JEN WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I bought this halo for a costume and when I was there it said return up till 7 days BEFORE HALLOWEEN. WHEN MY FRIENDS I WENT TO RETURN IT (BEFORE the 7 DAY DEADLINE) ONE OF THEM SUCCESSFULLY DID IT THEN WE TRIED TO DO MINE and IT WOULDNT SCAN. they then got the manager JEN and she came out YELLING. “THERE ARE NO RETURNS WE ARENT DOING IT” Well you just did .2 seconds ago. She yelled screamed and told me she couldn’t do anything when the other cashier clearly successfully did for my friends moments before. She had no explanation for why she could return one and not the other. Disgusting service from Jen. Very disappointed because my initial cashier was lovely! Not Jen though! She clearly needs to quit because she doesn’t like her job.
