If you order in the app you get your drink free. My daughter got a large decaf and I got iced coffee. Neither of us drink cow milk in any form so we didnt want to use the provided half&half. We both were surprised that the coffee was great black. First time I could stand black coffee.I got the brisket and egg. Oh, my such a great sandwich!With the free drinks the meal was reasonably priced. We will definitely go again.

My favorite breakfast spot. They have the best vanilla hazelnut coffee around! Staff is super friendly and the place is always clean.

Visiting from Cali....suggested from family came thru the drive thru and order was a lil mixed up but once I called in and talked to the assistant manager Alisa (sorry if misspelled) she was so cool to accommodate and make it better!! I really like this location. They have a simple menu but I think the bagels and cream cheese spreads they have are good.

Food was good but coffee has never been hot when ordered. Einstein keeps it in containers and three times in a row it is warm at best. Guess I am the idiot thinking it would get better so wont order it again. Suggest getting food here and then drive thru somewhere else for beverage.

Horrible experience. Ruined my entire morning and bank account. Ordered a very simple order as the only one in the drive thru only to get to work to realize the order was completely wrong. Called to have it fixed and drive back again the only one in the drive thru, only to return to work again to find that the order was STILL WRONG. Tried to get a refund to only be charge a second time instead of refunded. Extremely disappointed as Brenda is such a sweet staff member. Won’t be returning as the entire situation was an absolute headache. Will be filing fraudulent charges with my bank.And no I will not be contacting y’all, you can take all of your response back because y’all have done enough. And they link you left isn’t even valid. You’ll be receiving a call from my bank in regards to the fraudulent charges.

I love their food and drinks, but Ms. Brenda makes the short visit so much more enjoyable! Even when Im there at 6am she has a smile on her, the most positive attitude and she is just the kindest soul, we need more people like her in the world.

Check your order before leaving store.My 1st time at Einstein Bagels, Surprise, I ordered a Texas brisket sandwich, Farmhouse sandwich and coffee cake with chocolate chips. Called my husband and told him not to eat the bagels and cream cheese at home, I was bringing breakfast. To my dissatisfaction when I got home my farmhouse sandwich was a disgusting bagel covered with seeds, cream cheese and a tomato. I immediately called the store and talk to Holly, she was polite and apologetic. She appeared to have a resolution but needed to go talk to the store manager. She came back and notified me, store managers resolution was a drink and a cookie next time I came in, .if I wanted a drink and a cookie I would have ordered one at this time . Poor Holly got to listen to my unhappiness but she did it very respectfully and polite If I could give Holly 5 stars I would.

Every time I come here they tend to mess up my coffee order BUT their costumer service out ways that issue. Also the coffee is good no matter what! But I definitely love coming, the employees are always helpful and welcoming! Definitely suggest it!

Unfortunately not a great experience. Employees need some training, when they screw up your order and then proceed to tell the customer its my fault and that I should have ordered it that way. Um, I did. The receipt even states it. I wont go back. Panera is right down the street.

I waited in line for my turn all I wanted was $50 gift card. I was told we must use a different register, which was fine. Then she took another order ahead of me. I walked out empty handed.Not right in my opinion!

Went through the drive thru this morning and Brenda made my day with her wonderful energy!

Their bagels and cream cheeses are so delicious! Coffee is good and they also have good sandwiches. The reward program is free, I suggest signing up for it. Save points for different items. They are not skimpy on the cream cheese either.

Very good Texas Brisket sandwich

Absolutely horrible customer service. Food is great but staff is extremely rude. Went there today and went through the drive thru.. the girl their literally just threw the bag at us and shut the door. Didn’t say anything to us.. we just sat there shocked until she opened the door to see why we were still sitting there. My husband is way nicer than me. He asked if that was our full order and she just said “yeah” and shut the door again. I’ve worked in many restaurants in my life and know that you shouldn’t treat the customer with such disregard. She like the rest of the staff needs better training. This isn’t my first bad experience with this location. There is one kid there that is really great with customer service. One out of all the ones I’ve came into contact with. Changes need made!

We have made it our weekly tradition to grab a few bagels and drinks from Einstein Brothers most Saturday mornings. The staff is friendly and courteous. I like that they always make sure that I dont miss any discount or rewards that I have available. The bagels are always soft and fresh, the schmears are delicious and we especially love their hot coffee and frozen coolers!! Today was an added bonus of free doggy bagels so we brought one home for our dog.

Initially, when I ordered, I wasnt notified that the French toast bagels were sold out. The cashier wasnt aware of the fact until he was notified by the other staff. The cashier promptly notified me and offered a cinnamon sugar bagel. I accepted. My order was out two minutes later and tasted better than the original. Thank you for the accommodating and efficient service.

I love Einstein! My family are crazy about the cinnamon and sugar bagels! Soooo good with the plain cream cheese! They have that great chewy texture and soft inside. My husband also trie the sandwiches and love those too. The staff are friendly and helpful each time I go. Great place to pick up and take home and enjoy or eat inside. The inside is kind of dim and relaxing to start your day!

Consistently fresh and good. The Hummus Veg Out meal, minus the cheese is excellent.I do have a recommendation though. Please add more healthy options to the menu, like the Hummus Veg Out. I like the Avocado Toast, but it is very skimpy on the avocado. How about and Avocado Veg Out sandwich. :-)

Came in on Easter Sunday for a quick late lunch and had some bagel sandwiches and a coffee with my husband. Excellent customer service even though they were super busy and food came out fairly quick. There were quite a few tables open, but they were all dirty. Im sure they had just finished a major lunch rush and were just getting everything back in order because about halfway through our meal, an employee came out and started wiping down the table and rearranging them also. I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact that a group of 3 elderly folks came in with a small black dog in a black stroller. It didnt bother or even seem to notice my Service Dog who was tucked the table, which was great. I have no idea if it was a legitimate Service Dog or just a pet they brought in, but when they started feeding it from the table is when I got annoyed. Please keep your pets at home and/or dont feed your service dog from the table. Thats just terrible restaurant etiquette.

I travel frequently, and often visit an Einsteins wherever I am for breakfast. This is one of the best Einsteins locations; I go out of my way to visit this one when Im nearby. Fresh and clean, the staff is efficient and friendly and I always get a positive vibe. Thanks!

I dropped by this morning to pick up a dozen bagels for a client. As always, they didnt disappoint. Great customer service! Now if only they had keto bagels. Then, and only then, could I tell you how great they taste. Im sure they taste as great as they smell. LOL

We have always enjoyed the food and service. Menu has a nice selection to chose from. Can take some time to get your food, but worth the wait for freshly made delicious food bought to your table with a smile. Dog friendly food and patio.

This particular location is very unfriendly and cold. They are commonly sold out of flavors too. I will choose another location whenever possible. That being said, it is always clean and bagels taste just as good.

I love our local Einsteins. The crew is always friendly and very willing to accommodate a special order. The restaurant is always clean and the bathrooms are always immaculate. Its nice to have breakfast and hang out and work with their free wifi.

I am revising my review that I wrote so long ago. This place is one that I just cant recommend. I realize that what Im about to complain about is silly, but these kinds of things are items that we do expect with certain business.First annoyance here is the size of the drinks. The large they provide is not the same size large that is available at other Einsteins locations. This could be a specific franchise choice, but when you pay the same price for a smaller large drink, I take issue with that. The cups are the same size that are sold for their iced coffee cups. I get that there are free refills, but still annoying.The second annoyance is the amount of cream cheese put onto a bagel. While I dont like a TON of cream cheese, I do like to have a fair amount on there. The last few times Ive gone in, the amount put on there was what youd expect if you said lite cream cheese. After asking for more, I was told that they dont give out extra, that the amounts are measure by a scooper. Which is nonsense because the people on either side of us had a great deal more than what I had. I have also been in there recently when I didnt get such a small amount, and when asked about this new change, I was told months ago. I realize this isnt the owner or manager speaking to me, so that has to be taken with a grain of salt, but I dont like feeling as though Im being deceived.In todays world, when options are all but limitless in a city our size, businesses need to step up their game and do the right thing, rather than attempt to shave a few bucks off the bottom line.I will no longer go back. If I want a bagel, Ill head to the deli next to Starbucks and get one there instead.

I came in today because I had to get a couple of tires fixed at Discount Tire and had a long wait. I got a pizza bagel and a coffee and Im using their WiFi. I order my food and sat down to get my lap top up and running. A very nice young man Aaron brought my food and drink over and was very polite. My first time coming here and I will make it at another time.

We love Einstein Bros Bagels - but hey management/owners - the background noise level from the machines and ventilation in your AZ Surprise Town Center location is way too high. Very hard to hear and and hard to relax. Like sitting next to a jet plane. Serve your customers. Fix it!
