth.

Good place service can be difficult sometimes and if your a ulta rewards member make sure they put your number and not their own so you actually earn points for the money you spend, had it happen to me and when I went to get it fixed the manager wouldnt do anything to fix it so now I lost almost 200 dollars worth of points for the money I spent.

Ive been here many times & everyone is always so friendly & helpful! Ive always been offered help, but it doesnt feel overbearing. They have a great NYX cosmetics selection (which is the main reason I prefer this ULTA over others) & they always seem to have the Eyelure eyelashes that I buy, which other stores seem to either not carry the specific styles or just have a lack luster selection. Its a bit of a drive from where I live, but worth it! Plus Target & TJ Maxx are right next door! WIN!

I usually shop at this location, but after today I will never again. My husband and I came in today and while he was sitting waiting on me to get my items I over heard one of the employees with purple hair named Analisa say “he’s sitting down now “.I felt as this was a color issue due to the fact there where multiple white men in store but my husband who is Color was being watched. I will never shop at this location again .
