I have been lucky enough to collect some beautiful art over the years,,,,and I took one of my paintings that needed to be framed to Michaels in Surprise and was totally blown away by the results! All of the reps that work in the framing department are fabulous! They are friendly, helpful, willing to work with you on picking out frames, and help you every step of the way. I love colorful art,,, and the frames I chose really bring out the wonderful colors in my paintings,,, I cant say enough about their professionalism....... Except that I took three more paintings that had to be framed when they were offering a discount on the frames! I highly recommend this location for framing.

Just does not have enough stuff for my needs. Stopped carrying airbrush paints and model paints and models when this is an arts and crafts store so pretty sad.

The cashier who attended when I paid, was very unpleasant she treated me like I beg for the things I bought.When I paid she said; now you can go !!! You done!! Bye!!! I told her.. you pushed me to go. She replied you finished go!!!!. I was thinking of returning the thing I bought, I spend $57.58. They never seem to have what I need anymore and I hate Hobby Lobby.They bait and switch with confusing signage.

Im starting rock painting and went to Michaels today a couple colors of acrylic paints for the rocks ~ I went in the front entrance and they had 36 bottles of acrylic paint in 36 colors for $19.95 ~ They also had rocks that were all ready to paint for $6.99 ~ There must be 30 stones in the bag ~ Plus I had a 25% off coupon .... I love Michaels for my crafting needs ~ ❤ ~

I love the manager and the staff at this Michael’s. I am not one to walk into a store to be looking for things that I can care less about. When I end up in this place I usually go in for what I need and get out. The manager and staff are good at making sure that I get what I need as quick as possible and check me out as soon as possible. The only time I like taking my time here is during Christmas time, the manager was very kind enough to sell me the display since they no longer had anymore of the Christmas villages is in stock. Not only that but the manager also sold me the display set up and was kind enough to help me tear it down and put it in boxes for me. this is definitely my go to store for Christmas time thank you for your help.

I asked if there was additional places where a product could be found and the associate was very helpful in finding it.

Is a very nice store very nice people that work there. I must say I was extremely disappointed that they did not have a rubber stamp that said Happy mothers Day just before mothers Day.

The store was mostly clean and organized. The staff was friendly too. It was a nice experience. They were fairly busy too and I know that can be stressful.

What a neat place. I went there on recommendation from home depot to get a big letter B for my address. They had multiple to choose from. I could easily wander around for a couple of hours in there.

They have some great deals this time of year and I do love the store. The reason Im giving a 3 star is because I purchased a bunch of canvases at there new lower price (not a sale price, but new regular price) but my coupon for 20% off all regular price items wasnt valid for them and they couldnt explain why. Kinda disappointed.

Love Michaels. The Christmas items were 50% off but I was looking for birthday stuff, plates, Happy Birthday napkins, etc., and they had none. I inquired and was told that birthday items were seasonal and that they carry that type of stuff in the spring. Seriously? Birthdays go on all year long. What a bummer. :(

I feel like a kid in a candy store here. Ive been told that Im not allowed in without supervision... but now even my husband will add things to our list while there. Highly recommend if board. If you dont know what to do, they even have classes to help you figure it out. Its actually kinda dangerous financially.

Nice store, aisles are too skinny for two people. Nice selection and seemed like pretty full stock except in the craft paints and deco art decor paints. No satin enamels or extreme sheen. Very helpful staff.

I love the new layout & how its fully stocked. I these tubes were perfect for my bath products!! And this twine was a great touch for wrapping my soaps. It really gave it that extra touch!

Bought egyptian curtain on Amazon, not knowing couldnt hang it on my drapery pull cord set up. So I did a MaGuiver&stopped@Michaels in Suprise. They had all sorts of dohickeys&thingamagigs. Went back to my condo&modified curtain&drapery closer. Project is succeeding Suprise ha ha, thx Michaels for havin the right nicknacks.

I love this store. It always has a slightly different selection of inventory to choose from depending on the season / time of year. But it always has the items needed most for people who are into crafts and such. High quality merchandise. Great selection. Good prices.

Didnt have yarn colors I was looking for.

Air conditioner was at the perfect temperature, restrooms were immaculately clean.

Went in for a friend who has a disability and needed something.... No idea where the stuff was that she needed. Asked up front if anybody could help me. One of the employees, who unfortunately I didnt get her name, said shed help me and she didnt just tell me what aisle it was in. She took me there.The store had great sales going on so a lot of stuff was sold out...... but I left with everything I came for. Great service. 👍

The Michaels stores here in AZ are not like the stores in Washington. I find them a waste of time.

I found what I wanted but it wasnt easy. The store is still clean but a little disorganized. I didnt have many choices but I settled on one option. The positive was the sale, I received 50% off and didnt know ot was on sale.

They have so many crafty options, which is amazing. Its a little disorganized in the pen section and the line takes a bit to get through at times. But the pickup option is very helpful!

I just visited this store hoping for Curbside Service. I got frustrated with the whole thing & went inside (which I wanted to avoid) & there were at least 10 people in line, some with children, not social distancing. Where was Management???? Cashiers working with no masks, no gloves. What is wrong with you???? If your curbside person has to walk from the back of the store to the front of the store, they can walk 10 more steps to my car at the curb. If you’re going to advertise Curbside Service, make it user friendly. I’m 69 years old & want to avoid these fiascos of people being stupid about this virus.

Front if store staff is amazing and helpful prices are good. Had a couple times where floor staff didnt know where things were and they didnt have what I thought all craft stores should carry. Besides that a great store for crafting and hobby supplies.
