Friendly, experienced, and professional staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable.

I called them on 3/22/21 and asked about a tire dismount/mount/balance, guy said sure bring it in.It didnt matter the make of bike or where the tire came from it was ready in about 45 minutes !Great service, great price, and most of all great knowledgeable and friendly staff.So yes I would recommend them and I will use them again, thanks guys !!Mark

Excellent shop top notch work is always done

Absolutely fantastic service. My bikes stator went out on our road trip 4th of July week. Duluth Harley couldnt get me in . Superior Motorcycle Service dropped what they were working on and I was on the road again in 3 hrs.

Took forever to find anyone in the area that would touch my bike because it was a kawasaki. All I needed was a tire change. The other places I had talked to said it would take a minimum of 2 days. Got ahold of these guys, dropped it off and was done in 30 minutes. Ridden a few times since and from what I can tell the valance was done perfectly.

Quick to help you feger out and try to fix it.

I was 1000 miles away from home. Had a rear tire about to fail. Called the harley dealer here. They refused to help me because I didnt have a harley. They would rather leave a biker stranded than help him out, they also had the tire I needed. Called Superior shop, the wrench on staff was alone at the shop. He moved me ahead of the work he had in front of me just so I wouldnt be stranded. Wow, what service. He also caught an issue with the rear brake and fixed it. Their sign out back said something like exclusively Harley work. And yet, they worked on my 2002 Indian Chief. Thank you. For all your help.

Excellent Service, the only place I Trust with my bikes.

They lied said one thing and did another. Unprofessional the worst place to bring a motorcycle. The mechanic was rude when talking to in person. The manger put me on hold after 15 minutes he hung up.

These guys fit me in last minute before a big trip and got me a tire quick! Great work, and friendly!

Great mechanic actually cares about your ride... I wonder if they work on other bikes besides Harley regaurdless of the sign ?
