They have everything you could possibly want for a party to celebrate and decorate

I actually work here, we are one of the largest stores. We price match and carry costumes all year long. Stop on in and rate us....happy shopping!

Unsupportive StaffI called them 10 minutes before the closing time to buy an item urgently. I called them to let them know that I would be a couple minutes late. I arrived at the store 2 minutes after the closing time. I met a store attendant who was just exiting the building, and she said they will not let me purchase the item. I knew that Party City was closed, but she could have very well let me in for a few seconds. I guess she did not want business. I understand the time sensitivity, but waiting for a couple of seconds could not have hurt them.Anyway, Barnes & Noble got the business as their staff was much more supportive. One of their store attendant even found the item for me!

So much available from Christmas to Graduation, for any occasion. I never ask for help without courtesy and responsiveness.

Went in there to get party invitations the woman with short dark hair in there was very obviously sick touching the things I was getting and then had a serious attitude when I asked why I was being charged twice. Im not usually one to write reviews but thats the worst customer service Ive ever had. The store is dirty, and unorganized. There are not price tags on the things I was looking at. The bathroom didnt have toilet paper and was super dirty. The staff just sits around gossiping. Definitely wont be coming back.

I love shopping at party city I can find a lot of fun stuff there

Everything is surprisingly reasonably priced. Generally cheaper than nearby target and more comparable to Wal-Mart. They have a decent selection of coloring books (which is what I was looking for).

I have never been to a part city where the employees are so unfriendly and unwelcoming! With the exception of one young man who was happy to get a pinata for us, the others were just BLAH!

Excellent - they were very helpful and we were able to get everything we needed for the big party we are hosting!

Have great selections... sometimes have really steep discount for discontinued items

Had a bad time talking to an employee. Called and got hung up on, then called back and was so disrespectful! He asked if I was even a customer. Thought I was a prank call because I got busy. That’s just no way to talk to a customer need to each that employee manners!

Abysmal service - I had a small problem and manager would not come to help, leaving two employees with no way to help me. Thw employees called repeatedly, but she was too busy. So I left unhappy, unfulfilled, and sad for the employees.The store is very sparse and very lonely inside. Is this store closing?

Mostly junk. Its going out of business.

We had a hard time finding certain stuff, there was no help, and when we went to check out it took forever to get checked out, then took even longer to get our balloons filled. The only reason they get 3 stars is for their selection.

Boring, dreary store, staff falling asleep at the counter. outdated small selection.
