Walked in yesterday to look at motorcycles and the sales man John (The Barber) was right there ready to help. Knowledgeable and friendly, John showed a few of the bikes to me before we landed on the one. The sales manager Johnny was also helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I did not go through the finance process as I was buying outright, but I would say the process was relatively fast between walking in and walking out. If I purchase another vehicle in the future I will be coming here first.

We were looking at a used side-by-sides and met Trent Ward, the sales representative. Trent was able to answer questions about all the different brands and models honestly and he had a lot of knowledge on the sport itself. Trent took a lot of time me to explain the specifics and was not high-pressure at all. I would recommend Trent as your sales representative if you are in the market to buy any UTVs or other sport machines!

I was on the hunt for a new bike for a long time. I have never personally owned one and felt intimidated with all the options out there. Right from the time that I walked in, that intimidating feeling was quickly replaced with comfort and excitement. Kyle took my around the store and showed me the options that would work best for me! If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a $4000 service contract for a side by side and a year later I decided to trade it in for a newer model at the Peoria location. Well guess what? They cant refund you any $ back.or will even transfer the services to another off road vehicle. So there you go $4000 down the drain. Management were no help would even try to help! Wont ever purchase anything there ever again. I will make the drive out to Peoria.
