Im LIVID! I emailed exactly what I needed for a banner. Went to the store on a Tuesday and discussed what I wanted with Jeff. I even showed him samples. He said I would get a proof from the designer by Wednesday... Nothing... I called Friday and policy is to pay first then a proof!! Well, they sent it anyway after my second phone call. The designer copied one of my product labels and slapped it on a banner!! That was it! hell, I could have gone anywhere for that! Kathleen said they want to make it right and would call me right back. Well, guess since it was Friday at 4:40 she didnt give a damn and never called. So... now I have an important event and no banner. Unprofessional!
